I had an outstanding experience at BoConcept Paramus with Jack and Ming. I was shopping the BoConcept sample sale for my new home and found the perfect recliner-couch for my space. I was reluctant to consider an automated couch without testing it, but Jack was extremely helpful - sending a video of the functions, photos, and answered all my questions. He really put my mind at ease. Ming delivered the couch. He was professional, courteous, and delivered the couch up 3 flights of stairs safely (with a little help:) I got an incredibly comfortable couch at great value. Customer service: 11/10. Above and beyond.

Wonderful, friendly experience with Cheng and Jack. I went looking for a bed frame, and they helped me create a rendering of my room with the bed and guided me in a very comfortable buying experience.Update 10 weeks after order:Bed frame arrived. Love it. Still five stars for Boconcept Paramus. Cheng and Peter were fantastic in communicating the delivery. And the delivery men delivered, assembled, and cleaned all in an hour.

I’ve been waking nine months for some items I ordered last year and they refuse to give me a refund.Seriously stay away. Boconcept is a decent brand but this location will not take care of you.

Stumbled upon this store and ended buying a sofa and dining set here. Prices vary greatly, so although positioned as high end, take time to check it out. Fully custom, made in Denmark, contemporary furniture that can transcend style labels. Go in, sit/lie on the furniture the way you would use at home. All the staff is fabulous. Massive personalized service, design services, and genuine kindness here. Dont plan to walk out with your furniture. This buying experience is more of a process of getting it right the first time with lifetime pieces. Pieces will be custom made so prepare for that in your timeline.

Love the Scandinavian design of the furniture, modern sleek and good quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful here, my sales representative Cheng has been very patient on helping me picking out my dream sectional sofa, as well as other furnitures.

Very nice furniture the only issue is that they use a lot of wood veneers. At that price point there should be no veneer also you dig down into the details of the furniture its very Ikea sh which is understandable cuz theyre both Scandinavian. But two different price points

Great experience end to end. I bought a sofa from them. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and had really great taste. He helped me make a number of choices on the sofa that I am very happy with. This would have been a great experience by itself, but they took the customer service into overdrive when I picked up the couch. A second person -- Jack -- physically left the showroom and personally took me to the warehouse to receive the item. I was putting the sofa (in the box) on top of my car, so Jack personally wrapped the box in plastic and helped lash it to the car, including helping me hoist the oversized box onto the roof. Above and beyond fails to adequately describe my experience.

Amazing! I highly recommend. Jack, their in house designer, is very helpful and attentive. He has been helping my girlfriend and I decorate our home.

I bought an armchair_ reclining chair with swiveling function at $3K. The store manager have me wait for four month after the payment/order. I was told it takes long time since it is coming from Denmark. the delivery did not keep the promise at all. no call, no text, no response, no excuses, no explanations...numerous lies from the store manager and delivery man. received the chair and it is made-in-china. Total non-sense. I did not pay 3K and waited 4 months to get a made-in-china chair.The form is not filled in full and the sowing condition is bad on the chair. I am taking this case to the small claims court if the full price refund is not given back to me.I reported the headquarter as well.

Interesting, minimalistic, but cold design - for my taste, similar to Ikea, but much better materials and assembly quality.

Brought sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs that were fairly expensive. They looked and felt fantastic on the store. However the products we received were poorly constructed. The main problem being the cushions were lumpy and the seems that were visible were crooked and out of place. The problem has seemed to worsen, and what I am left with, in less than a years time, is a living room furniture that looks like a cheap IKEA knockoff, that was 5 times the price (give or take).Id avoid.

I ordered something from this store in February, canceled it within the contractual time frame allowed, and now its March 22nd and I have still not gotten my deposit back. Called the store, sent emails, and still no refund. Buyer beware.

I bought a quite expensive couch and they delivered it in the wrong fabric color! since the delivery I have been trying to reach the store manager Marianne by phone and email without any success. My husband and I left several messages and no one returns the calls.I used to have the best customer service in Singapore where I lived before. But the service here is the worst ever. I would never recommend the brand or this shop to anyone. Im still trying to sort out the issue. I hope I dont have to take the legal route.

Bad experience with a bed purchase (Mezzo leather) at this store. Price was extremely high over $4K and the bed broke after just 6 months of normal use. The bed frame support structure failed and the center part sank down. Our previous bed from Ikea has had no problem after years of use. When we made the purchase the store manager promised to honor a return if we have a problem. But we have been requesting a refund with the store for more than a month to no avail, my follow up through BBB has also been ignored by the store. Now seeking escalation through NJ Consumer Affairs. Buyers beware!

Overpriced IKEA garbage. Bought 3 pieces and two fell apart within a year. Furniture is assembled the same as Ikea stuff, lasts half as long and costs 4x as much.

BoConcept Paramus store suck the owner Peter is rude nasty and he makes you wait for your furniture if you do not agree with him he also hangs up on you there is absolutely no communication my experience was so bad I am complaining to BBB. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER TO THE DELIVERY GUYS. THE OWNER LIES TO YOU AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY!!
