Purchased furniture there delivered December 2019. Called September 2020 for a problem with the buffet (we put dishes in it and the inside shelves unhinged) it took them 7 weeks and a follow up call from me to get some kind of response. Recd a call mid November saying we had to pay for a service call? Thought we had a warranty? Salesman strongly believed after seeing the pictures that this should be replaced because it appeared defective. Well apparently the owner does not agree? I do not recommend Creative Furniture they do not stand by their products.

I bought furniture from them for a house un Florida. Due to the pandemic, we had to wait 1.5 years to close on the house. They were very very patient and helpful, delivered the furniture on time after keep it for us a long time. Farley and Tom were always a great with us.I would buy again from them!!

ONE MONTH LATER STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY. Company has missed delivery twice. They do not return calls. They do not take any responsibility. They shift blame amongst each other for errors. The place is a circus. Will wait one more week, then file complaint with New Jersey Consumer protection.

I been to so many other furniture stores but I always go back to this one because the furniture is high quality, unique pieces, modern and the prices are reasonable.Tom Cyran help me so much with my purchase making sure i get it in a timely manner, sent me emails telling me the status of my delivery time and date. im very happy with my bedroom set. i will difenetly go back to this store. i highly recommend. can’t wait to go back and get my living room set. The coffee and side table came damaged, with scratches and bumps, and one was installed incorrectly, despite my paying for white glove delivery. I called the store to report the damage and issue with installation as the delivery person was pulling out of the driveway, and also emailed them a dozen pictures as proof. I had to constantly follow up for a status update and, after a full month, heard back that they cannot replace the items. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this store. In fact, you’d be better off visiting Canal Furniture in NYC, as they carry the same brands and have better prices. I wish I knew that before placing the order with store.

Where do I start, I purchased what I thought was a quality dining room set from a reputable establishment. Less than 1 year later this quality furniture looks like something purchased at a big box discount store. I am shocked at the response I received from the store owner who now wants to charge us for a service call when we were told there was a warranty! It has not even been a year it is very sad because we trusted our Salesperson and we were duped!! ALF furniture makes garbage furniture and Creative Furniture tells customers the quality is like no other what a joke! Do yourself a favor DO NOT waste your money!

ZERO STARS!!! Horrible customer service and unprofessional workers. All these people are interested in is stealing your money. Dont bother going here for furniture you could have gotten at a discount store for a quarter of the price with the same quality. Less than a year and already went through 2 of the same items because they dropped off a broken one to begin with. How dare you charge so much for items that cant even hold up to what they are intended for?

In the time of COVID, I was delivered to timely as well, but depends on furniture availability and schedule too. Manny at the warehouse took care of me with scheduling, the guys (only 2) delivered professionally and took their boxes with them (Worth the delivery charge!)!

It is sad went a company wont stand behind his words. One thing is being call Creative Furniture, and another thing is being creative to give excuses to a customer, to not fulfill with the one year warranty. Instead try to make them pay for extra charges, for the already expensive piece of furniture.Under what kind of ethics and values, do you run your company? So disappointed.

Really liked their furniture. Good sale prices, too! While retail prices are bit high the quality is very high and really seems worth it. Very modern, sleek style and lots of Italian leather pieces. Definitely recommend checking them out. I will buy furniture from them one day :).

The modern sideboard, a Vanda Buffet, which I ordered online initially had one of its small cubical doors removed just after a few days of purchase. I filled a comprehensive online form and submitted, and I got a call back from Farley. After a short conversation, a replacement was promised, and the sideboard got replaced in a few days. I think Creative Furniture cares a lot about customer satisfaction, just from the way the problem was solved.
