Love this beautiful store they had so many selections so many ways to customize sofa set the sales person Rock he was really really nice!, he took his time to help us was really patient with us. And the fragrance diffusers are amazing I decided to buy one it’s really long lasting try it out !

Kelly has provided an outstanding customer experience. She understood my budget, reviewed the room measurements with me, and recommended a perfect piece of furniture for me from their warehouse. She is also very responsive and the communication was seamless. I bought a floor model from their NC store and could not be happier. There are two lines for Natuzzi furniture - always make sure to buy the one that is made in Italy. The couch is high quality, leather is smooth and color is gorgeous. It was delivered as promised and the entire transaction was seamless. Ive had it for a month now and could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Cant say enough about my extremely positive experience at Natuzzi! Kelly took the time to understand my needs and the look I was trying to achieve for my living room and helped me design the space beautifully. She spent time over multiple visits to the showroom to give me advice about colors and materials and even mapped out the room to show me how the furniture would look in the space before ordering. Fantastic Experience. We tried to get a number of options in our local King of Prussia store but we never heard back about the options. Kelly and team in NJ were exceptional and sent us a number of available choices every week. The whole sales and delivery process was seamless too. I would highly recommend them.

These couches are amazing, the level of comfort level is a 10/10 and we can get them custom to the fabric/leather we like and look. The customer service was great as well. Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a long term good investment on your money.

I stopped in with my husband looking for a new sofa for our house. Jackie the store manager was a huge help! She walked us through the showroom explaining the brand and the sofas, and helped us pick out the perfect new sofa. I can’t wait until I see it in my house! We will definitely be back for more soon!!

I bought a floor model swivel chair from Natuzzi less than 3 months ago being absolutely sure their furniture was of quality and I probably didnt have to worry about warranty. Being that it was floor model it still cost $1k. I was initially so happy with it. But less than 3 months have passed and the metal base on the chair completely snapped. It is now unusable, tilted and wobbly.. All my furniture is from either crate and barrel or CB2, which doesnt ever fail me. One time I decided to try Natuzzi next door to CB2 and what dissapointment. Since its a floor model I need to pay for labor and parts to fix it. I wonder if at this point its less costly to throw it out. Regret this purchase. At least do not buy their floor models. You can end up throwing away your money.

I came in last month looking to replace my sofa. The team there was very helpful answered all my questions efficiently. They were very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend shopping at Natuzzi Italia in Paramus!

The best couches you can find

We’re furnished our condo with assistance of Kelly M. and would not hesitate to recommend her and Natuzzi store in Paramus. Kelly assisted us with our selections and recommended pieces based on our style (she is a great listener). She never over sold, in fact recommended less expensive pieces. Being able to customize to our taste was worth waiting the three months. The quality is excellent and definitely a step above from the box store products. If your seeking custom made furniture, we recommend the Paramus store and ask for Kelly.

I purchased a very expensive sectional from this store and the cushions are separating causing an aesthetically unattractive situation as well as a dangerous situation (my granddaughters leg went right thru the gap).I have called multiple times to ask them for help to no avail. Natuzzi makes a defective product and do not provide good customer service.Don’t buy from this company!!!

I just received my balance sectional and it is beautiful!!! It took a little longer to get here but the team was always in touch and kept me up to date. The team there is always friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and work with you to find your perfect fit for a sofa.

I am very pleased with my comfortable and great looking sectional and Revive chair. It was definitely worth the 3 month wait from Italy. My sales and design consultant, Kelly M. was very knowledgeable with great design judgment and went out of her way on numerous occasions to make sure everything was perfect. Very highly recommended!

We purchased living and dining room furniture at this location.Kelly M., my designer, has given us excellent customer servicefrom start to finish. She has a great eye for design and her inputhas made our new home warm and inviting.She helped us for over an hour just to pick out our pillows! .I cannot say enough about her professionalism and design service.

We purchased our reclining sofa for our family room at Natuzzi, Paramus last January and finally it was delivered around two weeks ago. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice so far. In choosing the right one, we got great advice and help from Kelly M especially with her providing 3D simulated picture of selected sofa and our room. She was patient and attentive to our preference and very professional in giving right recommendation and advice. Natuzzi will be on our top list when we plan for furniture shopping again.

I can’t say enough about the assistance we received from Kelly during our couch selection process. We sat on every couch in the showroom more than once. Kelly was very patient, her probing questions as my husband and I debated various couches helped us reach our final decision. Kelly helped with the final configuration and leather selection.Our couch was delivered within the 12 weeks originally committed to at time of purchase. Unfortunately, the couch did have an issue when it arrived. It’s not unheard of that there can be issues with even high-end furniture manufacturers but the true test of a great brand is how they handle the situation and the quality of the people they put in front of customers. Working with Kelly and Charissa the Showroom Manager we were able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.I highly recommend purchasing from the Natuzzi Italia Paramus store. Dealing directly with the manufacturer guarantees the quality of their product and full support from their team.

Let me first say that I am never the one to write a bad review as I understand that things we have no control over do happen. We purchased a dining room table with chairs as well as a king size bed from Natuzzi in August 2018. King size bed is still incomplete as an essential part of the bed was not included during the delivery. Delivery team was extremely careless when bringing the above items into our home. They scratched the floors as well as the wall in the dining room area. I was not home during the delivery and when I arrived, I found the parts of the bed unassembled and on the floor. Of course at that time the store was already closed and the delivery company informed that they had a wrong part of the bed and that I need to contact the store for details. I called the next morning and was quite disappointed in the lack of concern or care for what had happened. I was quickly dismissed and handed over to another store manager who was to figure out what went wrong. Long story short, I am still waiting for the correct part to arrive from Italy. Customer service is non-existent and no updates are given. I am also yet to hear an apology about the delay or the delivery damage that was done.They have certainly lost a customer as I will never shop there again. I am glad I purchased most of my other furniture from Roche Bobois next door. Their customer service was exceptional and I received updates of every step of production of my purchased furniture pieces. Everything arrived on time and the delivery was seamless.

Natuzzi claims that they “offer nothing but quality.” Unfortunately while purchasing my sofas, I learned that the following labels are attributable to Natuzzi, namely; “Liars,” “Cheats,” and “Scammers.” The first issue to arise was that Natuzzi promised us the Sofas in 3 months end, however we received our sofas in 4 months. Better a month late than never delivered I thought, however I was in for a surprise.The late arriving sofas were damaged either during manufacturing or during delivery. Initially when I pointed out the leather damage to the drivers, they responded that this is normal and that the “stretched” leather goes back to normal within a few days. A few months later, the sofa leather is still damaged and it never went back to normal. Not a problem Natuzzi will take care of us I thought, wrongly so. Natuzzi sent people out to us twice to “repair” the issue, each time the problem was not solved. Not an issue, I thought that Natuzzi would replace or take back the sofas. After all Natuzzi prides itself on quality, instead they deceived us. Natuzzi refused to return or replace the sofas.In the midst of all these issues, Natuzzi representatives promised us 15% off our next purchase. I needed to add more sofas to my collection anyway, I was appreciative. While hoping that Natuzzi would resolve my initial issue, I discussed ordering another sofa and utilizing my 15% off, instead they backpedaled and assured us not only would they never replace our damaged sofas, but also that they “never” promised us the 15% off.All in all, my experience with Natuzzi is one that disappoints and disgusts me. The saddest thing I did, choose Natuzzi over their competitors. I should have bought my furniture from Mitchel Gold, Roche Bobois, or RH. I had a far better experience with a competitor in the past 6 months. Modo actually took care of me when there was an issue with bedroom furniture set.Just to reemphasize, based on my experience when compared to those claims made by Natuzzi, I believe Natuzzi embodies “LYING,” “CHEATING,” and “SCAMMING.” Natuzzi should be ashamed of cheating hard working Americans.

I just want to say that I love Natuzzi! Everything in the store is beautiful and such high quality. You actually feel like your in Italy when you are at the showroom. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are not pushy in anyway. I had such a great experience working with Rock from the Paramus store. I will definitely be back to work with him in the near future and I will refer him without a doubt to anyone looking to redecorate or design a space. I custom designed a Re-vive shuttle armchair and footstool, it was such a fun and pleasant experience. The Re-vive shuttle hands down is the most luxurious chair I have ever sat in.

Excellent service

I was furniture shopping with my family for our new house. We stopped by Natuzzi to look at a few items. I liked a sectional which was on floor and asked for the pricing&availability. The guy who was taking care of us went in to his office and took his time forever just to tell me how much that same sectional costs. In the meantime my kids were bored and walking around. A young, short guy with glasses who seems to be the owner or store manager and said your kids are touching the store decor. I said oh, okay and went to staywith my kids and told them not to touch anything. Then the guy came out ofhis officewith the price so I walkedaway feom my kids, and the same guy came back to me again and said something abiut the kids and stay with them. I was super pissed as he had this attitude and was super annoyed. When I go to a store with my two kids, first of everybody else I explain them not to touch anything and they are okay.Guess what happened? I walked out of the store and went to Mitchell Gold which is next door, and purchased a sectional there for about $8000 and not have to wait for 3 months- all made in US. They welcomed my kids with stickers and pretzels and sat down with them to draw so we could actually shop. This is how you make the sale!
