Connor was absolutely amazing. Very good salesmen. Worked hard to make sure we were happy and had a great experience. His top priority was to make sure we left with a vehicle we wanted and suited us best. Justin was also great. Made us informed of our financing options and extended warranties without pushing anything on us. The rest of the staff was also wonder. Made sure we were taken care of and had water or whatever we needed especially seeing my pregnant belly come strolling through the door.

Normally when you walk into a dealership of any kind, youre not allowed a moment of peace from the time you walk in, to the time you leave. We were greeted in a timely manor of course, but no one hovered over us while we were looking at the cars. It was beyond refreshing. Kyle Also did an amazing job making everything super easy, and making sure everything went smoothly. He was very friendly and someone you could easily have a conversation with. I have been/will continue to recommend Huttig Nissan to everyone I know! Not only did they get me out of my horribly unsafe vehicle, but they made me feel like they genuinely valued my concerns and what I was looking for.

The dealership showed a complete lack of integrity after we discovered an error they made which left us unable to legally drive our vehicle for over a week. Instead of coming up with a solution, they spent an entire day lying to us and then blaming us for not being willing to drive our paid-for vehicle without a proper temporary registration. It still took a few days before anyone stopped arguing long enough to start working toward a solution. We didnt even get a buyers guide.When they tell you theyre a family and pretend that youre part of it, they are at least telling the truth about being a family. They are very loyal to their coworkers.They will lie to cover for each other hoping that you arent smart enough to understand how things really work.The sales manager will play the people make mistakes card instead of listening to you. Took him three days to finally come up with a solution that I still wasnt sure was legitimate. Luckily we didnt get pulled over while we waited for them to fix things properly.Yes, Jason, people make mistakes. Only most people have the integrity to admit them instead of lying to cover them up. You should have taken money out of Jordans commission to compensate us for our lost time.And Jordan, you need to learn how to speak to customers without belittling them. You definitely shouldnt suggest that people break the law. You give salespeople a bad name.Julie, you need to fire Darlene for her incompetence and lack of integrity. That combination makes for a bad employee and reflects poorly on you as an owner.But hey, you got your money and clearly thats all that matters to you. Thank you for a nightmare of an experience. Oh, and I still havent received a buyers guide.
Had my studded snow tires taken off and inspection done. Rick programmed my new cell phone in for me. Super guy he is!! Took about an hour. They gave me a rental to use so I could get my groceries and go home immediately after. They are always so good to me!! Love this place!!!😊

My car has been towed to the dealership because of a dead battery. The plan was to replace the battery and get an inspection done. When my car was being test driven after the new battery install, it was discovered my front left wheel was wobbling and when put on the lift they found my tire rod had been bent by the winch used by the tow truck company. Personnel at Huttig assured me that the damage that was done could’ve only been done by the tow truck operator. I was happy to have learned this so that I can seek compensation for the money spent for the replacement of my tie rod.
Purchased me vehicle at Huttig a little over 2 years ago. Have rust issues with vehicle and I get told there’s nothing they can do; but I will need to go pay to have 3 estimates done from 3 different body shops, and then Nissan will decide. Well not sure about you but working full-time and making 3 separate car appts during any given week isn’t easy. So thanks for NOTHING. Also, staff was very unprofessional and must have forgot I was sitting waiting; swearing, talking about bowl movements, so bad
I just purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue... this will be my 1st Nissan I have ever owned. My daughters car broke down due to a recall issue near Plattsburgh. We are from Pennsylvania, so what should have been a small problem became a logistic nightmare. They kept us informed on what needed to be fixed and when it would be finished so we could plan our trip up to Plattsburgh - 7 hours. Great service, the job was done correctly, and what could have been a nightmare ended up being a small inconvenience. Great job guys!

A good experience. Don and Ryan very helpful. Gave me the oil I wanted (Mobil 1 advanced mileage 0W30 full synthetic ) and nice car wash. Car runs like a top. My all time favorite general purpose car (that means 60 years of experience with small cars almost exclusively). Wife and I love the CVT (35K plus on odo). Beats me why Nissan stopped production. This car does many things well, and roomy back seat--unbelievable! Handles like a dream and good ride, and noise levels good with windows up. Mileage with the original Bridgestone Ecopias and summer gas blend is great: 40-41+ mpg consistently in highly varied conditions including hillls and mountains. Now I have General Altimax RT-43 tires on it. A better all round tire but not LRR like the Bridgestones. Still get a respectable 39 MPG. Thanks for the good service. A quality outfit. Keep up the good work.

It was really greats, however I realized after I left there that they got me on a few things.They put my mileage at 118 but the mileage when I got into my car was not 118, it was 143. I am leasing the vehicle, so every mile counts and they would not drop the sticker price at all... which was fine because I am more than happy with the vehicle. Also they told me the payments would be $76.21 and when I got to the paperwork form, it changed to $77.64Like I said, not a big deal, but it made me question everything. I have the paper with me and I will remember that next time.I love that all inspections are free as long as you own a nissan and that I get two free oil changes this year.This is my first car without my parents and I am happy with my decision.

Just oil and filter change. They did full point inspection and warned me of rear brake issues and battery that might have problem in the future with cold starts.

Have been bringing my car here for years now and have had little to no issues with the service department. I just bought a car a couple more than ago from here and can attest to the laid back, no pressure sales. The sales people are very approachable and easy to work with. They gave me out the door pricing that was detailed before I even asked. Financing was simple as well and the finance manager was incredibly thorough with covering each document signed and what it meant.This was an overall great experience and would recommend this dealership to consider when buying a new car. The people here really do like what they do.

The sales experience was excellent. Jordan was patient, informative, and above all, he listened. Once he understood our situation, he explained a program that would allow us to purchase a brand new car, rather than a used model, with a manageable monthly payment plan AND no finance charges for the life of the loan. We had the car Simonized this week, and the process went off without a hitch: the loaner was ready when I got there, and the car was finished on time. No lingering around the sales counter or waiting room. Service staff was helpful and courteous. On a related note, the dealership will be moving to a new location by next Summer, which happens to be within walking distance of our house. This will make service appointments even easier. All-in-all, we have never had a more enjoyable sales experience, and we are optimistic that our continued relationship will be just as positive.

This was my first dealership experience and I have to say it was amazing. Tammy, Tim and Julie were awesome. In fact everyone there is. I was treated like I was a member of the family. Everything was explained in detail. If they didn’t know the answer to my question they found it for me in a timely manner. They worked with me to find what was right for me. Not once was I pressured into getting something that I didn’t want. I wish I had gone there years ago. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
The service department employees are very nice. I just purchased the vehicle in late November 2018. It is a 2014 Maxima. I have two extended warranties on the vehicle. I was at the dealer to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I asked the service department to please check the brakes as I was getting some noise and pulsation in the front end. I also told them that I have been keeping the car washed to try and eliminate the sand from the roads getting to the brakes. When I went to pick up the car I was told that they cleaned the brakes as it was mostly just dirt on them but on my next oil change I would probably need new brakes. I was somewhat taken aback by this considering I only have had this car 4 months. It was in good faith that I purchased this used vehicle and was assured it would be in working order when I picked it up. I do not wish to have to purchase brakes on a car that I havent had very long. My car had approximately 36,000 miles on it when I purchased it and it now has 43,000. I have researched different Nissan dealers to find the information on how long brakes last and the totals are more than 43,000. Even so, if my brakes were becoming worn, I would think they would have changed them at time of the purchase. I like Huttig and I only hope something can be done about this situation. Thank you
