They have a great selection on movies and have sales on older movies a lot. Movies being $5. Ive found movies there I had completely forgotten about. Their royalty program is great too. Get a discount with every purchase. Only negative thing to ever happen was have the wrong movie in the box.

I went there in 2012. There use to be a Suncoast at my mall in Silverdale Washington at the Kitsap Mall back in 2009. But I was thrilled to find this Suncoast still open active in 2012. I kept my old membership card and renewed it when I visited this Suncoast in the Portland mall.I’m glad it’s still open as of March 10, 2021. It’s only a 5 hour drive from my location in WashingtonI’m planning to come back to this location to renew my membership card and probably buy another DVD or Blu-ray I go on my vacation this summer of 2021. Thank you guys for your service back in 2012 (I also bought season 2 of DragonBall when I visited that place)Hope this Suncoast in Oregon stays in business. It’s my childhood that I hope never diesUpdateI went to this Suncoast today (as of June 5, 2021) and they are leaving the mall. The FYE membership is actually pretty awesome for anyone who gasses up at Shell,, loves to go to the movies,, you can take advantage of their 10% in store and online discount every day. I personally love their variety of collectibles, and movies. So many benefits for only 12.00 a month.

Cool nick nacks

We had a great time in this store! We hit it first, as it was the one closest to the entrance we used. We came back after looking at the other stores on our list; and spent probably a good hour and a half (at least) digging through the Pop!s, the vinyl records, and the rest of the jam-packed store. This ended up being the only store we made a purchase in in the whole mall. Staff was kind, informative, and all-around helpful. Loved it, and I hope its still there when we come back next time!

Kind of hard to find what youre looking for, but thankfully you can look anything up at the cash register.

Nice people, decent selection of used movies. Only real complaint is the amount of stuff jammed into the store. It can be hard to move around when theres a lot of people inside, and difficult to keep an eye on your little ones, so Id suggest doing like I do and hold their hands.

Cant find a movie? Go to them. They are the go to place without the web headache. At least youre guaranteed to get with your ordering.

Great selection of Funkos

Overpriced and NO SERVICE. My family stopped here to buy a few items $100+. The staff was too busy chatting with each other and doing merchandising to even acknowledge our presence. We left after 10 minutes of NO SERVICE.

Love coming in everytime I come to the Lloyd center. I have already bought some tokyo ghoul and deadpool shirts from here. Also bought movies and posters from here. Highly recommend coming here:)

Wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced on 99% of their merchandise. But, their bargain bins will have some fair prices (they call it clearance) that is regular priced on amazon or even best buy.Good window shopping place though.

Do not recommend, find another location.As a former US resident and current citizen I frequently talk about FYE stores and their amazing selection to my friends and family. I had one in my home town of Traverse City located in our mall that always had the most extensive entertainment collections. Its no surprise then that my partner sought one out on his trip to Oregon today to locate Blu Ray copies of Ant Man and the Wasp, and Solo a Star Wars story like wed discussed.However things dont always go as planned and I have the misfortune of saying that one of the workers here falsely claimed my partner visiting for the city for the day stole from this store 4 days ago and had called the police on him. Rather than provide security footage to verify this mistaken identity they went on eye witness testimony and had him held in custody handcuffed for an hour and a half. He is now no longer capable of stepping foot into this store or mall, not that hed ever desire to do so again.Google Map records can verify his location over the past month and within the past 24 hours which can easily show he just drove 5 hours to Portland and happened to visit this mall for food and to check out places to shop for videos after a concert. Records of his border crossing can be pulled to show this is the only such trip hes taken, his ID states he is traveling from Canada and yet this was not considered satisfactory to the witness. This was an incredibly unprofessional and unjustifiable situation that has darkened what was intended to be a fun visit to the states.I would not recommend this store to anyone, find someplace else to shop. One that treats its customers with respect and understands misidentification can happen rather than insist on persecution. If it werent for an officer present this store would have had my partner taken down to the station and hed have missed the concert he had planned to attend for the past 3 months.

Great place that I go to everytime I go to Lloyd Center with an amazing huge selection of movies & stuff besides that too. And I usually find exactly what I’m looking for everytime I go there thanks to the great service you’re given by the generous employees.

First time in. I found a lot of fun items. My issue is with the sleazy way they sign you up for their vip card. I clearly asked if the card had a fee and the cashier named Robert lied and said no. Well, there is a fee. I should have been more attentive, but you would think people would be honest. Because of this persons horrible way of conducting business, I will stop elsewhere.

Barely a movie store anymore. They removed over half of the selection of films to add toys, collectibles, and other nonsense. You still find some of the stuff your looking for but hardly. Never have new release movies on time unless they are blockbuster films. Suncoast what are you doing? I feel youre trying to make yourself go extinct.

Not enough sailor moon

They call the cops on their customers. They insisted I had been in their store multiple times in the last few days. I am visiting Portland for my first time from out of the country and checked in to my nearby hotel about an hour before going to this store. I was approached by police and handcuffed in the mall because the store was insisting that I was their theif. Will never be visiting this store or this mall again.

Went yesterday with my friend and this store has alot of great things like movies, posters, funko pops, toys, candy games and funko pop key chains.This is the best store every have alot great funko pops from movies, tv shows and video games cant wait to come back to this store.
