I had a very positive experience. Arnaldo the manager is very friendly and professional. The original online offer was a maximum as expected, but the next offer from the main office during this visit was lower than expected, Arnaldo encouraged me to make a counter offer, which was what I was hoping to receive, and it was accepted. The paperwork was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I left with a check within about an hour of arrival. I recommend this company and location.

The process was very easy and quick. Inspected the vehicle and once the off site compliance team finished their review the offer was completed. Very fair and above offer for my vehicle. They take care of paying off the existing loan and gave me a check for the rest same day. Its really the only way to turn in your vehicle. Their offer was thousands of dollars over what a dealer or other online companies offered. Arnaldo was great and very professional.

I have to say this was the easiest process. Needed to sell my mom’s car. Did not have time or energy to sell privately. I believe I might have gotten a little more for the car if I had put in the work but for the sake of my time this was the best option. Arnaldo was very professional plus a nice guy. Easy way to sell your car.

The website gives one set of hours and the door of the office a different set. Noone showed for appointment nor contacted me after I called saying I was at the office waiting. If they needed to reschedule due to weather that could have been accomplished when I spoke with them the day before.

This place is horrible...I brought a 2001 Firebird with only 54k miles, very clean and in great shape..(only because I do not have the time to sell it on my own and we have too many cars and wanted to thin it out)....was there for 3 1/2 hours just to get told a horrendous price for this vehicle (did not even get KBB value). The So Called Pricing Guy is absolutely outer limits nuts and would not budget on price!!!! They acted like I was asking them for an exorbitant amount but I did not want to give it away!!! I know they need to get a certain price, they run comparables and I could have declined but I had been speaking with them since last August and I was told that prices skyrocket in March/April. So, I caved and sold it because as stated I just do not have the time right now to sell it. I did not appreciate the treatment by these people at all. So, lesson learned and I will not be going back. If I sell anything else in the future, I will do it myself! I would not sell a bike to them at this point! I do not need a response from this place because Iit will not be read and I will not waste anymore of my valuable time with this nonsense!

I called with a 1995 with 145, 0000 miles that is running dont need anything but a muffler u offed me 50 dollars scrap price was 270 50 for a running car with no bady damage is crazy id never call here again people just take ur cars to a scrap yard if u really want to part with ur car this isnt worth the phone cal junking a car just as easy
