My 2013 toyota tacoma was damaged in a fender bender. It had significant damage to right front fender, hood & grill. They received it on 3/4 & on 3/25/2013 it was done & looked as good as new. They were very professional & kept me informed through entire process. Targeted completion date was 3/26 & it was completed a day ahead. GREAT JOB!

I needed to have RAV4 repaired after a fender bender that took out the housing of my right front headlight and turn signal. The right front fender was bent so needed to be replaced, the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was exposed and broken and the front bumper broke off. So while my car was damaged, it was drive-able. It was about a week and a half after the accident that they were able to get my car in for repairs which I realize now was the time it probably took to get in the parts. So I dropped my car off on a Monday around 11:30 in the morning and they called me Tuesday early afternoon saying it was finished except for a couple exterior parts (clear bug shield wind screen for the front leading edge of the hood). Holy cow! I am so impressed with the quality of their work, the fast turn around and their professionalism. I cant say enough good things about these guys! Not only did they wash the outside (which makes sense since that was what was damaged) but they went above and beyond and cleaned the interior which to be honest was a total dirty, dog and horse hairy mess! You cannot go wrong with these folks! Im very happy with the repairs they did and recommend them to everyone that needs auto body repairs.

Excellent body shop!!! We took our car there after a hit and run left my husbands car undrivable. Eric stayed in constant communication with us about what work was needed and kept us informed of the timeline. This was important as there was more damage than it first appeared and we were obviously down to one car. So we really appreciated the communication. Upon getting the car we were thrilled with the work. They went above and beyond. Were HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I brought my car to Marks Auto Body to have the rear bumper fixed after a hit and run!! Eric took care of me and was very kind and professional. They replaced the bumper and now my car looks brand new. They even washed and vacuumed my car after completing their work!! Wonderful people to work with.

We just had our car repaired after we were rear ended. This was the first accident that I was in so did not know how it all worked. Marks took care of everything from reserving the rental car to dealing with the insurance company. Took away much of the stress for us. Besides that, they did a fantastic job on the repair-even waxed the car afterwards! It looks brand new. Thank you Marks Auto Body!

2 stars for fast turn around. Other than that poor service.I had an accident in my 2005 Dakota. After having an estimate done at a different shop communication fell off. I was recommended to Marks. I am astounded by the unprofessionalism of this business.Marks and the estimator from my insurance company went over the vehicle together. Many issues missed from the accident, Marks doesnt stand up to the insurance company for the customers to ensure proper estimates and repairs.Some issues found by another shop after visual inspection, paint chips, body lines and damages to my vehicle. A sheet metal screw was put threw my mudflap and panel to secure it! (I had to fight with the insurance company and Marks to get reimbursed for this), i initially refused to pay and pickup my vehicle with such a repair and Jeff said they would see about a better fix.When i went to get my truck for the second time. Dylan said this was a favor by securing it in place as it was previously damaged. It was damaged and hanging off after the accident. It should have been replaced and repaired! My vehicle also has a deep scratch into the paint on the right fender that wasnt visable before Marks. Im not certain if this was damaged in the accident as the bumper was crooked and pushed up into this area. It still should have been fixed or myself made aware so it could be fixed to prevent more damage. My doors have a large section where the paint was damaged and then buffed off. Once again why was I not informed or this added to my estimate, the fibers are still mixed into the paint and metal from buffing. It has began to rust now (once again I had to argue to get reimbursed for this). The headlight assembly and the fender was installed poorly making large gaps between the hood, fender and headlight assembly. I also found debri in the new fender that was freshly painted.When I returned to pickup my vehicle for the second time. I found the screw was still in place. I refused to pay my 1000$ deductible for this type of work. I was threatened with storage fees and cussed out. I simply wanted my vehicle repaired properly, I then called my insurance and argued with them about the damage until they agreed to reimburse me for the repairs. I then went back inside and picked up my vehicle and took it for the second opinion.It has been nothing but arguing and battling with Marks and my insurance. No customer support from either side.I called and apologized for my words and poor behavior when Dylan and i got into it verbally, I genuinely felt taken advantage of and stated that. I then brought up warranty work and had a short conversation about the damages. All seemed well and he said i would need to make an appointment, he then asked for the estimators phone number. Shortly after I got a voicemail stating that Marks is refusing to warranty the work done, debri in the paint, crooked headlight assembly, large gaps and poor body lines.If your looking to have your vehicle restored to pre accident condition . You will need to go somewhere else.I do not recommend Marks Auto body.

Havent had work done at a body shop for awhile but we hit a deer and did about $2k in damage to our car so started our search for work to be done discussions at Marks. I got such a good impression of them at this first first visit that I decided to go there and handed the work over to them and my insurance company. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up 3 or 4 days later. Everything came out real nice; car looks good!After I got my car home I noticed that the grill they put on didnt have an emblem that my model has on it. I stopped by Marks a few days later and they said no problem theyll order a new part and contact me when it comes in...... they called me the next day and installed emblem: Good to Go! Nice, Professional staff to deal with.
