Youve got to be insane to take your car to this joint. I took my Mercedes to repair bumper damage. Insurance paid for all the new parts. To my surprise, after a week of taking the car from being repaired, all trim fell apart. It appeared that none of the parts were replaced at all, old bumper and trim was just glued back together. You really have to hate your car to use this shop.

So unreliable bunch of liers I would love to mention something about ther quality but I really dont know they just keep my 69 GTO Park putting more demege to it and I had to bring the police to get my car back because they were hiring from me and the workers said they couldnt just let me take my car even though I have already paid for the job that never got done this was so frustrating.

I took my car to get repaired. They used my car for personal use. They said it would be here one day and gave it to me another day.My friend saw them them using my car. It was the shop owner. That is not professional! Check your miles before dropping off the car.

Spoke to Joana about adding after market on my car. No problem she said. I showed up and a few hours later, she had a new carbon fiber front lip and side skirts. They done a fabulous job, as shes meaner looking, and sleeker.I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Scam!!! Asked to pay upfront, but didn’t fix the car in two years. Telling lies and after lies, excuses and after excuses. It’s been nightmare, source of my anger and frustration.

Good auto body work, much more reasonable price compared to normal shops. Also much faster. Not covered by insurance.

SCAM!! they are scamming people by taking cash upfront for cars and not fixing the vehicle or returning them on time. Held my car in their worship, did not answer phone calls and did not pay me back the money I put in for the repair. Reported them to the police and authorities. Please dont go here and support a corrupt business like this

Granted coming to an auto body shop is usually not good news... however I had a pretty good experience. I thought that Johanna is very attentive and knowledgable. We were seen quickly for a free estimate and before I could really point everything out she already saw and knew what had to be done to my car. She even saw other areas that I didnt notice. She is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me.

One of the fantastic place for auto body works. I had a very nice experience with Johanna. She will deliver the things with Good Quality, Economical price with in committed time. I got my car repaired within 2 days. Her husband is real gentleman who will hear your concerns and fix the things if you are not fully convinced. I will definitely recommend this shop for any future Auto Body works.

Quality work at very fair prices. A family run business, I truly trust them with my vehicle, for mechanic and auto body work. They welded a custom steel rack on my truck, and then fixed multiple electrical and engine issues in my car, all at very decent prices.

Could give them a 0 star, I would!Please be careful!! They take the money and dont complete the job.Very unprofessional. They take money before job is complete. And I had to call and call multiple times to be able to get an answer on the details of my car repair. In the end, they didnt even give me the right mirror for my car. They just put a replacement and then when I called - Johanna - the owner finally picked up and she promised to fix my mirror . But despite promising, she wouldnt get back to me and now it has been 6 weeks!

I took my car to M and M auto body for them to do a full paint job. I was told in the beginning that it would take them a month and a half to finish it. I gave it to them in October and it wasnt finished until late January. The shop had dozens of problem from workers taking vacations to losing power. I would not take your car here for anything more than a minor job. And even for a minor job be prepared to not have your car for longer than expected. They have done nothing that has impressed me and everything they did was a let down. Would not recommend to anyone.

They did a 3 star job on my door which needed replacing. The matching of the paint was pretty good, however there are a few places that clearly need a touch up. They forgot to plug in the window so I had to return briefly for someone to get the window to operate Works fine now. We paid probably $500 - $800 less than anyone else on the Eastside and the job was done in a decent amount of time. We only had to wait 2 days over what time estimate they originally gave us. When you arrive and see the site you will fully understand what you are getting. M&M worked well for us and we would recommend them for no frills jobs. You get what you pay for. Johana, the contact person, is a nice lady.

A place to get your vehicles repair for a good faai price

Seems like so far whos taken their cars there had a terrible experience. I took my car there for a full paint job, partially because I thought the price was a good deal. Well I greatly regret it, I should have paid more go someone else who would have done a far greater job. Sadly, the owner is very nice, until she starts lying and making excuses. First she told me two weeks and the car will be done, after which she called and said the car is ready for pickup. When I came, the car wasnt nearly ready, spoiler was off, good and bumper had very noticeable drips, and car overall, looked like a kid painted it. Very poor craftsmanship. I waited another 2 weeks (with her giving excuses) came back again, she told me that bumper and spoiler had some reaction to paint and there are drips which shell fix after a month when paint dries....I took the car and upon returning home I noticed the professional that polished the car made it look worse then before. There were swirls and scratches on clear coat. That point I was tired of dealing with her so I kept the car for the next month or so.while driving it, paint on the bumper stayed flaking from any small rocks or anything else that would hit it while driving. When I brought the car back to Johanna, she gave me this super surprising look and asked what happened. Seriously? What good paint job would flake if it was properly fine in the first place? In other words the quality was piss poor. She also told me that there was no scratches after polishing because I wouldnt take the car if I saw them...... Yea.. So I gave get another $100 to repaint front bumper and repolish the car (later it did get better, but without any expertise I could do a much better job) She told me itll be done in a week to fix the drips or what not and shell call me when its done. I waited for 2 (two) weeks on purpose to she if shed call. Then I got tired and called myself, twice. She didnt pick up. So I texted her, she called right back and said itll be done by end of the week, and I should just call her. After couple (or more) days I call her, she gives excuses that theyre busy and cars not done and I should pick it up next Sunday (another week) and itll be done for sure. I call the next Sunday (she never picks up so I called the office number) she starts giving same bs, at that point I lose it and start yelling at her (she had the car over a month and its not done!) She kept telling me to calm down and that I can just pick up the car in two days, any time and itll be done. In two days I came at 11am, cars still not done! (Surprise surprise) bumpers off and she looked at me surprisingly and said no I said come after 2pm (another lie) and said the bumper is drying. So was my car just standing there a month and she lied to me the whole time about people working on it?? At that point I just wanted my car back, I left and waited for her to call. I picked it up later that day and I didnt want to deal with her anymore so I just left. When I came home I noticed bumper wasnt even with all the bolts, there were still scratches from polishing and I some places clear coat was polished through. Now every time I was it, I find more and more drips and just more evidence of piss poor craftsmanship. If you want cheap job and you dont give two sh....s how youre car looks, take it there. If you DO care like I care about my car, listen to my advice, go else where and pay more top get better service and quality. I blame only myself for going to her because of the low price.

I was not pleased that the couple times I drove by the area, I saw my car parked outside one of the neighbors houses. And timing was way off, not worth the little bit of money I saved.
