I have been going to Queen City since my first accident back in 2003. Ive been referring people to Queen city ever since. Ive known the owner Steve for 18 years now. Ive worked with him not only as a customer of his business, but also as another business owner working as one of his many vendors. Queen city is one of the best, if not the best body shop in the greater Seattle metro area. He is honest. He will work with you. He is transparent. He does not screw you over or try to pull blinds over your eyes. The quality of his shops work is impeccable. I dont trust anyone else with my, my family or my friends vehicles. The best in the business.
Lynnwood Audi recommended me to take my Audi A4 2016 to be fixed there, I was happy at first welcoming faces then after my car got towed there to be fixed, they gave me 2 to 3 dates time car was gonna be done all it needed was windshield and front bumper. Now am still waiting for my car and paying a lot money on enterprise, Queen CITY AUTO won’t give you rental or good estimate timing it’s gonna be ready and am really scared for my car I don’t want it to come back with more problem. And I’ll keep y’all updated.
Lengthy repair, incredibly overpriced, poor communication, new damages to interior tint when door was taken off for painting, and multiple re-dos.DONT RECOMMENDI had minor body damage to a single panel and some painting I needed done for an accident I was not at fault for. Queen City was 2-3x as much in price as my 3 other quotes. I went with them since my insurance wasnt paying. I regret that. They took 5x as long as any other estimate despite me prepaying and asking them to preorder the parts. I was given the runaround throughout the 1.5 month process (my car there the ENTIRE TIME) as to when it would be ready.When I went to get my car, they didnt fully repaint some area and had to redo them. On top of this, they claimed this wasnt on the original estimate and they re-billed insurance. Their work definitely borders on blatant insurance fraud. When I asked to pick my car up the next day, I was told that they had a long queue and I would be behind some other cars being worked on. This was at week 4. They took a week for this minor repair they had missed the first round. I then went at week 5 to pick it up and SURPRISE...still more scratches in need of repair that shouldve been done the first or second time. Stay away. You dont get what you pay for here.

I can live with customer service not being great, not everyone is like Amazon but a body shop, and a really expensive body shop like this one, should be good at a basic paint job (matching colors). I went in (2 times already) to get rear ended bumper changed, nothing fancy, and they cannot match color. I know plastic and body color differ but by how much, see the pictures and tell me. Also why dont i see the same diff in front bumper then. There estimate was 30-40% more than other reputed body shops and the work is sub par. I am not going back to this body shop.
They were very nice and professional.My only complaint is that we took our Jetta here for a rear bumper insurance claim. They replaced the bumper, but repainted just the new bumper instead of blending it into the quarter panel. It’s very noticeably a different color.When you’re getting a quote from anywhere, ask how they plan to repaint it. If they say that they are going to “match the factory paint” without blending it into an existing panel, run.
I came here ONLY because Audi Bellevue recommended them. Its okay took too long to get fixed. However, the arm rest got burn by heat gun when I got it back. I have to drive all the back from Cali to get fixed. AND after the arm rest it fixed, there is a heavy scratch appear on the steering wheel, probably cause by nail. Super uncomfortable experience. Audi! Please re-certify the body shop you recommend to the customers. Thank you

I called 30 times, first time they picked up fast then after I asked about my car they said I’ll redirect you to Toby, and then Toby didn’t pick up, after I called back to get redirected someone else they didn’t pick up they picked up after the call “31” and still didn’t get clear answers to my question.
We have (unfortunately) been here a few too many times in the last few years due to other terrible drivers on the road. However, Queen City is ALWAYS friendly and absolutely top notch service. If you want THE BEST job done on your car, then come here. They are a bit more expensive than competitors, but I guarantee you that you get what you pay for. And it is worth every single penny.
Friendly staff, easy to work with, and great repairs. Have had one major accident repair and other small fixes done here. They seem to do a top notch job and fix things to factory spec unlike other local businesses Ive worked with. Ill keep coming back here.

Got recommended to go here for a major body repair. Sent pictures and insurance rebuild estimate to estimator. They said yes they can handle it. Had car towed from Portland to their location outside of Seattle. They basically nickel and dimed estimate up to the point that insurance total loss vehicle. A lot of the parts they put in quote did not need replacement. It took them three plus weeks to finally generate and send an estimate to insurance. Only go here if you have very minor damage on a European car.
These guys have gone far above and beyond meeting my expectations. My Audi A8 was rear ended with minor damages but still needing fixed. From my first phone call to pick up everything has been clearly explained with updates along the way. They knew how important it was to get my car back as fast as possible and without skimping in details and quality they put a rush on it. When I picked my car up it took all of five minutes to grab the keys and go. I even found that my car had been professionally detailed inside and out even scrubbing my all weather mats down to shiny and new. There is no question where I will be taking my business in the future and who I will be continually referring to. These guys know quality work and quality service like no other in Seattle. Thank you! Extremely unprofessional causing out of pocket money:I have used Queen City on 2 separate occasions for the same type of work. The 1st time was excellent, couldnt ask for anything better. That was about a year ago, I recently decided to go with Queen City since they did a good job prior and have a good reputation.During the process of Queen City having to go back and fourth with my insurance company, it took 2 weeks from when I dropped my vehicle off to getting it even started on. The only reason it was able to go through when it did is because i called my insurance company and went back and fourth with Queen City as a middle man, otherwise they would have kept waiting on an approval that was pending. Due to this, the original time frame for my rental was going to be over and would authorize it since this was not my fault.I was charged for the extra time on my rental due to Queen City (Sharlene) not communicating what was requested from my insurance company. After seeing the extra charges I spoke to my insurance adjuster and they told me that they reached out to Queen City to get more information and spoke to a Sharlene. They stated that she kept disconnecting the line and was not being cooperative at all during these request and would not send them what they needed. A lot of the wait time and delay was due to Queen City so im sure they did not want to have to pay out of their pocket for this. I am not sure what they needed exactly but I am assuming it was just documents explaining why it took longer than it did. Regardless, my insurance company was not able to pay for the additional time because Sharlene from Queen City would not cooperate and send over what my insurance company requested.Through this whole process I will NEVER recommend to anyone that Queen City Auto Rebuild is the place to go. I believe Sharlene works at the front desk and handles the most critical steps when communicating with the insurance companies.
After going to several other well known shops in the area over the last few years, Ive learned Queen City is the best. They were recommended to me by my trusted indy shop. They paid great attention to detail, did wonderful work in a timely manner, and clearly communicated issues and information when necessary. The paint match and blend is flawless.They also worked with my insurance company without issue, making it very easy.
Had a brand new 2019 Audi Q7 rear ended on I-5. The dealer recommended these guys and I am grateful. From start to finish the communication was great, and the work exceptional. My new car looks like “new” again. Thank you!
Queen City repaired my 1994 Range Rover Classic after it had been hit while it was parked. Queen City was extremely thorough with their initial inspection of my truck and advocated on my behalf with the insurance company that was handling my claim. They were also able to source original parts that my usual shop struggles to find. Your phone call is generally answered and if not, it is returned promptly. If you are unfortunate enough to have been in an accident, and if your car is more than just a car to you, I would highly recommend Queen City. They have the same standards that any good petrol head has.

Downsides? Expensive. Take a long time to get in and for work to be done. And the quality of proactive communications isnt consistent. So why so many stars?The quality of work is impeccable. Its done once, and done right. And they stand behind their work in ways other body shops just dont seem to do. They are also very flexible in working with other local shops to get things done beyond just body work.The wait and the time they take is very worth it, and mild frustrations are worth it when the work is this good.
Highly recommend this place. I take all my repairs here because they do great quality work. My dad works for Subaru of Bellevue and they send all their repairs here as well, which is how I found out about them.Even though Im out in Seattle Ill drive over to Redmond for a trustworthy repair.Also the staff is extremely nice, very kind and friendly receptionists.
Excellent work quality, my car was rear ended and they did an excellent job making it look like new again. Also did a great job coordinating with the other persons (very horrible) insurance American Family for me. Allison at front desk was always helpful and friendly, and the other techs/manager were very professional. The only downside would be the time it took for my car to get done from the time of drop off. But if you want it done right, you got to be patient I guess, might be because they regularly get lots of premium cars.
My Audi needed repair quickly because of a family medical situation. Our other family car was having issues and I had to travel some distance back and forth and had other family in town. Queen City heard my concerns and was able to fix my Audi even before my deadline need date! Everyone there was so polite and understanding which was sorely needed during our familys stressful time. The work done was great, my car looks and works like new.I can never thank them enough for everything they did. I would certainly take my car and tell others to use Queen City Rebuild if needed. Completely unprofessional, and Im not going back. Heres why:After reading glowing reviews if this business, I went in to have an estimate done to repair some minor cosmetic damages to my car. (Im not always very good at parking). I was quickly informed that they are understaffed and have to schedule all estimates by appointment only, so I scheduled one for 10am the next day. I showed up for my apointment on time, however the Queen City representative who was to perform my estimate was 10 minutes late. Not cool. Then, as if I went back in time to the 1990s I had to fill out a PAPER form to give them my information, including my email address and phone number. Create an electronic form people, it is not that hard! The representative who met with me was very nice, he listened to my concerns, took a careful look at my car, wrote down some notes, took sketches, and even snapped some photos with his point and shoot digital camera. He informed me that he would create an estimate for me by 3pm that same afternoon. It has now been more than two weeks, and I have heard nothing back from this company. I guess business is doing so well for them, that they can afford to throw away business, because they have just thrown out mine. I really wanted to do business with this company, so I gave them an easy opportunity and they failed.

You won’t find better workmanship than what you get from Queen City. I’ve used them five times and am always satisfied. This time took longer than normal though it seemed as if they might be too busy because they are so good at what they do.
I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to Queen City after someone backed into my front bumper. I had heard that Queen City was the best shop around. I drove from Everett and David at Queen City Auto Rebuild helped me with the utmost of professionalism. I got my vehicle back and the quality of work was phenomenal! The paintwork was like new! I have had my vehicle repaired at other shops and never left satisfied. Queen City was definitely a different experience; my bumper looks like new! Thank you David!! You have a customer for LIFE! Excellent quality work, customer service almost but not quite as good.
I had two different items that needed to be repaired on a 2016 Audi S3: 1) dented passenger door, which was completed beautifully and with absolutely no issues or concerns and 2) scratch on front bumper which was completed less than satisfactory. Car is vinyl wrapped, so both myself and my vinyl wrap guy know the vehicle intimately (I hand wash every week). Long story short, I discovered three different heat warp markings on my bumper that were never there to begin with - based on evidence, I believe the shop simply purchased a salvage bumper and put it on my car, and proceeded to bill for work that was never actually done on the car. Which in case you are not aware, is blatant insurance fraud. If you have to work with them, strongly advise you triple check all work billed by the shop. Take photos going in and THOROUGH inspection before you re-take possession of the vehicle. I got no calls back when I tried to rectify this with the shop directly... so hope they enjoy this very public google review of the situation.
Highly recommend Steve Bourgeois he will go above and beyond ask for him if you ever go to Queen city.The best advisor I have ever dealt with. I had a bad taste with bodyshops not working for the customer but moreso for the insurance company. My BMW M235i was in a freak accident having shards of Glass kicked up from a Large Ryder moving truck and pitted the whole front end including the body and windshield.My next worry was with paint matching reading some of the reviews of some bumpers not matching the original shade i was a bit worried.Steve showed me the Queen city shop and I was highly impressed with their attention to detail and he really helped put me at ease.My car is Melbourne Red and they matched it perfectly and he had it done in a little over a week.I always heard Queen city is the Best bodyshopIn town now I know why.
I brought my porsche here after I was rear-ended on my dealerships recommendation. They were quick to respond and very friendly in every conversation I had with them. The insurance company ended up declaring that the car was totaled, and after a miscommunication between myself, the insurance company and this auto shop about when and how I was going to get my personal effects back, someone at Queen City went out of their way to hand deliver the box to my workplace even though they were not at fault for the miscommunication. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for top-notch, fast, and friendly service.
This place is amazing! My car: 2011 BMW 3 series. I love it dearly.I rear ended someone... not the most graceful thing Ive done. At a traffic light... trying to turn out right. Pedestrian decided to run across the street, the car in front of me stopped, I was looking at oncoming traffic... theres the story. So my hood was just crushed, pushed back by the tire that hangs in back of the Jeep I hit. My front bumper was essentially pierced by the tow hook on the Jeep. I went and got a few estimates, all around the same quotes. The reason I chose to go to the furthest place possible from my work and home is because they have really good reviews and well deserved!They did an excellent job on the repairs and even added a little extra love, fixing a little scratch on my back bumper (watch out for those people who dont know how to parallel park!). Granted I had to get a new bumper and hood, when I went to pick up my car (a day early), I fell in love with it all over again. My car looked brand new, smelled brand new and they did an excellent detail job. I would absolutely come back here for any future body work/services and would highly recommend it if you love your car! I also have to add that my insurance company wanted the auto shop to use after market parts so thats what the shop initially ordered. The parts didnt fit... so the shop ordered the preferred OEM parts, which is why it took even longer than expected. They do a pretty good job working with your insurance company to get original parts.Im giving it 4 out of 5 stars only because I had to wait 10 days to get it. Not exactly their fault but the anxiety of me not having my car was killing me! And... when I picked up my car, I didnt really get much of a run down to confirm the work they did and no one came to ask if things looked good. Not a big deal because everything looked great, but matter of fact is there was a little lack of customer service at pick up.

This has got to be the worst company in the world to deal with. I wish I could give them zero stars. My Porsche Cayenne was damaged in a freak accident in February 2016. It is now the end of July and I still dont have my car back. All of my emails have gone unanswered. Whenever I call there is no one available to answer my questions. On the rare occasion someone actually bothers to return my messages, all they offer are lies, excuses and broken promises. Not once has anyone from the company called me to apologize when delivery dates were not met ( a least 3 missed dates) or when there were delays. My advice - do not do business with this company. They clearly dont value their clients.UPDATE This company failed to respond to my previous calls and messages but amazingly I received a call from the owner Steve less than half an hour after this post. Thanks YELP and Google! Steve seemed to be genuinely apologetic and concerned about trying to resolve my issues. Clearly he cares about his business but certainly his staff dont. He told me that it was policy to call customers once per week with update. I burst out in laughter when I heard this. I was finally able to collect my car today from Porsche in Bellevue. However to my horror I noticed that although the initial repairs has been quoted at $15K the final bill was over $30K. I was never informed of this increase at any time!!! Porsche offered me only $30K to buy the car from me - the same as it cost to fix. They told me they would not sell it retail but at auction. In other words a car that should be worth $55K is worth almost half. I am furious. Im going to speak to an attorney on Monday. Someone has to hold Porsche of Bellevue and Queen City accountable for clearly unethical behavior.

I had my Q5 repaired there after an accident. They followed manufacture recommendations and didnt give in when insurance wanted to save by buying used parts. If your insurance paying, then the shops and yours interests align more or less: you want your vehicle to be rebuilt using original parts and the shop wants more business. It is insurance company who is at loss here: they will try to make you compromise, but youre not obligated to do what they say.

Very very poor when it comes to estimates, they have no respect for customers time. Every time i call in i get a different date and time. I am not going back and also going to report to Audi about how bad the exp was.
June 7th, Ive made several phone calls to get some inquiries, but no information acquired during this process, and also had to chance to stop by the place driving up from Issaquah. Ive got greeted by snarky some skinny receptionist.After that left me a bad taste in my mouth, I had to look for the other refutable body-shop that they will do the job. I know every body shop can get the jobs, but the question is can they do the job!I think it was all just because I was Indian thats why I think that the receptionist thought that she can play around. If I were you I would replace that person to save your business.There are plenty of other modest, talented people, who can do better job than that the person couldve done it to me. What would you do if your receptionist doesnt greet you when your customer is there and standing there? Are you going to tell that receptionist you did the great job ignoring that customer because he is Indian ?
Steve and his time took excellent car of my Audis repairs.Im a car guy and places that pay special attention to details such as including OEM parts replaced when the car was returned to us or like ensuring all OEM stickers that needed replacement such as the one from the fuel compartment means they are top notch in my book.The added bonus is their professional and friendly demeanor, which is always welcomed.If you want OEM+ level of care for your car, theyre the by far the best in the area.

They fixed my car after I broke the suspension around front left wheel. Estimated time of two and a half weeks was actually spot on. The only problem was that they didnt notice a crack in the windwasher bottle and I had to come back to fix it. They did it from the second try (first was ordering the wrong kind of bottle) but since its all wasnt urgent I didnt really feel disappointed. The service was overall polite and timely. Will come back if anything happens to my car again (hope it wont!)
