I am super picky. I used their services twice for body repair ( two different cars) Both times they exceeded my expectations. Color matching, replacement part installation, seams between parts all professionally done. They even detailed the car. Car looked like new.I have been recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

Best experience. They deal with the insurance very well. Their guarentee is top notch. I had a rear end and they fixed the dent. Three months later, the trunk door would not open. Brittany worked with State Farm tirelessly and submitted claims . She got the approvals and also made an appointment with me to fix it up. This is beyond FIRST class service 👌👏

Im not sure where this shop has been all my life but I’m never going anywhere else. The people who run this shop are just fantastic. My car, that seems to be cursed, has made its way to Millen auto body 3 times in the last month. Every time I walk away feeling so much better then when I arrived. Greg and Jason were so helpful and explained everything to me so I wasn’t surprised when I saw the costs.All I had to do was show up and in a blink of an eye it was fixed. Well-maybe a week or so, but I swear- don’t go anywhere else!I should add they worked great with insurance as well!

Beyond impressed. After getting T-boned, I had originally taken my car to Bel Kirk who ended up butchering it, being rude, and then denying any accountability for the abysmal work they did. In the end, the insurance company agreed my car was not actually fixed, and was kind enough to let me start over at a new shop. Then I came to Millen!!! They definitely changed my perception of auto body shops. They quickly found additional problems from the accident that the other shop (and myself) had not noticed. They then took the time to truly diagnose why the pieces on my car were not fitting properly after the first repair, then they repaired the hidden damage caused in accident (not just the visible surface damage!!) They took the time to do it right, even though it was an insurance claim and that means more pressure on the body shop. In the end, they actually FIXED my car and I am so grateful. They had great communication through the whole process and they are honest and easy to talk to. The owner is charming and has old pictures of cars hes owned or worked on - you can feel the pride. This is a great family business and it was so clear to me they are honest and genuine in their work. I am simply grateful.

Awesome and timely service. No delays, no frustration. I know this may sound like an AD, but Im just a usual customer, who found his favorite car shop.Ive originally took my car to Millen Autobody to fix the damaged doors, one of which needed to be replaced. Their friendly crew helped me out with a free estimate and answered all my questions. When I decided to drop the car in the shop, they called the rental company to pick me up from there.Fast forward two weeks (exactly as much time as they told me the job will take them), Ive picked up my car in perfect condition. It looked like new, and I couldnt even find any spot which differed from its original state.One week update:After taking my car from the shop and driving it for about a week, I started hearing some noise from the roof. I called the shop and described them whats happening. I was pleased to again be treated with respect. They scheduled an appointment so they can understand where from the noise is coming. I took the car to the shop in a month and within 45 seconds of driving the person was able to identify the noise. They took the car to the garage and I had it back in about 40 minutes. No any noises or. Concerns since then.If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired, you wont regret using this shop. This is the best one around here.

My car was badly damaged in an accident and Scott and Greg at Millen Autobody went to bat for me to make sure my car was properly assessed by the insurance company who was undervaluing the repair costs. Ultimately, Millen determined the damage was too extensive to repair and convinced my insurance company that my car should be deemed a structural total loss and not safe to drive. I appreciate that Millen made that assessment instead of trying to repair it when repairing would probably have been better financially for the shop. I would absolutely trust them again!

My bumper was bent and the trunk cover could not be closed. I went in for an estimate and told them I just wanted to have it fixed at a minimum cost since the car was old. Amazingly, they fixed it quickly without even charging me! I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful they were.

The customer service here is top notch. They needed to replace my back bumper and my driver side back taillight all done in 4 hrs!!! Love this place.

I hate to admit that they know me by name. I had two hit an run events a few years back and they took great care of me. They are practical and helpful. If you are looking for cheap work they are not it, but they are worth the money and will get you back on the road fast. They frequently found ways to make things happen easier and if you are a car guy or gal they will nerd out with you about cars.this shop reminds me of the kind of shops I grew up in in North Dakota.

Came in for a simple tailgate issue that was quoted elsewhere for $2k. He took a look at it and was able to fix in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge us. Should I ever need work done, this is where I will go. Fast, kind and based on the other work I saw there, they are good at what they do!

Let me tell you about this body shop... this place is hands down the best body shop around! Greg and the rest of the crew there are fantastic people. They definitely know exactly what they are talking about. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday to get the passenger door replaced along w/paint, etc. and they tried their best to get it back to me two days later but stated that Ford held up on the door. But just the fact that they even tried to get it back to me so soon is great. Please check this place out! You will not regret it.

I first started going to Millen 10 years ago. They were referred to me as one of the very best BMW shops in Seattle. I had a great experience with Neil and his team.Unfortunately, Ive had reasons for more auto body work over the years. There was never any doubt to come back to Neil and his team, even when we moved much further away.On our recent experiences, they did a masterful job of blending some rare glossy color with the rest of the car color to ensure a perfect match. Their workmanship is second to no one.As an Allstate client, Millen is a preferred vendor and makes the experience seamless.I would highly recommend taking your car, SUV or truck to Millen.

I called in for a service to paint my car with an alternate color. The person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. He told me it was not worth it and gave me several alternatives that would make sense. He even gave me alternatives that are not exactly bringing him business. Took my car here after doing some unintentional off-roading that tore up the undercarriage of my car a bit.I dropped by and they were able to give me an estimate within a few minutes. The estimated price was competitive, they did a great job fixing the car, and the total price for the repair was exactly the same as the estimated cost. This is the only place Ill trust my car with. And heres why - when youre at an autobody shop, youre already upset about whatever happened to your vehicle, and nervous about the costs. The last thing you want is being treated poorly, or your vehicle not fixed right or getting overcharged. First off, their customer service is unparalleled. Greg, Brittany and Nick are phenomenal! They take care of you. They remember you, your dog, your kids... you get it. Theres no judgement. They get quotes to you quickly, work with the insurance company to make everything seamless. Once they have the parts, they call and pencil you into their calendar. Usually takes about a week or two depending on what parts they need to procure. They call again and re-confirm your appointment a few days before. They arrange for the rental car to come pick up at their store. A few days later, the vehicle is a good as new. Seriously, even better than it had been before. The whole side of my car had been brought back to new condition and folks wouldnt believe me when I told them I had been in a wreck! They deliver on their promise. They even detailed my absolutely messy car!! Both inside and outside!! Who does that these days??!! I love their work and professionalism. These are my go-to people! I scratched the car fender in the underground parking pretty badly. Millen Autobody gave a very competitive price and they did amazing job. Great pant job you cannot tell that something happened to the car. Fender looks brand new! I am very happy with their job!

Very busy business. Backlog of work meant they could not service my vehicle for 2 months. They were helpful by telling me where I might get help.

I took my car for repair and they made a very extensive list of all the pre-existing damage. When they gave the car back to me, trim piece below the drivers seat was hanging loose. I complained to the shop and they popped it back in. A few weeks later, I took my car to the dealership for regular maintenance and asked them to checkout the trim piece. The dealership told me that the piece is secure, but it is broken. Since Millen is a recommended shop for my insurance company and provides repair guarantees, I contacted Millen about this issue. I first sent them an email and I got a response from Greg that the trim piece was pushed back as a courtesy and it is not their fault. I called them and tried to reason with them that it wasnt broken when I gave the car to them as it wasnt documented by them as something that was pre-existing. In fact, I had paid the dealership to install a new piece earlier as I broke it. It breaks when you are not careful and your pant gets stuck in it and you forcibly exit from the vehicle. Millen had fixed my tailgate and the dealership said there are many wires below the drivers seat and one of them connects with the tailgate to operate it. Millen probably broke the trim piece when they played with the wires or one of their technicians wasnt careful when he drove the vehicle and exited from it.I have used them in the past and always had good experience, but the reason could be that they didnt break anything in the past. I also referred them to many of my friends. On top of refusing to fix it, Gregs rudeness and dishonesty bothered me. When I brought the car to their shop, he said we love you and you are a great customer. When I reported the issue, his tone changed and he started to make unsubstantial allegations. I asked him for proof, which he didnt have any.The good part is that my insurance company recognized this and took care of it. For Millen, it is shortsightedness as the piece itself would have costed them a few hundred bucks at the best due to the discounts they get. Alternatively, they could have been nicer and we would have worked out a mutually accepted solution. Due to a few hundred bucks, not only did they lose a repeat customer, but also lost all the references that this customer would have given.I can anticipate a defensive response blaming me as response to this post. But, look at some other reviews where this shop is being blamed for dishonesty. I hope that I had looked at these reviews also before going to this shop and selected another preferred shop.If Millen cant take accountability of their actions, I cant see how they would stand by their repairs. Be very careful and see what you are getting into before going to this shop as they will pressurize you to give 5-star review to the insurance company as soon as you go to pick up the car, but their tone changes as soon as they have their review. I had given them a good review as I never thought they would behave like this. Please dont give them a review till you have inspected the car.

I had to get my windshield replaced and some minor body work done. These guys stepped up to the plate and even exceeded my expectations, which are set pretty high. They have competitive prices and an owner that is very compassionate about his shop.

I daresay this is the best autobody shop I have dealt, bar none. Outstanding work and Neil Millen is a pleasure to work with.

Hello all. I wanted to share my great experience with everyone. I took my car to Millen Auto Body for repairs on Monday, June 6th to get a fender bender fixed. I have an older car with beige colored paint that has faded a bit over the years, The work that they did was perfect in my eyes and I could not even tell where the new paint and old paint tied in. The match was perfect!!Their customer service was as awesome as the repairs were and the car was completed within 10 days! Granted, it was minor damages but it still was done it a timely and perfect mannor. Millen is a family owned business and they all have great attitudes and thrive on good customer service which is very hard to come by these days. That said, I give Millen 5 stars, hands down, and highly recommend them to anyone.Thanks Millen for an all around outstanding job!!P.May

They were great! Even though my car was totaled they were friendly, worked with me, gave me updates despite the insurance company being very slow. I will definitely recommend them!

I brought my SUV in for a tune up. They took care of the job that same hour. The wait was not long at all. The service tech answered all my questions and was very nice. I believe his name was Ted.

They did an amazing repair on our car (rear fender bender with hitch damage), and perhaps more importantly, they didnt let the other partys insurance company get away with cheap low quality choices. Extra bonus for the superb cleaning/detailing of the car when returned.

The owner is very arrogant and unprofessional. If you are thinking to get an assessment and repair in this shop through the insurance of the responsible party, better stay away from this shop. They dont even bother to get all information and give a fair correct assessment. Instead, the owner is very opinionated and arrogant.BTW, this is the first time I give a review. I had a very bad experience with this shop and would like to share my experience.

These guys are true professionals. They finished the job a day early, took care of my rental, and returned my car looking better than when I left it. I had a scratched, dented bumper on a BMW 335, and they reformed it and painted it spot on. They even matched the orange peel in the clear coat to the rest of the car--those whove had this messed up before know what Im talking about. The car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. All around excellent service. Ill recommend them to my friends and family.

I took my 2006 Honda (I am the second owner) here to repair the bumper. Dave took a look at my car and under it and he was very helpful and descriptive of all problems with the front end. I had no idea about few observations he made and they were not mentioned in the Carfax report or told by my dealer. I did not want the bumper to replaced since it is too expensive so he gave me a good deal to just repair the bumper and I am really happy with how they repaired it. The bumper looks like new and there is no marks or any repairs signs anywhere on the body. I would recommend this place. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly people. These guys did a great job repairing and replacing parts.

Over the years Millen Autobody has seen every one of my cars, and I love their service. I initially brought my 2000 Honda Civic to them with two dented in front fenders after a comedy of errors caused my car to slip around in the snow. They worked directly with my insurance company and fixed her right up. Then I was in again, same car, this time with damage from hitting a deer on I-405 at about 70 miles an hour... Again, fixed it right up, no problems, worked with my insurance company directly. Then in June 2015, I brought them my virtually new 2014 Kia Forte that was all smashed up in the front, and Millen was prompt and patient when it came to waiting on the other drivers insurance to get their ducks in a row. Unfortunately, that car was a total loss, but they still took good care of me and made sure I had access to the car to empty my belongings before the salvage people came. Most recently, just two weeks ago, my replacement Forte (a Koup this time) was rear-ended at ~35 mph, and was thrown into the truck in front, causing extensive damage on both the front and back end. After two weeks, Millen is still waiting patiently for the insurance company to make their final determinations (totaled again..), but they have not threatened any storage fees at all, and seem happy to hold onto my car for as long as it takes. One thing to note about this - when a cars gets deemed a total loss, the body shop doesnt get a dime. This means that they do all the work of putting together an estimate, storing and caring for the car, only to get nada out of the insurance company. Even so, they are still super friendly and have repeatedly made me feel like family. I highly recommend this shop, not only for their fantastic customer service, but their high quality repair work and attention to detail.
