The best Porsche repair in the area. I would not take my car to the dealer if I did not have to. Honest, prices are fair and they don’t look for extra work to do that does not need to be done. Very through though.

Mike helped me out with getting my 40k maintenance done on my 2007 Carrera for about 25% the price of the dealership. Also, installed all new tires which I had shipped to him. They came in under budget and amazing service. The car has never ran so well since Ive owned it. Definitely will be coming back.

I reached out to Monty as he is well know in the Porsche community and has a great reputation for building high quality Air-Cooled Porsche engines. We talked and I ended up giving him the engine out of my 1971 911t restoration project.I asked him to do a zero-mile perfect restoration on the engine to match the rest of the car which is perfect so far!We worked together as I had the carbs restored as well as the fan and housing and I provided the SSIs, Monty Muffler, Web Cams, 911s Ps and Cs as well as some other components but they provided lots of misc. parts, oil lines, chains, time-certs, machining and cleaning, etc... as well as Rob did an awesome job assembling everything with very close attention to detail. These arent cheap but the work is impeccable and my hat is off to Redmond European, Monty, Rob and Mike for all of their hard work! Weve been to Redmond European in the past and always had a great experience. Late last year my wife brought our Audi in and they had the integrity to talk through whether it was worth doing work on it at its age. Most repair places Ive dealt with in the past would have found ways to bill the work, but Redmond European talked through the pros and the cons, and in the end, helped us make the decision. They were unbelievably honest and helpful throughout the process, and I wouldnt take a car to anyone else.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Redmond European. Mike was upfront with me about the costs involved in repairing my BMW X3. He was very transparent about pricing, and tried to save me money wherever possible if quality parts were available by non-dealer suppliers. He even went so far as to combine tasks to save on labor costs. He didnt double charge for tasks accomplished in the same area of the vehicle, but kept it at a true hourly rate. Whenever something unexpected came up he was on the phone telling me what if was and what the options would be. The group made every effort to come up with an accurate estimate before proceeding with work. As far as the quality of work is concerned, my car hasnt run this well in years. Not even after it had been serviced for years by Seattle BMW (the dealership). Redmond European had found major problems with my car that the mechanics at Seattle BMW had missed time and time again. Its so rare to find such honesty and quality of labor in businesses these days. I will definitely be going back to Redmond European.

I have owned my 09 Audi S5 (4.2l w/man trans.) since new and my experience early on was not great as this was my first Audi and I had numerous troubles that were handled poorly by my original dealer. It now has more than 110k miles on it and ownership seems to improve every year, especially with these guys taking care of the issues that pop up.Mike and Monty at Redmond European have taken care of me and my S5 for a few years now and my latest EPC Fault was a scary one originally. The car would barely run and many systems could have been at fault. The car is again running perfectly after the diagnoses and repair, and I felt confident enough in the fix to drive my car to Bend, OR this past weekend.The cost of the repair was more than fair given the potential unknowns and I cant thank them and the mechanic (sorry I cant remember his name) enough. I love my Audi more than ever (not something I could day in the first few years of ownership), and I dont know what I could buy currently that would offer as much fun in a daily driver.I could afford a new car, but why would I do that when its paid for, its fun to drive, and Mike and Monty keep it running for me!Thanks Again!!

Lacking attention to details when finishing a repair.I brought my car in for service and repair. When I picked it up, I noticed the following things.- The cover to the relay box was lying on the trunk floor, not put back in place.- The cover for the OBDI port on the passenger side was lying on the floor,- THe drivers side floor mat was moved to the passenger side and left there, not replaced.- In a previous clutch repair a few years ago, the heater blower motor failed to work, because they forgot to reconnect the wire.

Took my wifes mini cooper that was acting weird. Wouldnt start with a new battery and jump starting was not easy as well. All the displays and switches were clicking and window going down by itself etc. Took it to Mike and they troubleshooted and fixed the codes and got it to working on the same day. Always answered by call and also followed up prompty. Happy with their service.

The most important quality in a service shop is honesty and integrity. I trust these guys. Not every job goes perfect, but in my experience they go the extra mile(s) to make sure the job gets finished properly. They are also very practical in their recommendations. In the course of a service job, they noticed the end of one plug wire was bad, rather than telling me I needed a whole new set, Monty fixed it with a part from his tool box, no charge.

Great guys always help out and won’t hassle you for small charges here and there!

Probably shouldnt be sending emails asking for good reviews from people you have screwed over.I took my car in for a thrown belt, they said there was probably debris in the engine and would require some more work. They forgot about the debris in the engine when they finally got the part to replace the drive belt and then clogged the oil intake with the debris on their test drive. Then told me to drive it home. They cost me THOUSANDS of dollars troubleshooting at another mechanic and refused to admit to their mistake or make it right.

I dropped my VW Routan off for service after frustrating experience at the dealer. Got a call from the owner saying that they dont work on Routans, but they have a close partnership with another service shop that does. They contacted the other shop, got me on their calendar, and even drove the van to them. Great service!

Took my 2005 Audi A4 Avant in a couple weeks ago for an alignment, got the car back and after a couple days of driving it, it still didnt feel quite right. I called Mike up and let him know my concerns. Mike told me to bring the car right back and and we would make it right he said. I called today trying to get a lug nut key replaced for my 05 Boxster. I had to be directed to an actual Porsche dealership for this SPECIFIC need, but the customer service was awesome especially since at the moment Im not in need of their services. Very happy with the service quality, and most importantly, the sensitivity to the budget. My only issue is they dont work on my Italian cars.....too bad.

Great service level and expertise. I live outside of WA state and recently needed to get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) done on an air-cooled Porsche that was for sale in the Seattle area. I chose Redmond European because they were positively mentioned for their work on a Porsche owner website.The PPI they conducted was extremely thorough (they uncovered numerous serious issues with the car I was considering). I have been using Monty and Mike for years. They are fast, affordable and thorough. They work on our BMW and VW street cars and have built three air cooled 911 motors for me. Monty can build a high rpm race 2 liter or a torquey 2.7 street motor. They even came to my rescue when my boat trailer brakes froze and repaired them for me as all the marine shops were three + weeks out. Additionally I have referred multiple friends to them and they have all been very satisfied with the work and continue using them for their service, repairs and upgrades on new cars as well as vintage BMWs, Porsches and Volkswagens.
