My dad had to get his vintage car (*ahem* baby) towed and I just cant say enough good things about these guys.ALSO, learned that you can call tow companies direct and ask if theyre an in-network provider for your insurance (State Farm/AAA). So next time well be calling these guys first!

Jarrett went above and beyond to help my family when our rental car started glitching and ended up leaving myself, my husband, and my three year old daughter stranded in the middle of nowhere FL in 100+ degree heat, with no AC. We were so thankful Jarrett went above and beyond for us when the rental company failed to provide immediate roadside assistance as promised. I dont know what we would have done without his assistance. Thank you so much Jarrett!

Called to get a simple job done, was told I would get a call back in an hour, should be about $170.Never got a call back, text nothing.Just called a different company and got it done that day and for less money.Thank you for not calling back you saved me $$$.😘

Got my car towed on Friday could not get ahold of anyone to tell me what was wrong they dident ask for charges and then at the end charges me 125.00 for a one mile tow to their shop always ask before getting towed what it’s gonna cost

Been trying to get a key fob programmed from them. The first time I called and made a soft appointment, the equipment was out of the shop. Ok no big deal.Second time I called the next week they were going out to lunch at 2:00. I asked if I could show up at 3:00 and when I showed up at 3:00 and couldnt find their shop they were still at the restaurant just getting their food delivered. How many strikes do I give a business to do something before they strike out?

I called Epic that afternoon to check prices and availability to tow my dodge pick up. The woman on the phone was nice. I had my dodge in for minor repair, the dude stripped my truck, Choppers Only, CJ. Any how, price was good. We will call again.

Great place. On Christmas Eve, I had an issue with my trailer I couldnt handle alone. The driver helped me fix things by hand, then insisted there would be no charge. Highly recommend.

Very good company .My insurance call them for a tow and was told 75 minutes. It was already 90 degrees outside so we opt for a friend to give us a ride home. Getting the car home took a bit longer but with excellent communication that was not a problem.The guy who delivered my car was extremely nice and professional.I will recommend them to a friend and use them again

This company is very professional, great at communicating and was prompt in getting me towed. Ryan in dispatch was very polite and made the stressful situation I was in all that much easier, Travis came to complete the tow and was efficient and very friendly. He was able to get his tow truck between two cars in my driveway and helped push my vehicle into my garage. Great team and I very much appreciate their hard work!

After an injury auto accident, they would not allow me to pick up my personal belongings from my totalled vehicle. They still refused after calls from my insurance adjuster and the police lieutenant! Do NOT use this company to tow your vehicle from an accident!!

The company was professional, honest & very professional. The driver (Chris) was attentive to detail, valued us as customers, and took care of us. Fantastic towing company, in my opinion!

VERY good service. Travis helped out immensely and made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been and used humor to diffuse a lot of tension while still being professional and answering all my questions. Hopefully I dont have to get another tow in a long time, but if I do Im definitely calling Epic Towing!

They arrived with the hour to pick up my truck, quick and professional service, I definitely recommend them and would use them again if I needed ( fingers crossed 🤞 I won’t need towed again though!)

It took 1 hour for the driver to arrive. He acted disinterested in helping- not as much as a hello when he arrived. Apparently as he dropped my RAV4 off @ the Toyota dealership, he allowed it to run into a lightpost. Luckily, Travis @ the Toyota dealership checks cars himself as they are brought in. He is the one that noted the damage and reported it to the driver. Toyota called me to report the damage, THEN this company called me. They said they would repair it after I got my car back. So today I informed them that I have my car. They made me go around and get 3 estimates. After this, I had to scan the estimates into my computer and email the estimates to them. The supervisor would not speak to me. The person on the phone said he was not allowed to give out the supervisors name and he did not know the name of their insurance company. I was told that the supervisor said he would only pay for repairs not replacements. There are parts of my front bumper that can only be replaced. I am still waiting to hear back from Ryan at the towing company to see the next step. I was told that I can go through my own insurance company if I want- how generous! This would only be a mark against me for filing a claim. I would not recommend this company. I will give an update when I have one.7/6/20:I just wanted to provide an update:Epic Towing did follow through and finally connected w/ their insurance company to get my car repaired. I appreciated that.

My Lexus broke down and I had to call my insurance 2 times for service in the same day. The first time was (I thought) a jump and some other popular tow company came after 45 min. He gave me a jump and left. Well, I started to drive away and realized that something more was wrong. Long story short I ended up having to call again and be towed. This time my insurance sent Epic Towing and Rob was there in less then 15 min., as a matter of fact when he came up to my car, I thought who is this dude, when he smiled. He was so quick. Rob also took great care of my car (and me), and he made a terrible day turn out pleasurable. I am so impressed with the great customer service and how Rob obviously loves what he does. If you need a tow or roadside service these are the guys to call. I will be sure my insurance sends them (hopefully I wont need to call) every time. You will not be disappointed. EPIC TOWING #1.

Quick and honest work, fair price.

I used Epic Towing through my roadside assistance. They showed up about an hour later. The driver was very fast and professional. We got a tow down the road to the mechanic. Will definitely use again!

Robb came out and unlocked my Camry. Super polite and professional guy. Called to let me know how far out he was and then again when very close which is appreciated when youve locked yourself out of your car.

Epic was the only towing service that would come up on the Butte and pull my car out of a snow bank. AAA refused to come to my aid. Chris was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Great job! Thanks!

Epic Towing is without a doubt the best towing company in Central Oregon. Not only did Epic arrive exactly when they said they would, Robb was an absolute professional. Towing charges were very reasonable. Upon payment I was immediately sent a receipt for my insurance. I will be referring this company to Everyone!!!

Absolutely amazing work. My truck slid down a ditch after gravel gave way. Didn’t think it was possible to safely get my truck out. They did it with precision and perfection. Great job.

These guys where great i was stuck in a ditch and they had the best prices around and when i set up the tow they wer able to get to me in LESS THEN 20 MINUTES!!!! and the driver i think his name was rob was awsome he let me sit in his truck out of the cold while he worked and was super fast i will never go through anyone else again

Locked my keys in the ignition with the truck running at 4am in Redmond- The lady dispatcher was friendly and the driver showed up with the hour that she quoted - Truck was unlocked in under 5 minutes... Very professional and more than reasonably priced. Thank you for making a bad situation much better.

Best customer service as far as towing goes. Sometimes towing services can be a really gnarly and scary experience. Not these guys. I got towed twice in two weeks (car failure) and I got the same nice red-headed man both times. He was nice, funny, and mapped out how to get my car out of two less than ideal situations.

I have had to ask for tow truck assistance on three separate occasions and Eric has come to my rescue each time - EARLIER THAN I WAS EXPECTING! I have never had that happen before! Insurance had then come out to unlock my doors and was told under an hour. That turned into over two hour. Never had a company take that long to get out to help me before.

I never review anybody, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend was in a car accident and our car HAD to be towed away. it was towed by epic. We were having an issue with our insurance. But the other driver is the one who was at fault so their insurance is covering it. Anyways. We are waiting to hear back from this other company so we can get it handled. But we need our car taken to a body shop ASAP, NOT TO MENTION, our car is packed to the brim because we are moving out of state in two days. And we don’t have access to any of our stuff even after I explained our situation. There was no help at all. Everything I own is in my car and they were not the least bit helpful. On top of that, they want to charge $400!! For what? A tow that was a 5 minutes drive???? Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. We just totaled our only car that has all of our belongings and we can’t have access at all?! I do not recommend this place at all. They are not in the least bit helpful or empathetic. If you need anything tow related go to Bar Towing.

Worse experience ever..called my insurance company they sent epic out to unlock my granddaughter cars only to be told that they cant unlock that door until they have payment i explained to the very unprofessional driver that the payment was inside the car and he would get paid he wouldnt sent him down the road called abbas towing they are the boomb dont use this company period

Although we have never personally used Epic Towing, we know the company well and have recommend many customers of ours for their services. We have never heard anything but glowing reviews and will continue to recommend Epic to anyone in need.

Got off work and my car died, could not figure it out, I called and Brian answered, he came out and looked at my car and tried to get me back on the road. Nothing seemed to really keep it running, great service and super friendly even at 3 am.
