I had a great experience buying a phone this week. Carly and Cameron were both very knowledgeable and professional. I won’t go anywhere else for my Verizon needs again!
One star is too much.Been a Verizon customer for almost 19 years, I went to add a line (transfered from another carrier) and never told that I qualified for a free new smart phone (or trade old one and get a $800 credit), $200 gift card and a $35 credit for to connect/start the service.I called customer service next day to disconnect a line (out of five) and they told me why I didnt get the mentioned promotions. Obviously I didnt know and was told to return and speak with the manager to get all of them (they told me that it wasnt gonna be a problem).I went there but the manager kept telling me that I dont think you want my service (I was never rude or disrespectful). To the point that I said you are right and left.I called customer service after I got out and a new smart phone is on the way. Discounts were applied to my account. I wanted to get the phone right away from this Victra and thats the only reason I went there.I had this double bad experience on this place and certainly dont recommend them. I wonder if they would offer the same customer service if I was a family member of one them.
My phone caught fire after 60 days of purchasing and the manager said there was nothing he could do for me and I needed to call customer service. Thanks for that, after my house could have burnt down. I am a small business owner and rely on my phone for business and he says they maybe be able to ship me a new one tomorrow. So do when will it arrive are talking Amazon fast or what. They just want to make sure it was not user error and I will need to send my old phone in and I could still be charged for a new phone. Turns out Verizon also will not warranty to phone so it is a problem from the top down not with the store associates.
BE AWARE! This store is only interested in selling phones. They will try to mislead you into buying! They WILL NOT help if you dont buy anything.I have been a verizon customer for 15+ years. I went into this branch to ask for assistance setting up an old phone on an existing line for my son. Cameron the store manager cut off the employee I was talking to and informed me the device I wanted to activate was probably going to be discontinued so they would be happy to help me find a new phone. I said, I simply wanted to set up my old phone and was not interested in a new one. Cameron told me my only option was to buy a new device and they couldnt help set up my old phone. I left the store frustrated.I returned after going online and verifying the phone would work on the Verizon network. Cameron seemed very put out when he saw me returning. I explained I had just been in and wanted to try to set up my phone as I had verified it still should work with the network. I explained I had a sim card and this was on an existing line. Cameron said if I wanted him to help he would have to charge me a $20 fee but that he still wouldnt be able to do anything for me. Just to look at my account he threatened to charge a service fee. He again offered to help sell me a new phone.I was so disgusted I left the store.
Great experience! Never felt like I was being pressured to buy yet given lots of options. Understand that previous management had not been good. New manager (Cameron) and his associates are well versed in offerings and walk you through the entire process. Have been a Verizon customer for 18 years and this has been one of my best experiences for doing a phone upgrade. Have been back for a couple of follow up questions and they have been extremely supportive. I use to be hung up on not going to authorized locations, however, Im sold on this location.
Knowledgeable staff that can quickly help you decide which device is best for you, then make sure youre getting the best possible deal on it.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cameron has been the most knowledge Verizon employee I’ve ever met. After 3 attempts and multiple days at trying to transfer lines onto a new account with my boyfriend and the incredible frustration that came with those failed attempts, Cameron made the process far more tolerable and a breeze compared to other experiences.
Eddie was absolutely fantastic in every way. I have never had a greater customer service experience with any sales representative anywhere. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and explained things in a way that was understandable to me. He searched for the best plan and products to serve my needs and went above and beyond to help me in every way. I will recommend him and his store to all of my friends and family. I got some of the most focused and detailed customer service at this particular Verizon store from Cameron I believe was his name. He was super helpful and VERY knowledgeable about the products in his store.
Eddie was absolutely amazing. Helped my family purchase three new IPhone 12s. I have worked with many different reps over the last 20 years and he was far and above the best I have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and really made our experience amazing. He went the extra mile time and again for us and as long as he is in this location with Verizon, I will never use anyone but Eddie. I highly recommend him to anyone.

This was the best Verizon experience I have ever had, Eddie was truly a life saver! Before I went to the store, I had been trying to get through to Verizon for over an hour via online chats and phone calls. Im not proud to say it ended with me in tears and no answers. By the time I resorted to going in person to the store I was incredibly frustrated. But as soon as I started working with Eddie that all dissolved away because he was so knowledgeable, thoughtful and had me in and out, with all my problems solved, in under 10 minutes. I will go back to this store 100 times before I ever try to call Verizon with a question again.
After struggling with chat and phone help desk for 5 days, decided to walk into the store for one last try before ditching the service. Dalton was absolutely phenomenal, trying every trick in the book to resolve my issue. He spent nearly an hour, but nailed it. Verizon, that man deserves a raise! He helped you keep this customer another day.

I had a true 5 star experience working with Dalton at the Verizon store on Novelty Hill Road in Redmond Ridge. They store had great inventory for my new iPhone 11 Max and Dalton was able to fit it with a new screen protector and Otter case. Very reasonably priced and awesome service installing my screen protector flawlessly (not easy!) and case. Highly recommend!
The two gentlemen that helped me with a selection of a new S20 Galaxy phone at the Redmond Ridge Verizon Store brilliant, answered all of my questions and the whole experience was seamless. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with my new phone all set up and ready to go. See for yourself. You will not regret it.

Eduardo was super helpful and made the whole process of getting a new phone and iPad very easy. He helped get my new phone all set up and everything transferred as well as calling a couple stores to get the exact iPad we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.He had another gentlemen working with him that I didn’t not catch his name, but he was extremely helpful too. I wanted a particular phone case and he tried looking all over the store for it (unfortunately not in stock but I appreciate the effort!)

They have liquid glass screen protectors and a machine that fuzes the liquid to your phone. Pretty cool!!
I encourage all Verizon customers to go to a legit corporate Verizon store and not one that is privately owned as such this store. I needed help activating my phones that I bought online through Verizon. I walked into this store was told there is an activation fee, that I needed to change my plan and that I needed a Hotspot service. I said no to all and decided to go to another store. This is when I learned the difference between a corporate store versus a privately owned store. At the corporate store they activated my phones with no extra fees and no need to change my plans. Im a long time Verizon customer and I really appreciated the honesty from a corporate Verizon store.
I never leave bad reviews, but this store did something pretty shady. The manager of this store lied to me and pushed a HUM device on me that I didnt want by promising that the device and the service was totally free. I really didnt want this thing, but he promised multiple times that Id never get charged a thing. I even got this promise in writing from him because Verizon has made promises like this before that turned out to be untrue later. A month after I took it, the bill came and Im being charged for the device, an activation fee AND a monthly service fee. I never took it out of the package but they wont take it back because they say its after the 15 day return period. I didnt get the bill showing that they are charging me for 30 days, so I had no way of knowing that I should have returned it. The manager promised me multiple times that this wouldnt happen, but now says theres nothing he can do. Ive been trying to get help on this issue for two weeks but I never get called back. Im now waiting on a regional manager that they say will call me but they dont know when because hes busy. Ive been a customer for 21 years and this treatment is very disappointing.
Evan was personable, friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. He activated my phone quickly and then helped me with basic stuff about using the new phone. I recommend this location for any issue or help. Best service I have ever been given at any Verizon location. Thanks again, Evan.

When I receive my monthly bill It only includes the discount for one phone. Verizon told me I would need to call the store that I made the purchase to have them make changes in the system in order for that discount to show up. I call three times to the store to get this resolved. The first time they told me no problem give us a day to fix it and they never fixed it. The second time they told me they would call me back in 5 mins. and they never called me back. The third time I called they told me I would need to call verizon to get the issue resolved. Basically it wasnt their problem.Lastly, I was told I would receive to 400 dollar visa pre paid credit cards as part of a black friday promo for switching over from another carrier. At no point did they tell me I needed to go into the verizon website to request the prepaid cards. In fact they told me I wouldnt have to do anything, the cards would automatically be sent to my address. I found out a couple of months later that I did in fact need to send in a request to verizon in order to receive the cards. When I followed up with store they didnt say anything about it - once again acted like it wasnt their problem.They lied, they took advantage of me and didnt deliver what was promised. Terrible experience that I am still having to resolve three months later.
Today we visited the store and were helped by the new manager, Robert. 5-STAR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! A couple of months ago, when I came in to try and solve an issue (which did not get solved), I would have given the guy who helped me a MINUS-5-STAR rating. That individual is no longer at that store (no wonder!). At any rate, Robert was great. Thanks Robert!!!
I needed to buy a new phone yesterday. Carmen went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything to me thoroughly. I am so happy the Verizon store is close to me and I have a person with whom I can trust when I need further service. I have been with Verizon for about 15 years. Yesterday was the best experience I have had... because of employees like Carmen, I will not leave Verizon.Karen Schuetz
Terrible customer service. The guy could not even tell me why the tablet I cancelled is on my account still. Started an arguement, cussed me out and tried to get in my face as I was walking out of the store. Women do not go in their alone. They try to intimidate you.
Evan helped my husband and I get new XS iPhones. He broke down pricing for us throughly so we knew what to expect before our purchase. Even though it hurts spending this much on an iPhone they made it stress free and were accommodating. Highly recommend Evan and his office manager.
Garrett was wonderful. He listened to my needs and showed me options for a new phone. I was truly appreciative he didnt go immediately to the most expensive.
Spent Sunday getting a new phone & wasn’t really looking forward to the process. However, Redmond Ridge Verizon store has the best employee - Dalton Eldridge! Not only did he get my husband set with a new phone & me with a new IPad (which he even stayed late on Monday for me to transfer my old IPad over to the new)but he was able to lower our bill! He was patient & fun to work with even under pressure when it got busy. Finding a good employee is hard but Verizon you made a smart decision when hiring Dalton. I have now found my new favorite Verizon store!
Slow and not super knowledgeable. I don’t know what I expect going to a retail location for a phone carrier though. Just do it all online/over the phone.

This store offers amazing fast and friendly customer service. Ive shopped here several times and have never had to wait in line. The staff knows what theyre doing and always goes that extra mile. I worked with Caerman and she taught me a lot about my new phone.
I’m so not happy. I sent my mom in there to get help on transferring her number onto another phone.The guy helping her was named Eddie was rude and short with her. At one Point he told her look I’m doing this for nothing zero. All in all from this experience I wouldn’t recommend this store. I hope Verizon reads this as Eddie needs some lessons in customer service!!

This was a fantastic experience Dalton at Redmond ridge was excellent, he took his time explaining everything to me, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a new phone and good deal.
Came in the store with an issue on my S7 Edge no one had worked through before. The 2 gentlemen were very helpful and very patient. Hisaum was very helpful in going the extra mile. As a result I also added a Samsung pad to our account and my phone works again.

Went in to buy an adapter plug and cable. Two other customers were being waited on. Forty-five minutes later the same two customers were still being serviced. No one had asked me if I needed help or said anything. I finally left with the same two customers still asking questions. Maybe they are still there? Ignoring customers is poor service.
I had such an amazing experience with Carmen and Kirill. They are very knowledgeable about the Google Pixel. I already have the Pixel and it is amazing. I purchased a screen protector and case for it and I am confident that my phone is now protected. They taught me all about the unlimited cloud storage and were very friendly. I actually went back to get my husband the screen protector and a case too. Carmen convinced me to get him the JBL Bluetooth speaker thingy as well.
Every time I go in with questions about my phone they always help me out. Great guys.

The sales associate promised me he would go to another store to get the item I needed (a $300 purchase). I returned a couple hours later and he hadnt left, and tried to string me along like he might still be able to go get it, but most likely wouldnt get it for 3 days.

Up until this point Ive had terrible experiences with store associates. Most the time they would try and sell me things even when I was in there just to pay my bill out just ask a question, but the experience that I had with this associate named Carmen changed the way I viewed Verizons associates!
