I have been there twice for a couple of issues I had with my new phone, not their fault at all. Yet every time I walked in there, I was greeted by a friendly person, eagerer to help me and resolve my issue. With out insulting my intelligence and most important, with respect. I, of course, gave them the same courtesy.I was in and out of the store with a working device in no time. While I understand that not all issues are going to be addressed as expedited as mine. I also understand in the value of the customer service experience and the people at ATT in Redmond Town Center will give you that if you treat them with respect and patience

Be careful about terms and condition before buying from this store and AT&T postpaid..Be clear all terms condition before you buy..Dont get fool for hidden terms.I wanted to switch from prepaid to postpaid, I bought Iphones5s with 2 year contract plan. .after 1 week i did not like the phone and after seeing charges very high for one week usage as compare to my prepaid usage.I returned to this store after one week and asked sales person for close my account.I also asked how much i have to pay to close my complete account. He said nothing you have to just pay restocking fee of $35.I paid $35 and asked him to close account.After 1 month i received bill of $195 i thought it might have generated after my cancellation .After two months again i received $195+$5 late charges.I called customer care they didn’t bother for all and said you have to pay or talk to Store person for more informationI went to store and explained the same. Initially, sales person did not understand about my billing and could not able to explain. After that manager came and said billing was generated for two cycle. One after ONE DAY(Saled person did not even tell me this when i was buying) from my purchase & second billing as regular. But I told manager that, Sales person never informed that i get bill after one day from my purchase. Manger said however, we cannot do anything because that sales person left job and also as your account is closed cannot help any further and you have to consult customer care.After all discussion I thought its just waste of time and paid all money what they asked to close the account.Finally they charged me $35 restocking fee,$50 activation fee..$135 usage fee for one week..... Total I paid approximately $230 for one week usage to close my account...Its clearly shows no one want to bother what customer facing the problem. They just wanted me to pay their money whatever its billed don’t compensate anything for their mistakes..
They are helpful and very friendly.
Purchase at this at&t store was one of my worst experience in my life !!!!ill sue them at court .
