Give this.guy your patience... You will not regret... Hes overloaded with work and sounds like he stays late every single day. Talked to him probly 30 minutes and I feel like i know more about something i knew nothing about. Hes patient and knowledgeable and will fit you in ASAP... I first called DPU cuz thats all i heard and knew and they seemed like they just didnt care or have time. Found this guy ge fit me and ill be going back for sure

I had 3 rivers Diesel replace a head gasket. They properly diagnosed the problem and suggested the proper repair, including several additional steps for my particular model that were needed to ensure the issue did not reoccur. I independently did research to verify the additional work was needed and found that the advice of 3 Rivers Diesel was 100% accurate. My truck broke down north of Tri-Cites on my way home to Montana and 3 Rivers was the only shop in the whole area that was willing to fit me into their busy schedule and get me back on the road. Had some upgrades done to my 2015 Duramax. These guys had the parts and expertise to get the job done right. I would say they went above and beyond what most shops would deliver, including custom fitment with professional level welding that will make things last. You may not be able to just drive up and get a bunch of things done same day, as they are a relatively small shop with an outstandingly good reputation in the Tri-cities. But I whole-heartedley recommend them, and honestly they were just good people to work with!

Best Diesel shop in the Tri-Cities! Took my 2015 ram in for a upgraded Transmission and I couldn’t be happier. Also had them add a edge tuner and I am extremely happy with the job they did. I would definitely take my truck back to them.

Update: 6/24/19 Shop owner reached out, hes a great guy give him a shot, i know I will be, nothing about this shop looks to disappoint except for the communication, but that can be fixed.Im sure their work is top notch. Clean facility, know-how clearly demonstrated, understanding of mechanical issues and the what notOwner finally contacted me: It sounds like this is just a small business experiencing said growing pains. While the communication aspect was the deal breaker I do firmly believe this shop to be more than capable. Eventually I would like to return and re-evaluate it. Im looking at adding a new Tundra Diesel to my stable eventually, so i will need a good Diesel Mechanic.

Devin was really great dropped everything to look at our van when we were road tripping. Had an emergency on the road with power issues. He was able to get it resolved and get us back on the road to continue on our vacation, knowledgeable and very customer centric highly recommended.
