I called 1 hour before they closed...Flat tire on my semi trailer..I was 5 miles away..Showed up..Within 35 minutes of arrival...On my way...super fast
They do amazing and fast work. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
I have dealt with TC Fleet for years for the following reasons: 1) They are honest! 2) they do good work and back up their work if there is a problem 3) reasonable prices 4) they are easy to work with. I am not related to them, nor do I have any business ties with them other than having my vehicles serviced there. Give them as shot!
First of all I am very grateful for the air they provided all 4 tires. However, they also recommended new tires due to cracking. They offered a quote. After checking and getting air for one tire again elsewhere; I discovered the cracking was cosmetic. My tires have plenty of tread and it was not necessary to purchase new tires. My flat/low air tire had a nail removed and was patched. Their diagnosis was incorrect.

Took my car in to Lee and his associates to fix my transmission and was told it would take 7 hours to fix and I would have it back by the end of the day. This was on the 2nd of August. On the 3rd when I called and asked if my car was ready they said they didn’t even start the work till the morning of the 3rd. I was patient as I know full well transmission work can be difficult. I found out, after waiting a couple more days with no correspondence, that because they are contracted with Tri City Taxi anytime the taxis need work done they are priority over paying customers. Needless to say I was not happy. At this point they have had my car a week. When I call them on Thursday afternoon to find out how long the work was gonna take they told me they had to order a new transmission because the one they received had something wrong with it and it wasn’t working. They then informed me that they now had to wait till the 14th for the new transmission to come in before they could work on it. I called on the 15th to see how close they were to getting the new transmission put in and they said they didn’t receive it until that morning. During this call I was told that it would be done by end of day (this is the 15th) and I could pick it up at 5:30pm. When I called that evening to ask if I could come get my car I was again told it wasn’t complete but they were confident it would be done by the 16th. My patience is running thin now. I call on the 16th again to ask if my car was finished and they said they had to pull the whole engine out to put the transmission in and weren’t able to guarantee that it would be done by end of day. I’m livid now. I tell them I want my car back and I’m not sure how 7 hours worth of work has turned into over two weeks of work. They told me they would make it priority and finish it by end of day today (the 17th). FINALLY I have my car back (evening of the 17th) and let me tell you, NOTHING is fixed. My transmission still has the issues they were paid to fix. My car has wax all over it and my windows and there is a chalky white stain on the driver side of my car. My driver side rear light casing is loose now and the auto function on my windows is no longer working. I can 100% say I will never let these people touch my car again. So ashamed. Do no believe the other reviews on here. They are a sham and you can find any other company in town. Way better than them.
