Really great eye clinic. They have evening appointments to accommodate 9-5 schedules and the staff are great. They’ll even ship your contact lenses to your house if you order a years supply. They also found me a rebate on the order that I didn’t even know about.

I really could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was friendly; the tech guy (Rodney?) was great; very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Dr. Loukx has been my eye doctor for many years; shes awesome. I was there in and out in 40 min and thats including time I took to browse for a new set of glass frames. Just an excellent place for eye care!

I had the best experience here. I came for a second opinion and Dr. Dalton correctly diagnosed me after being in pain for 2 weeks. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The front desk staff then went above and beyond getting me into an ophthalmologist first thing the next morning. Highly recommend!

I visited Patterson Eye Clinic for an eye exam and glasses. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was helped by two staff member with the fitting of my new glasses - Sue Lawford and Sarah Lohr. They both took the time to make sure the frames fit well and were adjusted just for me. Good location, longer hours than normal. However, I would have had to wait for a month to get an appointment had there not been a cancellation. Prices for glasses and contacts more than some other places, but staff are friendly and answer questions thoroughly.

Everyone was very nice and my appointment was on right on time. No having to wait. I was in in out very quickly. However, felt like you were being rushed through the eye exam. I can now see better and prescription feels right so Im happy.

The front desk staff have always been very helpful and polite. The doctors and technicians are very professional and provide thorough eye exams. They are always willing to answer questions and address my concerns. This practice has a very extensive eyeglass department with the most fashionable and up-to-date styles. Their highly trained opticians are very patient and helpful in the process of choosing and fitting new frames. I always wait for my favorite optician, Christine Lile, whose guidance and knowledge provide me with the assurance that my final choice is the right one FOR ME...plus Im always getting compliments on my new frames. I feel that their prices are competitive and they do accept many insurance plans, including mine. All-in all, I always have a very pleasurable and positive experience at Patterson Eye Clinic. I have been going to Patterson Eye Clinic for the past 16+ years. Dr. Nardone has been my doctor, and he is one of the few doctors that I have seen throughout my life that has been able to correct my vision to 20/20. He is kind, caring, and an expert in his field. I also have my prescription filled at this office. Christine, who is the optician I have been seeing for the past 16+ years, has helped me choose up-to-date and stylish frames as I cannot see without glasses to do so on my own. What a wonderful place to go for great service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend and have recommended this office to family and friends.

Good location with easy access. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. After a short wait time my exam was started. Technician answered all of my questions about the tests she was performing prior to seeing the doctor. Dr. Nardone was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing in laymans terms. This practice has an extensive eyeglass department with highly trained opticians. They took time helping me pick our frames. Prices are competitive and accepted my insurance. I went to Patterson Eye Clinic hoping that I could replace my old glasses with a new pair using the same prescription in my old glasses. They took me through the whole eye exam process which was fine but, they gave me a stronger prescription than my old glasses. I didnt make a big deal out of it at first because I needed some new glasses. So, I began wearing the new glasses and I figured I would soon get used to the stronger prescription but, it wasnt happening. So, I went back and asked again to get a prescription the same as my old glasses. They gave me the 20/20 eye test using the new glasses and then tested me using my old glasses and the results were the same. Thus proving that i didnt need a stronger prescription. However, the so called eye doctor said that he didnt see a reason to give me a prescription the same as my old glasses. Well, the reason is because I can see just fine with my old prescription and thats what I, the customer, want. I feel they should have given a new pair using my old prescription. Not force me to stay with a prescription thats too strong. Needless to say, I wont be going back to Patterson Eye Clinic.

Optometrists are very good. Wish I could say the same for the Optical side. Overpriced for this working person, but, they do some in house lens work. I called and asked if they could service my own glasses,,I was told yes and I was given a price. When I got there, the woman waiting on me made insulting remarks about the country and quality of my glasses and she refused to do the work.. She shouldnt have a job

Pattterson Eye Clinic is a best kept secret but I am compelled to share the awesome experience that I encounter, each time I visit. The ambiance of the facility, the professionalism of the staff is awesome! Most importantly the personal care during examination is phenomenal. Dr. Loukx is the best! Its an Eye Opening Experience!

I live many miles from Patterson Eye Clinic and it would be just as easy for me to visit any of the numerous offices I pass along the way, however I love the service I receive at Patterson Eye Clinic! Their extended office hours on Mondays and Thursdays and availability on Saturdays are convenient for my work schedule. My daughter and I are always examined by Dr. Nardone who is extremely friendly, patient, and has a great beside manner. Tammy is just as helpful and sweet as she takes the time to help us choose, order, and properly fit our glasses and contact needs. The selection of glasses are right on trend, and if there is something I need, Tammy takes the time to locate if for me. If you are looking for genuine caring individuals that strive on professionalism as I did, then you too will be pleased with Patterson Eye Clinic.

The staff where great as well as Dr. Laurel Loukx. Each step was explained well with personable and professional people who really like their job. The office was definitely NOT an eye glass mill, but a place that seem to really care about the person.My appointment was on-time, however, it took a little bit longer to perform all the test than I expected. However, this was more of an expectation than an actual issue for many test where performed with an added test that I agreed to.I had complained that my current set of glasses seemed to be problematic, where I believed that the glasses where not right for my eyes. I believe this was caused by a prescription from the previous eye glass mill that I had visited, where I had received poor service and high-end glasses that where nothing but problems. It was confirmed that the glasses that I had where not correct for my eyes.I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for an accurate testing of your eyes in a relaxing, personable atmosphere with a great team.

This is was perhaps the most unprofessional experience I have had at a medical establishment. They were late calling me back, and then after the preliminary screenings I sat alone in the exam room for over 30 minutes. Someone finally came in to apologize for the delay, and then the doctor came in a few minutes later (a full one hour after my appointment time). He did not introduce himself even though I was a new patient, and gave an at-best lukewarm apology for the delay, mumbling something about emergencies. He then lectured me that it was my fault my vision had gotten worse for holding my phone too close to my face, which may be true, but the information could be delivered more politely. I got my prescription and got the heck out of there... will be going elsewhere to purchase glasses. I was also unimpressed with the front desk staff whispering and gossiping while I was checking in.

My family and I have been going to Patterson Eye Clinic for several years and find them to be excellent. Their strong point is their end-to-end comprehensive program and excellent Customer Service amongst the entire staff. Dr Nordone does an outstanding job. I have always been impressed by their examination process—very professional, thorough and efficient—no wasted time. The opticians are also very knowledgeable and pleasant (also a big fan of Christine!). Taking my insurance coverage into consideration, they determine the frames/glasses/options that work within my coverage which is very important. I can always go back and have adjusted or repaired. My experience with Patterson Eye Clinic has been the most positive of any healthcare providers and I most definitely recommend their services!

Set an appointment with this place in may. Which is was a new patient, they asked for my VSP insurance as well as Medical insurance ID. I get a call Saturday June third in regards to my appointment on June 6. Which is a reminder call and towards the end the rep says they were unable to verify my ID number. Me thinking it was my insurance ID I bring all my documents to he appointment at that time the rep states I need my Work ID number, which I didnt have. If all the information was disclosed to me up front I would have been able to go to my appointment. Not only a waste of my time but also my day off. Wish I could give zero stars for incompetency.

I had been to another eye doctor in town. I did not have a good experience. I needed to find another eye doctor.My husband found the Patterson Eye Clinic and I let him be the guinea pig! When he came home and told me of his great experience, I decided to make an appointment and give them a try.This office is extremely efficient. I like that. The people are personable and made me laugh. The equipment is state of the art and when he came back with what was happening with my eyes, Dr. Peter Nardone was very thorough. He said we could do more tests, but did not recommend them as he saw no issues - that saved me money!Picking out glasses is one of the things I dread the most. Too many choices and just how am I supposed to be real about how I look? Christine Lile, Registered Optician was so helpful. She picked out about 8 frames for me to compare and through the process of elimination, I felt like I ended up with the best choice. Plus, the price was very reasonable.I feel as though they are at the top of their game. They will be my eye doctors from now on.

I went in for an appointment this morning and the customer service was not very pleasant. I suggest that someone reaches out to them, and just show a little bit of courtesy. This was my first visit, and I didnt even stay for my appointment. I understand everyone has no good, very bad days, but dont treat others, or talk down to them in such a downgrading manner. And also, to the other 2 people at the front desk, thank you for picking up the phone and turning your head when I came up to the counter to walk towards you. I heard a lot of good things about this clinic from my co workers, but I guess I caught you on a gloomy day. No I wasnt nasty, disrespectful to any of you, but I wanted to really get my eyes check. Yes, Im the lady that walked out peacefully after leaving the clipboard on the counter. I know you all have plenty of consumers, but customer service is a big deal. Take Care

As soon as I walked in the door I had a bad experience. The front desk staff was extremely rude. At one point in our conversation they even mentioned that, the office makes a lot of money and my business was not important to them. I do not complain about people in general, but in this case I felt like I needed to let the doctor know how his staff had treated me. When I told him, he just shrugged it off. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. There are plenty of other offices that have nice helpful staff. Go to one of them instead.

Well in case you live in Richmond, VA area and need a doctor then Dr. Miksch is the best choice. I started wearing eye glasses just recently and everytime I go there I get the best quality treatment. After seeing several doctors in the area Dr. Miksch identified my problems with vision and prescribed lenses which didnt cause any headaches or any other symptoms which you can experience as a first-time owner of prescription glasses. My last visit was about contact lenses and I think he hit the right spot again :-) Ive also had a pleasure to spend few long minutes with his nurse who guided me about how to remove and insert contact lenses - it was fun, painful but fun after all :-). Thank you for taking care about my eyes !Update: I found 2 ladies not very inviting when I got to this place but I believe that over the time somebody will fix this problem.

Call to confirm my appointment for 9:30 am and they said it was for 9 am it was 9:14 and live around the corner could have been there in 5 mins lady was very rude and uncaring and hing up on me.... and on top of that there glasses collection looks very old..

Ive been a patient of Dr. Miksch since he took over the practice many years ago. My wife and son see his associate Dr. Nardone. Both are wonderful optometrists--patient, friendly, and even when the office is busy you wont feel rushed. Dr. Miksch takes all the time necessary to make sure my prescription is exactly right. He is also a terrific diagnostician. He identified a vision condition I have and referred me to a retinal specialist for more in-depth testing. The doctors and the staff there are genuinely friendly and helpful. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
