Never got to see Dr. Armstrong. I was rescheduled THREE separate times because his nurses cant keep his calendar straight. So I found a different ENT doctor (who is wonderful) and then canceled my appointment with Dr. Armstrong. I JUST got a call that I missed my appointment with them and would be charged for it. I spoke very strongly to a young woman in the scheduling department and told them basically that they are all incompetent. If you are ACTUALLY trying to see an ENT in a timely manner, and dont want to deal with incompetent folks that cant keep a calendar, then I suggest you call a different doctor than Dr. Armstrong.
Dr. Armstrong and staff are excellent. They really care about their patients and are very through, knowledge, and friendly.
My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Armstrong. However, he was booked up for months, so the receptionist scheduled my appointment with Dr. Giordano. This is a horrible doctor. I am a Registered Nurse, and I have never worked with a doctor with such bad beside manner. While giving him my history, he would literally cut me off mid-sentence to dictate into his recorder. I have never felt so much like a number and not a patient. I gave him a second chance, and on my second visit, he was just as bad. He didnt even remember me, even though I had just been there a month earlier. I received allergy shots for a couple of months, but reacted poorly. The nurses had to mix a new diluted vial for me and said they would call when it was ready. I have been waiting for them to call me back since August of 2013. If you do go to this place, see Dr. Armstrong. I have heard nothing but good things about him. I am sorry that he has a doctor in his practice that is bringing such bad reviews.
