Id like to share my comments of a great atmosphere here in Ample Storage off of hull st. I am so proud of my families accomplishments to agree that there prices are better than others. Take my word for it other locations for Ample that are Closer to downtown WAY TOO HIGH. New customers reminder: if you pay for storage check if rental truck is included. And available. Beacuse with this LOCATION behind waffle house on hulk street, well this complex has No rental truck. JUST BE AWARE Charles the mgr is a great opportunist. He has a heart.

Very affordable and clean storage with drive up access. Brittany was very friendly and explained in detail of my lease. Overall great customer service! Would recommend!

So happy they are Ample storage again, last company was horrible, people are a lot friendlier than last group.

From the street you can tell that this storage place has been here for years, but you also can tell that whoever is running things now cleans up I have never seen that property be so clean. The manager is friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for its sad to see the manager Amonie go at the end of the month.

When I got my unit I was in a wreck, my son had some stuff going on with him and while I was crying my eyes out Amonie who is the store manager at this location helped me not only get myself together but she also helped me get a unit for a reasonable price, she is such an amazing person and Im sad she will be leaving at the end of the month but I know wherever she go the people will love her.

I have had multiple units at this facility for over a year. It is a great place to store your stuff plus the staff is awesome to work with and very helpful!-Andrew McNeill

Manager was very courteous and friendly given the fact that Customer Servixe gave me the wrong information on pricing. She was put in a difficult situation but.handled it with grace and professionalism.

Reasonable prices and so far okay

I have been a customer in this facility for almost 10 years with 2 units. From day one I had a problem with rain water accumulating in front of my units making it a mess for me to get in my units whenever it rains but I dealt with it and it was ok because management on site was nice and helpful and the head office was also professional and very responsive but lately I guess this facility was sold or something and there’s a new management on site and my experience with them is horrible, I’m having some issues with payments and called them few times since Jun 6 to take care of that but I can’t reach a manager and when I asked the associate there if there’s a head office or a company number I can reach, I got nothing and asked her to get the manager to call me whenever she gets back in office and now it’s June 13th and I didn’t hear anything from them. Very unprofessional and they don’t really care about keeping their customers specially the long term ones.

I wish I could give this horrible AAAA company 0 stars! They have the WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! TOTALLY DISPISE THIS COMPANY! THE NEW MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! RUN FAST!

Ample Storage Castlewood has been DEVASTATED!!New Management Co. AAAA has all but destroyed it.This place used to be bustling with activity,I could come in 9am,noon,2pm,5pm a ton of people-activity going on in here,now its a ghost town.AAAA Management came in several months ago with some bizarre attitude they could talk too and treat Customers anyway they wanted and we would just grin and bear it,how wrong they were.People left this facility like it was on fire,ran away all the old time tenants,no new ones too replace them with(word gets around when you suck that much.)Public storage 1/2 mile away could not be happier wth AAAA taking over, its been the best Boon for their facility,damn near at full capacity,leaky roofs,moldy units,mouse infestation of Biblical proportions,but yet Business is booming for them,amazing what someones mismanagement can do for you.Me and my Business partner have/ had a dozen units between us,down too six,soon too zero,no other reason than AAAA Horrendous way of doing Business.Every Ample complex has a useable dumpster for its Tenants- chester,colonial heights,nine mile etc.,so had Castlewood until AAAA showed up, now were the only Ample complex without one,apparently the other AAAA named facilitys dont have one,so now Ample managed by, NOT OWNED by AAAA loses theres.Locked up with a ridiculous attached note!!!!.The Front row of Castlewood is a newer addition to the complex,has higher ceilings,climate controlled units,power sockets and better lighting,us old timers used to call it Park Ave.There was actually a waiting list too get on Park Ave,now its as Barren as the rest of the place,31 units on that row,I counted 14 either gold or red locks.Gold lock= empty unit/red lock= tenant locked out.Incredible!!!, 50% of the premium space in the complex is either empty or Tenant locked out!!!.Whomever owns Ample Storage Castlewood your Business is all but GONE thanks too AAAA Adminstrations,its too late for us, were outta here,try and save what remains our your Business and Catapult AAAA the Hell outta there.-Ex Tenant

Its a storage facility nothing fancy but it works.
