The staff member who drove us to view our units (and she worked behind the desk) was Super Friendly and professional! Excellent Customer Service! I apologize--I forgot her name (my mind went blank)! I was also impressed that the keys and locks were provided! For each unit! I thought that was great! I am so happy we found this place!!

Super helpful and kind people! I rented a uhaul from them about a year ago and we just moved into our new storage unit here yesterday. I couldnt be happier with the price and location. The entire lot is super clean and well lit in the evenings. We will be referring our friends here for all their storage needs.

We have been renting a spot for our RV for 19 years and have never had a problem there. The office staff are so nice and very helpful. If there is a problem with anything they are quick to fix the problem. I would Recommend the storage place to anyone

RV storage area is not easy to navigate. People are nice though.

We have kept our belongings at this facility since August and have had 0 issues. All of our items are safe and the climate controlled option has assisted with that. We will continue to recommend people to use them.

I have needed storage a few times here and there but I found a permanent storage. Action storage is so great compared to some of the other places I used. The lady at the front was so kind and courteous and made me feel like a person not a customer. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have used this storage unit for a couple of years and the employees have always been helpful and the whole facility is well-kept. I was pleased to know that this facility did not flood when the whole surrounding area flooded during Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

We rented a trailer got there they didnt have it. Woman working was very rude. We asked since they didnt have the trailer if she could look up where they might have it she said call 1 800-U-Haul!!! I feel she needs training on customer service. Lost 3 hours in travel time due to the mistakes of this location!!! Never Again Unless We Get Someone Customer Oriented!!!

We have had an inside storage unit at Action Storage for about 5 years and are very happy with the service. When we have gone through water rising scares, they have been so great at keeping us informed on the water levels and if we should be concerned about our items in the storage areas. And I really like that several times a year they offer a free shredding service.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Easy access location, clean environment. The price is cheaper compare to other storage around the area, longer business hours and access hours. More size option to choose which fit your need. Overall, its a good storage, nothing to complaint about.

Great storage unit! I’ve been using them for over a year now and they are really informative to the tentants. Especially when Hurricane Harvey hit last year they kept everyone updated on the status! I’ll continue to use them in the future 💁‍♀️

Giving them a one star is generous. I recently rented a U-Haul truck. Ended up not having any A/C...tough gig with 90 degree temps in Houston. I was told to take the truck to a U-Haul repair shop. Right! I was told to bring it back. Right! People rent moving trucks for a reason.The staff (Rick / Shawn) were worthless and I was told it wasnt their problem and that I had to take it up with U-Haul. They gave me such a run-around.I didnt rent from U-Haul, I rented from ACTION STORAGE. Never, ever again will I do that! Dont waste your time and money...find another facility to rent a truck.

The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any needs. We never had any issues at our storage unit and we loved the convenience of paying online. I highly recommend Action Storage! (On a personal note, my son is a Marine and I love that they are a drop off for Toys for Tots.)

This location didnt have the keys to my uhaul truck. The truck was there but the keys werent. The employee was very overwhelmed, cursed alot during my transaction and complained about the uhaul company that is a third party extension of this storage business. I was very uncomfortable and disgusted with her behavior.

Just started renting with Action Storage because it is close to our new house being built and have to say Im very impressed thus far. Very clean storage units and very accessible. Also very nice staff to work with! Im hoping to be a customer for a while :)

I have used this facility for a few years and never once had any problems. Never a break-in (knock on wood) and never had any access problems. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!!

Carol was a complete professional. I had an issue with the lock on my storage unit. She contacted her supervisor and had someone take care of the situation before the end of the day. I appreciate her proactiveness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend people to action storage.

Im really late in posting this review, as we moved out in June of 2015. We rented a total of four spaces there for about a year +/-. During that time Lynn was always available and accommodating should we need anything. And from time to time, we did. Three units were climate controlled and one wasnt. Unlike another reviewer, we never saw signs of vermin or rodents in any of the units.Lynns husband was also very helpful, especially when we were trying to vacate the units and get a container loaded. Absolutely excellent service. The customer service here at this location couldnt have gone better. Mr. Sanchez, who helped my partner and I with our Uhaul venture, was so sweet and understanding. We are new to the area and he helped us via phone, when we got lost and even helped arrange our UBER to get us to our new home. I would recommend Action Storage to everyone and I wouldnt even hesitate to use their services again.

Since my last review, I now have my original shed and now a covered stall for my travel trailer. I am very pleased with the support of everyone at Action Storage. Before you look elsewhere for a shed, check this out first. You won’t need to go anywhere else. All areas are covered by cameras.

Clean place. Good storage area. Been there for over 8 years. Only thing I complain about is that over the past 4 years, they have increased my rent every year for the past 4 years. My rent has gone from 140 to 210 in the 4 years

Terrible customer service! After making arrangements for a late arrival with Lynn the gate would not open. We had to knock on the door which she wouldnt answer. Finally blowing the horn for several minutes the gate opens without anyone coming outside to address. I gave a month notice that I was vacating and was charged for an extra month. Lynn is no help and is rude!

We utilize this storage facility for our lacrosse program. Great and friendly staff and reasonable pricing.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! After renting a climate controlled storage unit here for 10 months, we found our belongings infested with mice droppings and urine. Our movers that helped us unload were disgusted and said they had never seen such a mess. We had to have our furniture professionally steam cleaned and will have to throw out many boxes of our things, including our 3 year old daughters stuff. The worst part is how the staff handled it. No apology-just an accusation that for all I know you could have brought them with you. I cant believe there are people that do business like this.

WHILE TAKING MY BELONGINGS OUT OF THE STORAGE UNIT HERE I FOUND DISGUSTING RAT DROPPINGS, RAT URINE AND HOLES IN MY NEW MATTRESS AND DROPPINGS ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW SOFA AND NOT TO MENTION ALL THE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORAGE UNIT. IM SCARED TO EVEN OPEN MY BOXES BECAUSE IM SURE I WILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THERE. SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE COMPANY TO ANYONE. AND I HOPE THEY REPLACE MY BELONGINGS BECAISE RATS CARRY DISEASES! TO PAY OVER $140 DOLLARS EACH MONTH AND FIND RAT DROPPINGS AND URINE IS DISGUSTING BEYOND MEASURE! WHEN I ASKED THE MAN WHAT PROCEDURE THEY WOULD TAKE AFTER SOMETHING SO DISGUSTING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. HE SAID, I DONT KNOW IM JUST MAINTENANCE. AND ASKED IF I HAD INSURANCE WHICH I DO!

Clean facility and they are watchful of who comes and goes through the gate. Helpful if you need anything.
