Bernard and Stephanie have been managing the location on Gonyo street During my entire lease with StorQuest at that location.They have always been very accommodating and helping me with my storage needs. Helping me during the times where my income was very low and they were very understanding about working with me to get my payments in.Besides the obvious value, I would definitely recommend this location for its excellence in service!

I have been storing here at storequest for years on end. The staff is always courteous and attentive ready and willing to meet my storage needs. They have both climate and non climate controlled as well as pull in units. Its a one stop shop for storing and moving needs as they have packing material and rental trucks. I am satisfied with there services.

Great experience here! We showed up at 5 pm, looked at the store room and rented it. We were out easily by 5:30pm! Bernard was extremely nice and very helpful.

Extremely disappointed! I used to rent a unit for my business. I paid each year in full just so they can send me to collections for $21.I ended my contract in September, 2020 and was never told there is an outstanding balance. Nobody called, emailed and when I reached out because random collector called my cell demanding money they just asked me to call 1800 number which transferred me straight to the collection agency.Reply to owner: I did call your office twice to get clarity and resolve the issue. First time I was told it’s 15min to closing time and I should call the next day. When I called the next day I was given number that took me straight to collection agency. I paid the amount of course, however I certainly didn’t appreciate the customer service and lack of communication. Feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns.

I have several units because i keep cleaning out my house. I really need to stop, but Stephanie has a great attitude and makes being a storage pleasant. THANKS for being you.The office staff is very friendly and willing to lend a hand if ever needed. I can only hope everyone has the same experience and since of security as we feel with this location.Enjoy having my storage units here for piece of mind that my items are secure. Stephanie has been able to accept packages for me when I need an item delivered out of weather. Units are clean and well kept.

Arrived at the location and no one was there. I called before going and no answer. I arrived and called the call center. There was a long hold, finally got a rep and she very rudely said the person at the location was at lunch and that I could wait. I waited outside the location for 2 hours. I called the call center again and got hung up on several times. On the 4th call I got the same girl that I had spoken to earlier and she called the office to see if anyone was there. Someone answered but somehow the line got crossed and I was actually connected to another customer waiting outside a different location. The lady finally arrived and said they couldve paged her to come back sooner but they didnt. This place is affordable but unfortunately their customer service is horrible and they take no accountability.

Bernard looked after our needs promptly and was very attentive. We got an excellent deal on our short term requirements for storage. The facility is clean and well managed, based on our friends who have been using it for years. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes and the whole process was easy and pleasant.

I was moving to Texas and I set up a storage unit before I moved when I got out here the storage unit was over an hour away in a different city which I gave the agent the city I was moving to and they guaranteed me it would be close so I called the agency back and they directed me to this storage place and they were able to set me up with what I needed and even discounted my unit because it cost abit more and I was in a jam they were very helpful... one thing I would recommend theyre out of the office during certain parts of the day call first..

I have had a storage unit at the Gonyo location since 2008 and have been very satisfied with the StorQuest support staff and especially Stephaney as they have always been very friendly & helpful in responding to my storage needs over these years. In addition, this location has made improvements to the property and facility over the years which has enhanced the security and visual appearance.

This was my first time using StorQuest Self Storage.The young woman in charge was very pleasant and cheerful and she went through the whole process of explaining what the expectations were for me as a client. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends.

This has it all ! Customer service is outstanding!! They cant do enough to please!! Not many places have employee who really care about their customers. They are always there to help you and do it with a smile. Rates are also the best in town and the units are clean and well kept which makes it easy to move your stuff in in no time ! Nobody is ever here when I need to speak to someone. (It is currently 10:40am, their sign says office open at 9am) Calling the number listed directs you to a call center, not the actual location, every time. Though Im not past due, my code is invalid and my lock has been changed. Also, better prices can easily be found in the area with a little searching. Currently taking my things, business and money to another storage company. This place is too much of a hassle.

This is the second time that I have used this facility and both times were terrific experiences. From the original call for information to the leasing and storage, I could not be more statsified. Have had my things stored here for two years now, and I havent had any problems with local customer service. The problem Im having is that they want to raise your rent from the time you first sign up with them. I was at a really great price at first then all of the sutton my rent has been raised not ones, but twice without notice an now it is almost close to $200 dollars. If it gos up any more its not worth the price an I might as well go pay for a pod.! I say let people stay at the rate they came in one an if the price change call the renter, and negotiate a price that the renter can afford cause you do not know what that renter my be going through financially.!

Trying to talk to anyone at this company is nearly impossible. When calling the local number, you are automatically routed to a national call center and, if you request a call back from someone locally, you will not get it in a reasonable amount of time, if ever.
