Spent the whole day testing and researching beds in Rochester. We figured this would be the most expensive option and so left it until last, just in case we ran out of time. Great experience with knowledgeable staff (Jeff) who, despite it getting close to closing time, was in no rush to shove us out. Explained all the options and asked us to choose based on our price point. Turned out to be among the cheapest option for features at least equal to other bed options we saw. Recommend visiting here. Glad we called in.

I purchased a bed and base from the manager, Jeff (replacement for my 20-year old Sleep Number bed). He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. There was a minor issue with the financing and Jeff cheerfully helped me get it resolved right away. Highly recommend for both products and customer service!

I had planned on just buying a sleep number bed online, but in the end I wanted to make sure someone got commission for the sale so I went through my local store. I was comforted by the 100 day guarantee, and the fact that I had a salesperson in my corner, just in case. Long story short, we are completely unhappy with our mattress, and our salesperson is unresponsive. I’ve never experienced such a pointless middleman store in a company. A terrible experience.

I have a king size but moved into a smaller home & my bedroom is too small for a king. So I worked with Tyler to pick out the right size for me & my dogs to still all be comfortable.
