When we came in wearing a mask, the one employee there said I hope its OK I dont have a mask - its on order. I told him that without a mask I needed him to keep his distance. I think that surprised and challenged him (he expected me to say that it was fine).Then I started to tell him what I wanted and he told me I needed to lie on the beds first so I could know what I was talking about. I obligingly laid on the $2,500 beds, and then when he eventually let me explain that I was on a budget. He showed me a few poorly stacked mattresses and told me everything else was out of stock. I left. Bought a bed from costco that felt just as comfortable and SO MUCH CHEAPER.I knew mattress stores tend to be sleazy/upsells, but I figured Id give them a chance esp for Labor Day Weekend. I did. They failed.(Now, if you have a HUGE budget, you might love this place. I was looking to stay in the $600 range)

Went in to pick up my daughters mattress. The man was very helpful fit it in my car and said thank you. I said I got one more thing to talk about with you. Within if day 15 min he had a new mattress and base ordered for my husband and I. They were very helpful, informative, and polite. I highly recommend all to go there and do their research on your mattress purchase. Its critical to a good nights rest. Thank you again Mattress Firm

There are numerous stores where I could buy a new mattress. Possible that I could have gotten a mattress for a lower price. I made my purchase at Mattress Firm because Aaron M treated me with respect and sold me exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. He didn’t lay a sales pitch on me nor try to sell me something I didn’t need or want. I very much appreciated Aaron’s knowledge and helpfulness.

My husband and I went here to check out the purple mattress. The one guy was very helpful but didn’t have the knowledge of the mattresses. The guy who did didn’t want to be bothered with questions. The deals were good so we did purchase from them.

Both workers were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We ended up going with a Purple mattress. It was delivered right to our bedroom and the delivery guys were quick, polite and efficient.

I had ordered a new mattress and adjustable bed frame through an online chat with Mattress Firm. When I had not heard anything about shipping after a week, I called the Rochester store directly. The manager, Joe, was extremely helpful first explaining that the mattress I had ordered would not be available for several weeks and then recommending that I cancel the online order and reorder a mattress that would be available sooner. I really appreciate all his help and would highly recommend Mattress Firm Rochester based on my experience.

Excellent customer service from Aaron M. at Mattress Firm here in Rochester. I called the store to get information and he ask if he could call me back due to being with a customer at that point. His follow-through was prompt and courteous. He sent me a website where I could go online and pay for the mattress and cost of disposing of the old mattress. He told me once the mattress was paid for, I would get a tracking number for the mattress and it would come via Fedx or USPS. I did not get the number right away and got concerned. As is prone with women, we also often change our minds. I decided to not depose of the old mattress right now due to being short on funds, so I emailed Aaron to let him know my decision and to ask for a tracking number. I went ahead and made the payment for the mattress only. The next email I received said he had stopped by the store here in Rochester on his day off and had found my email. He sent the tracking number and a action plan in case I should have more questions before he was back at work on the 15th. He answered my email on his day off folks! If all men were this prompt, the world would be a better place. Thank you Aaron for the most excellent experience in customer service and promptness! Reta

I was unsure of what I wanted. I got the right comfortable mattress for me, while staying at the budget I wanted.

I liked how I was able to just drive up, pick up a mattress that fit in my truck, and drive off without too much time or hassle. The sales team was knowledgeable, very helpful, not too pushy, and respected my input. Someone wrote a review about how they didnt have much of a selection, but when I need a new mattress, Im not exactly picky that they didnt have 30 different types of the same type mattress. They had nice choices for me, and I enjoy the mattress I picked very much.

They told me my bed would arrive today, so I disposed of mine so that I could have room for the new one. the delivery guy called 4 minutes to the end of my drop off window, I called him back he didnt answer, he then called back 20 mind later and told me that he was already an hour away and done for the night . now I dont have my mattress until my next day off ...

I purchased a mattress and bed frame end of August. The bed frame was on backorder (which is fine) so I decided to post-pone my mattress delivery to the same date as the bed frame. As the delivery date approached, I was informed that the bed frame was still not ready, but the mattress would be delivered with a loaner frame. I was still okay with that. A new date was set for the bed frame, but a few days before the date, it was still backordered. About two months later, I was ready and waiting for the bed frame to come (was told it would be delivered on Sunday). It hadnt showed by 3pm, so I called the Rochester store and spoke with someone. They said it should still be on its way, but hed check into my order and call back if there were any problems. He never called back, and the bed frame never showed up. Waited around all day for nothing. This is the point I became frustrated. I called back in the morning, and Ive had so much trouble getting somebody to answer the phone there. I finally called customer service with Mattress Firm, and they said they would bring the issue to the attention of the District Manager, Michael, and that he would contact me within 24 hours. I finally got ahold of the store, and they said the order got goofed up, and they had to reset it. The district manager never called me back, either. I absolutely love my new mattress, but getting in touch with the store in Rochester and trying to communicate with them during the bed frame order issues has been terrible. I would be very hesitant to go back there for business.
