I saw an ad in Keizer Times newspaper about Capitol Auto Group and was curious as to what they had.Someone came out to greet me as soon as I started to walk to the door. Very friendly, professional, courteous people working at Capitol Used Car Center. Gavin was the name of the gentlemen that helped me and he was great. Fast and knowledgeable about all the different cars. He directed me to the right cars.I made a purchase and the rest of the people were great working with as far as finishing up the purchase. Came in unprepared, and Gavin Lee Torres got us together. After finishin up with his previous client he found us out on the lot looking for a new car. Gavin lee gave us helpful tips toward buying, and trading in our car. In and out within three hours. The rest of the staff was helpful and polite. They didbwhat they could to get us what we wanted. I got a used car. And I had for a week. Im an over the road truck driver. And when I came home. The car was having issues. Its been almost 3 weeks now and they have not contacted me at all. So I dont even know whats going on with it.

Scott provided courteous, professional service while arranging for me to test drive 2 Tundra pickups, one scheduled and one impromptu.Its a Toyota dealership, so the digs are nice: big lobby, clean restrooms, lounge with free water, coffee & snacks etc. Pleasant experience all around~ so, if they get in a truck that meets my criteria, I would definitely buy from Capitol Toyota.BTW: good old-fashioned dealer shopping beats Vroom all to hell if youre trying to find the perfect used (or new) car. You can find vehicles online, and actually see, touch and drive them at your convenience, and not have to commit to the ridiculous proposition of a week-long possession with as much as $599 in return fees.

I like going to Capital Toyota they are friendly and concerned about my needs. They are fast and they get the job done in a timely manner.They have food, coffee and other stuff to eat while you are waiting. The food area is always clean as so is the seating area. The restrooms are very clean. Its comfortable at Capital Toyota on the Parkway.

I really love Capitol and have had mostly good experiences here, especially since my mother used to work for Subaru. However, recently I had a super disappointing experience. Capitol emailed ME and said that since I only have a year left on my car loan, they could get me into a new car. At first I didn’t really want to because, I only have a year left and I don’t desperately need a new car or anything. But I email back and say that I would look at their options but I need it around the same price as what I’m currently paying and they said OK.So I go to Capitol after work, not really planning on a “new” car because my credit still needs work and since I have my current car loan I have that against me. But I go anyways because they said they had something that might work. I get there and the car they picked for me is 2 years OLDER than my current car and has high miles. I say no. Then they get me into a brand new 2020 Impreza which I know I cannot afford. But they check the price and come back and tell me it’s $70 over my monthly limit, which is close to twice what I’m paying now. I say I can’t do that.THEN this guy comes out, who does the financing and he’s asking me why I can’t pay this money and that he got me such a great deal. I’m 25, work and do school full time and live on my own. I can’t afford something that is over half of what my rent is. It’s just not smart. He then says something to the effect of “I see you have some credit cards, you could put a bigger down payment if you use those.” I’m shocked, because that’s so stupid and I spent so long working to pay off my credit cards. He continues haggling with me and I’m so fed up that I say “you cannot haggle with me, these are my limits.” So he leaves and I’m feeling stupid because I knew I couldnt afford it and I’m feeling patronized and feeling bad for not buying something that will put me in further debt.All in all I left feeling like I had completely wasted my time because I KNEW I couldn’t afford it and they knew that as well before I came in. I’m not saying I’ll never buy a car from then again but I’m for sure not ever dealing with him again. It’s so rude to ask what someone is doing with their money and to pressure a 25 year old into a purchase that will stretch my income so thin is pathetic.

I purchased a Nissan Rouge and I am very disappointed. I was pushed to buy when I had specific requirements that were not met. AND... I get home and my son-in-law informed me it has been wrecked! This is NOT on the carfax. I feel betrayed and would never recommend a women buying on her own. Thanks a lot Capital!

Very slow service. I was quoted 2 1/2 hours for completion. Its been 4 hours and only 2 of 3 items are done. Now I have to reschedule an appt to get the third item done.

Said might be 1 1/2 hours and got us out in 45 minutes. Plenty of drink choices and ok comfortable seating while you wait.

I purchased a new vehicle from Capitol Chevrolet more than a month ago. The windshield was defective and has yet to be fixed! No one has called with updates. I have had to call weekly with no results. In my experience the customer is NOT put first. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I suggest driving a little distance and go to another dealership.

Today I purchased a beautiful acura from capitol. I shopped around quite a bit before buying. About a week ago I went in and looked at some cars with Tristan z.He was extremely helpful and very honest about any questions I had. Didnt feel pressured to make a purchase. Ruben sold me the acura and was also very upfront and honest and super friendly! Toward the end of the buying process when signing papers in the back the lady who went over warranty options and gap insurance did make me feel kinda pressured to to get the most expensive warranty and when I declined the warranty her attitude toward me kinda changed. But overall would recommend this business!
