They had okay service and got the job done for an okay price, and it was the only place that could do what I needed, however they took over a month to get the part after telling me it would be done in a week, then in 2 weeks, then they called back on week 3 saying they can’t do it because they don’t have the part and so I had them hold on to the phone until they got the part and it still took a week after they got the part to fix the phone. And there was glue all over the phone and the plastic screen protector had huge bubbles all over it. Very frustrating. Definitely not coming back unless I absolutely have to.

I had a problem with my cell phone. It was 100% user error. I was afraid I broke it, or was about to break it. I brought it in, 6 minutes later its fixed. They refused to take my money. Theyve totally earned my business.My girlfriend has been there as well and recommended their service.

I came in with water damaged phone and they said that there would be an upfront 65 dollar fee and a 2-3 day time span to fix it so I paid the money and left it there. I came back 3 days later and got my phone back and it was working but the same night when the phone ran out of battery, it would not turn back on or charge. I was very annoyed because I had just gone 3 days without my phone and the same night it stopped working again. Because they dont open on weekends so I had to head on over to batteries plus bulbs and they took my phone in without any upfront charges and tried repairing it for 2 hours but couldnt fix it and they said that the whole entire phone was bricked and there was no way it could be repaired. I ended up having to get a new phone and the money that I spent here was wasted. These guys are pretty good and professional but if you have long time water damage plus an old phone, I would recommend not taking the risk and just get a new phone.

Dropped my Iphone X at the park, half the screen didnt work, couldnt unlock the phone or do much of anything. Took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, they told me it had water damage and only thing I could do was get a refurbished one for $550....I took it to At&t (my carrier) they tried a couple things and still nothing....I was faced with about 20% of a phone unless I wanted to fork over the $550.Out of curiosity I brought the phone to 3G, they fixed it no problem for more than half the price (no water damage at all).These guys helped me out, no muss no fuss.

I went in to fix the back of my iPhone 10xs and they said to leave a deposit and they would call me when the part got there. Days went on and I didn’t get a call so I called multiple times and asked what the status was and they kept saying they didn’t have the part. A month has gone by and still no call from them so I call and ask for a refund for my deposit and they say they won’t give it to me. I would not recommend very unprofessional

The employees were very polite and nice.Went in to get a GALAXY S8 screen replacement.They told us “We didn’t catch the crack on the back in time, and we broke it, so we’re charging you 35$“ for the mistakes caused by the repairer overlooking the crack. But we paid for it. We could pay for it, but we had a set price at the beginning, to change it because of that was ridiculous.As well, The front facing camera is permanently blurry, and the volume up now does not work.Thank you for your service..

As I took it in the guy was telling this lady that a piece of glass in her phone cut one of the wires in her phone and that in fact it no longer was working.So I left my phone there and I come back and the guy is telling me the same story he was telling her when I dropped it off in the first place. My phone no longer works because of this “professional” business. Just be aware

Have had occasion to deal with these folks a few times over the last couple of years. They have always been very helpfull and nice. Yesterday they were able to get my cellphone to charge properly in just a few minutes and sent me on down the road no poorer than when I came in.

I went in late on a Friday with an absolutely shattered iPhone 6 screen, to the point where glass was falling off the face. These guys were super courteous, fast, and made sure that everything was secure when picking up your device. They had my phone done, same day, faster than they quoted me, and at a great price. Im so glad they were recommended to me, and Ive been telling everyone how great they are.

Unlocked phones, brand new condition phones, also accessories! Try them out if you don’t want the hassle of payments on your “plan phone.”

Took in wifes phone because it stopped turning on, I dealt with Chris and he was very professional and courteous. He quickly laid out the possibilities that he thought it might be and costs associated with each. He diagnosed the problem quickly, turn out to be a bad repair from another repair place. He got my wifes phone working the same day, and if we ever need anymore repair work done on a cellphone we will be back.

Do not buy a used phone from these people!!! They are not good people to deal with. I bought my girlfriend an I-watch for her birthday but didnt realize her phone was too old to work with it. She was excited about it and wanted to use it so we went to 3G Mobile to get a used I-phone 5S. First off even though the phone is obsolete and had only 16g memory they wanted $149 and would only go down to $134 because they said these phones fly off the shelf. I bought it only because my girlfriend really wanted to use her watch. When we got it home we realized it hadnt been wiped and had other peoples contacts and personal info still on it. In addition it wouldnt run the required updates to even use the phone so it was useless. I rebooted the phone over and over and tried on iTunes but the phone would not even show the required updates. I got another phone and decided to take it back the next day. Then and only then did they say no returns. i said hey this phone is a mess and wont even update I just want my money back. He said no!! I could leave it and they would put it on the computer and try to get the updates working again but no refunds. I told him I bought another phone and I do not need this one now. There response sorry no refunds. I gave up left the phone and they managed the next day to run the updates somehow. When I came to pick the phone up I asked again for my money back and they said no. I said will you at least buy it back I dont need it. Then he said Ill give you $60 when I had just paid $134 yesterday for it and they had just told me they sell fast. I would throw this phone away before I would sell it back to this company for $60 when they should have just refunded my money. Anyway I would never advise anyone to buy a phone from these people. They are not reputable and are not customer friendly in the slightest. I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not buy from this store!!!!

This place is awesome. I brake my phone regularly. I think I’ve brought it in 3 times in the last year. Finally my phone bit the dust for good. They went above and beyond to help me. I’m so grateful for everything they did.

I went there in the earlier part of the day to get a new battery for my 6S. Because I was most likely the 1st or 2nd person in for the day, he was able to get my phone done in about 30 minutes. The price was fair and he even did a little cleaning while he was inside the phone from some water damage. Super happy with my experience.

I had never had my phone repaired at a shop and have always been wary of phone repair shops. The staff at 3G Mobile are top notch. Both employees I interacted with were very kind and straightforward. They charged a very reasonable rate to replace my cracked camera lens, and when I found some particles causing light black spots in the image after the repair they took my phone back the next day and did a full camera clean for no charge - no questions asked and no attempt to shift blame. Great customer service.

Chris at 3g mobile is awesome he was able to replace the screen in my phone after 2 stores couldnt seem to get it together enough to even start the repair. I called 3g and they got me right and and re places my screen. I recommend this place over anywhere else Ive had to deal with. Their customer service is awesome!!

With 3 kids we have issues with our phones often. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and prices are excellent. I needed to have a repair on my volume buttons as one was stuck and causing my phone to stay in safe mode. Took my phone to a competitor for a quote. They quoted me 3 times the price as 3G. Just last week my daughters IPhone 5s broke. My carrier tried to force the purchase of a new phone, when I called Apple they wanted $260 to repair it. So this was a while back but I remember it vividly. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen, and got it replaced for a fair price. When I got my phone back it kept shutting off on its own. I called them (not sure who I talked to) and told them about the problem, and asked if they would take a look at it. The person spoke to me like I was an idiot and trying to scam them, and they offered to fix it at cost. Frustrated with the response I opened up the phone just to see if I might get lucky. I found that the wire that plugs into the battery wasnt connected securely enough, pushed it snug, and it worked fine. They could have looked just to ease my mind, but wouldnt, and who knows if they would have charged me or not. 3G Mobile has lost my business, any referral I would give any one, and most importantly my respect.

My 4S Iphone was put in a washer machine for 1 hr. Immediately I put it on a dryer vent & in a baggie of rice and silica gel. 2 days later I took it in to these guys who explained $35 was for attempting to get it working and their labor. I would have just gotten a new phone had it been more as I was pretty sure it was DOA. I decided as a precaution to change all passwords that my phone had apps for & to write down the serial number. They allowed me to have a loaner phone, very old, no frills, but I was glad to have anything actually.They explained it would be $35 whether they were successful or not. I reasoned that if I took my car in for the transmission to be overhauled and the mechanic told me on removing it it needed a new rebuilt one, I would have to pay the mechanics time. I did not expect any results, actually. I am ecstatic that they did what was not possible otherwise. Thank you Domingo and his asst. I am absolutely thrilled. Siri and everything is working perfectly and although there is a slight opaque mark from the washer detergent, its not too noticeable, a small reminder not to get this wonderful phone wet ever ever again!I love this place and would highly recommend them!

Called for a suspected power button issue on my Nexus 5 that wouldnt let my phone turn on. They fixed the power button but it still wasnt working. Then they found water damage from a year ago, cleaned it off and now it works fine! Just want to give a big thanks to these guys that I can keep using my phone rather than have to wait until I can afford a new one.

Sprint told my daughter that her cell phone could not be repaired due to water damage. I took her phone to 3G, they looked at it and thought that the charging port was probably bad. 3G ordered the part and we picked up the phone today; it works perfectly. Thank you 3G! If your carrier has told you that your phone does not work due to water damage, and you dont think it got wet, take it to 3G and have them look at it. If it has gotten wet take it to 3G immediately and have them try to fix it. They are great to work with. Thank you again 3G!!! ken

The cost of fixing my phone was a lot less than the insurance deductible. They did a great job, and I have no complaints.

I had a difficult situation with my phone and they worked with me to help me get the best possible outcome. I will definitely steer any business I can their way and will use them again!

I dunked my Samsung S3 in water in a boating accident and the touch screen quit working. I called the shop, and they said to get it in right away and they have had good success fixing this problem. They were upfront and said they couldnt guarantee a fix and would charge me $39 even if it didnt work. It was worth the risk to me, and I had them go ahead, and got a call that evening that it was fixed, and the touchscreen has been working fine since.

Had my charger port repaired they didnt contact the speaker when they put it back together took it back in took me a week to be able to pick it up when I did they hadnt repaired it I insisted on just having my phone back when I opened it there was on open screen that was going to delete all information on my phone worst experience ever I would recommend having a child you tube the repair & fix your phone before trying to have them work on it

TL;DR: tech wizards fixed my bricked Moto X2 for FREE!!!I found my old 2012 phone in a box while moving, turned it on and it was still working great. wanted to give it to my 9yo as babys first phone so i formatted it to its factory settings and locked myself out from it permanently. i took it too these guys as my third option, they got it up and running in about 10 minutes, i asked how much it was gonna cost me and they said it was free!i dont know when im ever gonna need them again, but if i do they will be my first choice

I work for a cell phone company and speak with over 300 customers a month. I used to recommend them as an alternate option when they had no insurance. But after my own personal experience they no longer get my free advertising. I called up for some product information and Diego got on the phone and presumed to tell me that I probably couldnt afford it. Just like that... Maybe he was having a bad day? I felt he was rude and unprofessional,but they just lost a ton of local referrals and gained a major detractor who will happily voice my negative experience with every customer I speak with on my end of the business.

If you have problems with an Android device, 3G Mobile is the place to go. On two occasions, they have fixed problems for me one in software, which they gave me a vital clue to work out the problem. The other was a hardware problem caused by a misaligned socket, and my poor eyesight. The fixed the phablet immediately, for an amazingly low cost. They will work on Tablets, phones, and even desktops and laptops. The technicians there are friendly and know their stuff. I could not be happier with 3G Mobile.

There computer systems was not working.They said the whole network of teambile wasnt working atm. Other then that service has been fine. The Tmobile was the one on Lancadter and Silverton.
