When I entered the store yesterday there were three attendants who all stood up, smiled at me and asked me how I was doing and how could they help me. I have been in customer service for the better part of 30 years and when I am greeted with that level of positive energy and professionalism I am immediately impressed. I’ll be it it is rare these days but I still expect it. I will be a loyal customer forever. I’ve been twice for a cracked iPhone screen and both experiences were easy, fast and friendly. Most recently, I sent my husband in to repair his phone’s charging port. Turns out, the port was just blocked by lint. The tech was awesome and troubleshooted that free of charge. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had another great experience with NH iPhone repair in Salem, NH. Staff is super friendly. I was getting my iPhone screen replaced and they did a great job. Only bad thing I could say is I was told about 45-1 hour but it ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes.

Was in and out of there with a fixed iPhone 8 Plus that wouldn’t turn on for anything in about 20 minutes. He even looked at my ANCIENT iPad and diagnosed the problem for me. These guys are top-notch. ive been here numerous times over the past few years to replace screens and batteries. i went recently to get a new battery put into an older iPhone 6S. i told them to replace the battery because it had been sitting in a drawer for a year and it wouldnt take a charge. rather than put a new battery in and take my money, he cleaned out the charge port which had some dust/drawer particles in it blocking the charge cable from connecting. after being cleaned, the phone immediately started charging. he handed it back to me and on my way i went without having to buy a new battery. its tough to find honest businesses these days and i appreciate their honesty and integrity. i wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Made an appointment, $160 for a new screen or have to pay for whole new phone, 160 seemed reasonable. I called, guy was great, said if a new screen didn’t fix the issue they wouldn’t charge me, but assured me it most likely would solve the problem. Dropped the phone, very laid back 👍, 35 mins later phone works like new again. I’ll be bringing them more business.
