Guy ran my credit card before checking if they had screen protectors or phone protectors for my phone No money back. Told me to come back next weekend, turns out they wont be having my phones cases. Charged me $50 for a custom made screen that was poorly made. And gave me a used phone protectors. Friendly guys but wont be coming back.

Joe( Joseph) was the employee who helped my boyfriend and I and he was just the sweetest person and had so much information that I really enjoyed learning about. During Christmas, I purchased 2 phone cases and 3 screen protectors. I paid $125It was my understanding that I had a warranty.As I came to have my phone screen protector replaced because of it cracking. I was told I had no warranty and had to buy a new one for another $30The couple days later, my family and I go back to find out about the warranty that I originally thought I purchased.The manager tells me I have no warranty on the original purchase.Looking at recite, he claims we purchased 1 screen protector and 3 covers... I told him he was wrong.Apparently the guy that sold to us during Christmas had quit.This manager does not know anything about customer service!I will not go back.I hate the idea that he ripped me off and I was lied to.I would not advise being a customer here at the mall location.

Tempered glass and case $40! If my receipt serves me correctly, the young lady at the counter that helped me is Charlie. Super sweet and helpful! Told me if anything happens to the glass to come back and get another for only $10! Definitely recommend! Lots of selection!

Joe was very helpful! Installed the screen saver very nicely and had a nice case. 40 bucks for both the case and screen saver!

There is a girl that works here that is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. She wears incredibly revealing clothing and is constantly cursing and yelling down the mall with her friends that are constantly at the stand. Just about any time you walk by, the employees are on their phones, paying no attention to customers. You are much better off buying a phone case online.
