Only one staff member working in a busy store. Had to wait for about 15 minutes before I could speak to the one employee working. She was very kind but this store definitely needs more employees.
My son bought me an iphone and I went to transfer from my samsung to my new phone. #1 the rep was going to charge me $19.99. Shouldnt this service be free? The phone is paid for, my son is a long time good customer what the heck! THEN he gave me a website to do it for free. This is not a store to go to with tech problems.
Horrible Customer service. Was not greeted upon walk in... waited 5 minutes and was never acknowledged. I will never step foot back in the store. Been with Verizon for years... I work just down the street. Very disappointing.

Daniel was amazingly helpful. My phone had died and I thought that I wasnt going to be able to recover anything. But he worked his magic and he got back some of the most important things that I needed and was super efficient throughout the process.
Great service! Old phone broke and I was worried I wouldnt get any of my info off it. Dan was very knowledgeable and was able to get my stuff back! Definitely will be my new verizon store from now on.
I switched from ATT to Verizon in May 2020. ATT was AWFUL. But as bad as they are, theyre far better than Verizon. Heres Verizon 2 GOOD points:1. Worst Customer Service ever. I spent 45 minutes with a rep that was clueless in minute 46 I was told their computers were down and Id have to start over with my order on line.2. Store Reps doin NOTHING. Yes, I mean WORTHLESS. I went into the Edgewater st location in Salem. Every issue I had, they were unable to help me with. Strongly suspicious that they really could not care any less. And yes their system went down just minutes after they opened. Oh, their website says they open @10am Sundays... nope, its 11am yet another waste of time.THOSE ARE THEIR GOOD POINTS. I went to this store today and it was packed with people and only one employee working. Samantha was doing an excellent job helping the customers and even welcoming and apologizing for the others that had to wait. She was extremely knowledgeable of everyones issues which made the wait shorter and less stressful. Youve got a good employee with Samantha there GoWireless!
Customer service is ok. Would have been nice if they would have helped me transfer data from old phone to new phone. The prices for phones seem about right but the prices for screen protectors and accessories were ridiculous. I got all of my accessories online for less than half of what they wanted. It’s basically how there employees make commission. No thanks. eBay is the way to go when buying accessories.
It seems the people here is lock of enthusiasm from their job. Not giving so much information that I needed.
I have come to the West Salem GoWireless store multiple times this last year. Every time they have been helpful and extremely knowledgable! They dont pressure you into anything but are careful to make your options known so you can decide We came in close to closing and they didnt try to hurry us out the door! Zach, Jamie and Jeff will take great care of you!
I bought a screen saver protection plan $80 unlimited replacement and when I needed a new one for the new phone I had to replace my dead phone they didnt have it, no store in Salem, Verizon Corp Store wont honor the plan so instead of risking $149 deductible in the event the screen breaks I was very frustrated and had to go buy one at $40 to protect my replacement phone at an accessory shop and the site manager where I bought they plan would not credit my account for not having it and after I he refused and I said call corporate that he finally made it right and gave me a phone charger instead. Not happy after all these years and their screen protection plan...dont get it, they break to easy
When I walked in it was a little busy, both guys working had customers in front of them, but they still went out of there way to greet me and even asked if I had a quick question (which I said I did not) they assured me that one of them would be with me shortly as they were each just finishing up. Once it was my turn i got helped out by Jeff the Manager, he looked at my account and told me I was paying more than I needed to and ended up getting me more for less! After it was all said and done I ended up leaving with a new HUM for my car while also saving money every month! This is definitely my new store and will recommend to my family and friends!
Switched from a traditional contract plan over to prepaid. The Verizon software was having issues but the gal at the store pushed through at got us all transferred around. Great service and friendly staff

Honestly, I was super happy with my experience getting my new iPhone upgrade! However, I ended up purchasing the $39.99 screen protector, which was told and noted that if the protector broke, I would have to purchase a new one for the same price, if I didn’t go with the protector just under $80... Not less than 48 hrs later, my screen protector broke by me literally taking the phone out of my bra/shirt area. I stick my phone there all the time; like a lot of other women do. I was on vacation for a week, and came in as soon as I could after getting back, deal with the “store manager” once again, and get accused of doing something more to my screen then just taking it out of my shirt, because, “these don’t just break on their own”. I’m sorry, but maybe if you didn’t put my protector on and readjust it multiple times, it probably wouldn’t have started to peel up in the first place! I will be calling and making a complaint to someone above, because I was getting treated poorly, when I am literally being honest, and getting talked down appon by the supposed store manager. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUD......
Do you normally lock your doors at 7.44pm???? after standing outside for a minute, knocking on the glass a couple times.....simply trying to pay my bill which is a quick transaction and clearly one employee remaining i got back in my car and left. as i am driving away the girl comes marching up to unlock the door i presume, or, perhaps not. i am very irritated tonight as i was unable to make my payment due to locked doors 15 minutes before closing. is this a common business practice? in my business when we close at 6pm we never insert the key in the lock until that hour arrives. i am very disappointed and angered. thanks for nothing.

Easy in, easy out. Only had to wait 10 minutes for service so we could spend $49.95 on a screen protector (yipes), but phone was cleaned and they installed it for us.
Not my favorite outfit. There was absolutely no one here other than me, and the people working at the desk wouldn’t give us the full rundown of what was going on with my mom’s phone. The people who are working are super lazy

Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked in and they were not very busy, but somehow couldnt even get a greeting. Over 5 minutes of standing there and staring at them next to the item that I wanted to purchase, and not so much as an acknowledgement. Will never return
