I came into the the Rockingham Verizon store and George Mwaura assisted me. He was fabulous! Extremely professional, personable and I can tell he had my best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable of the products and offered me different promotions that the store was running. I knew I was in good hands when he greeted me. George provided me with the best service I ever received from a telecommunications company. He is an asset to your team and I’m recommending my entire family to come in and buy a phone with him.

Went in to see my options for a new phone and was immediately tended to with amazing service. Got the latest iPhone with a very cheap payment plan. I was more than happy :)

These guys were all great! They were extremely helpful and patient. Stayed open so we could finish even when the mall closed. I felt like they were looking out for my best interests. My phone died unexpectedly in the middle of the week and I needed a replacement ASAP. Cruz was absolutely incredible and took care of everything I needed. I came in completely panicked and left with a smile (and a cheaper phone bill!). He listened to what I was hoping for, offered suggestions on products, AND made sure to give me the best deal possible! All Cellphone Catastrophes are safe with Cruz at the Salem location. =)

Dont use these clowns, they are just a 3rd party retailer that refused to give me a refund on my phone even though they said I had 14 days and my phone doesnt work at my home. Do yourself a favor and if you are going with Verizon, make sure its one of their corporate stores not these useless people.

I went into Rockingham mall into the verizon store to upgrade my phone, I had an old iphone 6. Deana greeted me, right away she was so sweet! We talked about different options that were available to me and we went with the new Iphone SE which is similar to my current phone which was very important to me! We had an issue transferring my information due to the phones not connecting but she thought outside the box and she figured it out. Im very pleased I decided to go in today and will continue to return to this store in the future. Deana really knew her stuff and has the most fantastic customer service I have ever experienced. Plus her being so kind was helpful as well. She was a real breath of fresh air.

Visited the store to get a phone, something i hate doing because the process of purchasing a new phone is usually lengthy and a headache; but i left pleasantly surprised and very happy. Manny was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what my needs were regarding a new phone and made recommendations based on what my preferences were. He took the 3 phones I was considering and offered me a good, better, best comparison and explained too he went he placed them that way based on his understanding of what is important to me. I purchased a new phone a few months ago because mine broke. When it comes to phones im completely lost and its been a stressful adjustment. I came into the store upset and mark sat me down and explained everything i was having trouble with, got my email on my new phone, and even set up the bluetooth in my car. He absolutely went above and beyond and i couldnt be more thankful! Great service

Joey is the best thing about the store. Excellent customer service from him, no complaints. He made sure I got out with the phone I wanted. I still prefer the ACTUAL Verizon store on the opposite side of the mall by Macy’s & Red Robin. Only reason I would go back to Wireless Zone is for Joey.

I brought my family of four into the Verizon store near Sears in the Rockingham Mall to upgrade my wifes phone. We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Ben(store manager) he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up upgrading all four of our phones and purchasing a tablet because Ben presented the plans and current promotions so well. My children had a ton of information to be transferred and it still only took Ben abut 45 minutes.To be honest I have been a long time customer of the corporate store down the other end of the mall and after my experience I will never be stepping foot in the corporate store again. I urge you all to give it a chance and you will have much more pleasant experience I highly recommend this store and will be for all my family and friends.

WOW!!! Just had a great experience in Verizon near sears! All representatives were friendly and not very pushy at all. I left with a brand new phone and tablet. I recommend dealing with Ben he is the store manager however Jarelle and Melvin were great to be around!I usually go down to the other store but after today I will never be stepping foot in corporate again!

Joey was great from the moment I walked in until the second I walked out. Explained everything I needed to know and answered every question I asked. He recommended a specific phone for my upgrade and Im very happy with the selection. I would go see Joey for any of my wireless needs.

Malvin was the man! Went in there after a terrible time at the corporate store in the mall. They were the best!! Definitely gonna go into this store from now on. Cant recommend Malvin enough over the other store!!

They just care about selling you a phone. They told me it would cost me $150 to use the insurance for a new phone. Then proceeded to try and sell me a phone that I continued to say I did not want. I called Verizon the next day and turns out my phone is covered and a replacement phone is on its way at no cost to me.

Employees here have little knowledge about Verizon promotions and services, and desperately try to sell you unneeded and low quality accessories at a ridiculous price. Avoid this store and go to the main Verizon store near the Macys on the other side of the mall, much better service there.

I went in this store to ask a question about my phone. They did not correct the problem. And said they did. They also told me I could get a tablet for only $10.00 more a month to my phone bill. So I said sure. Then I got my bill with a $40.00 activation fee for the tablet that I was NOT told about and also another $32.00 a month added to my bill for mobile protection that I did not ask for. When I called to ask them to credit me they told me they could not do that. I will not be going back to this store again. I asked numerous times about the $10.00. I mean who wants more money added to their phone bill every month? $10.00 is no big deal but $80.00 is a whole different ball game. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went to get an iphone 11 pro max, they didnt have in stock so I waited for an order. They delayed my order twice, and then just told me they missed my package and it was returned to sender (which Ive been telling them for a week) and I would have to go in to reorder it and have to now come back and get my deposit. Worst experience buying a phone ever. DO NOT USE THIRD PARTY SELL PHONE RETAILERS.
