Do Not shop at this place!! Digital Outfitters has terrible customer service. I went to their cart at a mall to buy a replacment jacket/case for my cell phone. I picked one out and paid them $21.00 for a plastic phone cover. The phone cover was not in a package it was on the shelf wrapped in a elastic band. I walked down the end of the mall sat down and noticed that the speaker slot was smaller than my older one and was restricting the output of the speaker. I went back to see if I could exchange it for another case with a longer speaker slot. They had only one case with a long speaker slot and it is the uggliest case in the selection. Unsatisfied with their limited and poor selection I went up stairs to Wireless Fly and found a plain black covered case with the right speaker sized speaker slot and was out of the store in 2 minutes. I went back to Digital Outfitters and requested a refund. They would not refund me my money they said they will only exhcange it. They did not have anything I liked and or one that worked with my phone and still would not give me my money back. After a conversation with the manager explaining the situation he still would not refund me my money. He could not give me a reason why he could not refund me my money other that it was their policy!! This is a terrible policy and makes no sense. It is just a way for them to keep your money. They did not have a sign on the cart that states all sales are final you will only find this in the fine print on your receipt. They will not let you return merchandise they will only exchange it. I dont underestand this policy and infact when I talked to the manager over the phone he could give me a good reason why they have this policy. I can understand this policy if 5 days passed and someone want to return it because they did not like the color. I never left the mall with the case and the case I bought did not work with the speaker slot on my phone. This company would not loose anything if they gave me my money back, it was not wrapped up in box and or a plastic case it was on the shelf with a elastic band on it.
