Every time I go to T Mobile I immediately feel at ease and the staff are so warm and friendly it makes every experience awesome!

Lupe helped with my purchase. She was very pleasant. Her co-worker hadnt shown up so she was working solo. Other customers came up while the transaction was being processed. She was very friendly & respectful to them. One particular man was extremely rude & even became aggressive. Lupe kept her cool & handled the situation in a professional manner.

Always get prompt help. Employees are very knowledgeable.

Rude fat lady. Maybe it was her lunch hour. She acted like I was inconvenience her. Was there to spend alot of money on 2 new I phones. Went 2 blocks down to the att store.
