Its easy to get 5 stars when everything goes right. This review was earned when things went very wrong. I wanted to replace the battery on my aging S6. The Dr. put in a replacement but it didnt perform to specs. He put in another one that ended up swelling and subsequently exploded while he was working on it sending him to the ER and destroying my phone. If you ask, he might show you the security cam footage of the fireball.I was contacted as soon as he was able and informed of the situation. He handled every step professionally and courteously. My phone was replaced at no charge and without hassle with a new S7. He even managed to pull some of my data out of the charred innards of my old S6.Through this experience I learned that the Northwest Cell Phone Dr. has a very high level of expertise and exceptional customer service. Also, good aftermarket batteries were hard to come by at the time I was looking.The Dr. gained my respect and trust with the outstanding way he handled a worst case scenario. I recommend him without reservation.

I highly recommend. What I thought was either a major fix or needing a new phone ended up being very minor. I was impressed how honest he was. Didnt try to overcharge for an easy fix.

Ive been going to the owner of cell phone doctor for the past few years. Today he fixed my 3rd broken iPhone screen (all have been different phones), and he always does so great! I dropped it off for only 1 hour. Super affordable and great service.

I was initially helped in getting my phone unlocked it got complicated due to nothing that they did. It was a Verizon issue after all. He went through every little thing that he could till it was all worked out right. Very professional and gets the job done right no matter the circumstances. I will never go to another place again for my cellphone issues. I appreciated the sevice greatly. Did everything he could to help my situation. Spent time talking to people from Verizon for me and sorting through everything that I wouldnt have understood.

I came in to get my screen repaired on my phone and my girlfriends phone and he quoted me a price for you screens which I agreed to. When I came back he had told me that that you screens did not look good enough so he went ahead and gave me brand new screens for the same price as the used screens
