I had damaged my phone and ordered a refurbished one online. There have been times in the past that I havent been happy with Verizons service but Aly was absolutely wonderful helping me recover information from the old one even tho I didnt have passcodes. She was pleasant and patient and made what could be a Id rather have my toe nails pulled out experience painless.

Website hours said it was opened till 8 but the sign on the door said 7 when I got there at 7:10. I requested an edit on google and had this changed because the company is too lazy to do so. I will probably go to a different store from now on. If a company is going to misinform me and waste an hour of my life then they obviously dont want and wont get my money.

Who ever the lady is working here is down right rude. Very disrespectful. You want to charge me to answer a simple question...is this for real? The other Gentleman here always helps anytime I come in here and he is the reason I came back in. This lady right off the bat I think her name is Laura had the nerve to tell me that we are sales not tech support. If I want tech support call our tech support department. I was going to buy a new phone until this happened to me. Very disrespectful. I will just go elsewhere. Sorry that these gentleman at that store who have always been kind and courteous to me have to work with her.
They called my father giving him false information about his phone so hed upgrade. I called a Verizon representative and proved the manager wrong, in from of her. I was then escorted out of the building. Bad bad bad. Shame on you and your terrible sale tactics. Dont screw the consumer just to make your end of the year quota. If you look at the reviews posted, this happens often here. They are being investigated by Verizon for this exact issue I had. Dont believe? Look it up.....take the 30 second drive to the one by home Depot....5x better service and the manager is amazing. :)

If youre spending $2400 on new phones this store can help you. If you want help from a real human being, well, this is suddenly Victra - not Verizon. Verizons name is above the doorway, but once it becomes clear that you want to downgrade your service, not buy anything, they can no longer help you. The lady there wont help with anything she isnt getting a commission on. The employees here were friendly and helpful at one time. I wont be going back. Google Fi is only $20/month with unlimited calls and texting
Opened an account on February 4, 2017 today, I dropped the phone that I out right bought and the screen cracked and phone was not useable. No big deal right? I have the 11 dollar insurance Ill be paying every month. Get to the store with the same gentleman who set up my account explained what happened to the phone. no problem you have insurance WRONG. NEVER put insurance on my plan. Tried saying that myself may have took it off the account. ( which I didnt do) to make matters worse he then added insurance at the store by having me log on to my account and adding insurance then filed a claim. Gave me the claim number along with the phone number to call to check on it. My mind thinking this is insurance fraud. ( which it is). So I check the claim and it was denied. I get on the phone with customer service spoke to an amazing woman who not only took the claim away so no one got in trouble for fraud. She is having a new phone shipped to me by wed. And gave me a 75 dollar credit on my account. If you want to start up a plan go to the Verizon across the street. Dont go here. Im very upset and will be going to the store tomorrow to see what they plan on doing for me since I had to waste my entire night driving to Salem to get no where and talking to a representative for over an hour.
I visited two days in a row hoping to have some questions answered and to go over some plan pricing but both times, on a Sunday and a Monday, there was one employee working. Sunday there was someone being helped and a couple in front of me. I waited about 15 minuets and realized it might be a while, but figured Id stop in the next day when it might not be as busy. Monday there was no one ahead of me waiting so I decided to sit down and wait. After a half hour with the customer, and still no second employee I left again. At this point there was a line of people behind me waiting as well. I feel bad for these workers, being the only people there to help all the customers. Whether its because other workers arent showing up, or a lack of competent scheduling, its simply unacceptable.
There was a problem with the product at first but Josh handled the issue and all was well thank you

Save your money and time and go to another Verizon store. When I signed up for new service I told (Ryan) I wanted Otterbox but he insisted it was too expensive and sold me on a different case for $39. Without asking or telling me he took it upon himself to install a $50 screen protector which I found out later on a sales slip he threw in the bag. I tried to return it only to be told I couldnt because it was installed on phone. I also told him I didnt want insurance which he added on anyway. At least I was able to cancel that. Apparently they get a pretty generous commission on extras so if you must go there make sure you are aware exactly what you are paying for no matter what you say. Pretty sure Im not the only one he scammed and wont be the last.

People are very ignorant here go across the street! Phone was stolen went their and the manager said everything going was taken care . Well nothing was taken care of! My bill was almost 4 thousand dollars from someone charging my account! People very graciously across the street at other store tool care of everything for me! Also thanks to Carol a service rep everything went very smooth and is back to normal.

Tried calling the store multiple times. At first I thought there was a technical issue but I quickly realized someone was picking up the receiver and then hanging up on me. I ended up calling the Boardman store and they answered my question.
No help in any way, shape, or form to be found from the folks in this store. After waiting for 30 minutes to be helped and having a person skip ahead of us in line we were told that what we needed couldnt be accomplished in the store with their help. It could only be accomplished at home by ourselves with no assistance. Lack of motivation or enthusiasm. I believe her name was Laura.

I was in this verizon store today needing help with removing apps from my 6s i phone and the male employee gave me the understanding he could not help me unless I paid him $20.00 + dollars for doing so. Said it was a new policy of the CEO. He said he could help me but not without the $20.00. He wouldnt even tell me verbally how to do it.. He and a female employee were just sitting on their stools talking when I went into the store. I am a verizon customer but that apparently didnt matter. He was very rude. Apparently if he is not selling products, helping a customer without being paid extra money was beyond his pay scale - my opinion. Thanks to him I went to walmart and bought my new charging cord, screen cover and phone case.. I will not be stopping here again.. Poor customer relations...My review would be zero but wasnt a choice. Just so there is no mistake, this store is right next to Maurices clothing store..
