Absolutely refreshing! Great customer service from a knowledgeable adult. I walked right out of Verizon after being treated like an unwanted guest for years. Im not used to competent service so I was taken back when my family and I were in and out with new phones in about 30 minutes. I will be continuing to do business with US Cellular for years to come! Great work guys!

After continuing to return for the same issues including international calls for 5 months i still find myself having connections issues international and in the states too. Spent a month in NC with no service and cost me jobs as well. Customer service and connection is terrible. I dont recommend it.

They would earn five stars if they were properly staffed. People at this location are good to excellent. Products are okay for existing customers and excellent for new customers. Problem is you usually have to wait too long to talk with a consultant.

Was good service.Since 5gb they have lessened my service.Do not get this company.It never worked with my daughters iphone 11 either.She switched to straight talk.Always had excellent signal with them.In April I am going back to straight talk.The past 2 months I have no service or dropped calls all day.They should pay my bill.WhyShould I pay them to fail me?Then 1.5 months after failing they send a text stating may be a break in service up to 48 hours.Okay who pays my bill for that? I am done with a gigantic bill, poor signal and dropped calls.Do not get u s cellular.

USCELLULAR.... wow... been here for an hour trying to get my wifes Note 7 switched back to her Note 5. Apparently that is extremely difficult to do. If you are with a current Cell phone company and think, I should switch to USCELLULAR! please dont do it...

Had a 50% off MVP coupon for a new phone. Well, after I got there in the smallest of smallest print I had to unlimited plus. 🤔. Iv been with them for 18 yrs and I get nothing. I meant nothing. Love their service. Never had a problem but they need to work on DEALS. Especially for oldie but goodies service is great!!!

Called yesterday to discuss upgrade to phone plan, 20 yr customer. Was told to come in. Today only one phone in stock and no adapters in stock to charge nor in near future. No other offers to help. Potential 1200 sale walked out with no purchase and will be shopping other services tomorrow.

Ive been a U.S. Cellular customer since they bought out Contel Cellular in the 1980s. They closed my store without notifying the customers. I went to the Valley View location, and received terrible service (Their main intent was to sell, not service). I was pleasantly surprised that the people at the Salem location would service my account, When I lost my first phone, Gina Tuttle helped me twice, and was willing to do it a third time (wasnt necessary)

Very seldom ever encounter a dead spot without service in the Roanoke Valley. A very good selection of plans, phones, and devices are available. THE place to go for your needs!

Today was great, I walked in didnt have to wait not always the case. I had some questions that the girl answered after reviewing my account. I was very pleased with my visit today. I have been using US cellular over 16 years.

I have been with US Cellular for over 30 years every sense they open with only then one Main Store near airports Road In Roanoke Va. Then the phone was to the car like a suitcase with an antenna you put to car windows. I still have mine.I am getting ready to move own.The people they have to help now: either do not know or when in training forget what they learn.One big headache to get my phone fixed. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note5And believe me they are so stowed until you have a have lunch or Dinner which everyone. That for sure.In 2019 when it time for new phone I will get a new carrier, A holy stress mess. My store is on Main street in Salem Virginia 24153 Fine out for yr self Go by see for yr self. Have fun you need it. That for sure oh, by way I just left the store and boy we get into it and phone still not fixed like I think it should be. Why because I the one who is using it. What a good mess.
