Mat at Russell Cellular was extremely helpful and patient while helping my mom and I upgrade our phones. He made the process much easier than we thought, as we are not tech savvy at all lol. We also didn’t have to wait to be serviced.

Paul was fantastic! What I thought would be a giant headache ended up being a breeze! In and out! He was great about giving tips and tricks while I was there! Paul was also training a new person at the time and he was great as well! Only pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a phone store! Can only say great things about this location!

He answered all my questions and because I have a hearing problem, I had to ask him to repeat many of his answers. He never lost his patience or appeared annoyed. He’s a fine young man.

I generally dont love having to go to the cell phone store because I feel like I will be there forever. This was quite the opposite! I was helped immediately, my issue was addressed properly the first time, and I was out in a flash!! Plus they let my 9wk old puppy in, who doesnt love that 😁

The person was very nice and courteous. However they will take advantage of a young adult that may not know better about certain charges. They enrolled her in the Verizon protection plan after she specifically said no, plus they charged a $60 device setup fee without disclosing this to her first. You can save this fee by simply ordering direct from Verizon. I called afterwards and the guy that answered said they charge everyone $60 and said my daughter was a liar. Not good, dude.

Pretty disappointed in this store. Bought a screen protector from them, had them put it on. Within a day its already coming off, ok not their fault they dont make them. I went to contact the company that makes them and found out theyre sold for 7.99$ (no wonder theyll replace them no questions asked lmao) and Verizon is over here selling them for 50.00$. I get needing a profit margin but of more than 4x is pretty petty, and pathetic.

There’s a bunch of Verizon Options for the Salem area but the location next to Pearls candy store is top notch. I’m always greeted even if they are with someone else, and that’s obvious to me, they still let you know they will be right with you. Robert made my early upgrade a smooth transition and I went in to a really nice Forest Green 11 Max Pro that’s sick. Great store and Roberts the guy you wanna talk to

When I went into the Verizon store to upgrade my phone, I was greeted with a smiling face and a readiness to help. Dominic was extremely helpful with guiding me to the appropriate phone for me. I could not decide between the new iphone and the new galaxy note 10, Dominics knowledge of both phones was impressive and really helped me out. If you are unsure of what phone works best for you and want some great service from friendly people who love their job I would definitely recommend this store. I am very happy with my overall experience!

I was not familiar with Authorized Retailers for Verizon Wireless, but when I did a search for a location to get a new phone at - this one came up and when I saw it had glowing reviews - I did a little research on these types of locations and found that my experience should be nearly identical (if not better) than visiting a Corporate store. I am glad I ventured out of my comfort zone. Neil was wonderful in providing service and laughter. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of my account questions. I absolutely love my new Pixel 2. I will definitely return here when it comes time for an upgrade.

Me and my wife stopped in to check if we were ready for an upgrade on our phones at 7:30 at night they closed at 8 pm, we both were ready for an up grade and we said we would be back tomorrow because the store was closing at 8. She said no worries I will take care of this tonight if we wanted, so we stayed and got our new phones both of us, we didn’t leave the store till almost 10 pm and she was so knowledgeable about everything which made it a pleasant experience. She treated us like it was her own store, it was an amazing experience with her and I don’t know if the people there realize what they have in her as an employee, we had a lot of laughs and felt very comfortable with her and her personality was amazing, we were so glad to meet her and I couldn’t give her enough stars on here that’s how we felt, all I can say I don’t know what she makes there but she definitely deserves something extra for our experience, I will be back in the future and hope she is still there, can’t thank you enough Carmen for all your help for two older people with busy schedules, it was great meeting you and a pleasure, good luck to you and your husband and your future 🤗

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to! All the staff is so helpful and courteous. When we had trouble with one of our rebates, they went out of their way to help us get this resolved. We had already spent a lot of time trying to get this taken care of with Verizon to no avail. The staff here was such a blessing!

The staff at the Broadway Salem,NH are outstanding. I have been in the store a few times to ask questions, purchase my phone (that i love) and find appropriate accessories. No pressure just knowledgeable staff that assisted in getting me on a data plan that fit my lifestyle, establish the set up of my new phone, transfer data from my old phone and provided me with tips for a better experience. The phone is working great, no dropped calls, no dead zones and improved speed performance. The store location on route 28 was convenient to access. No wasting time parking my car and trekking through the mall. It was so much easier to just park the car and take a few steps into a large brightly lite store with plenty of floor space and not having to worry about other customers overhearing your personal information. And they know me by name so it makes for a pleasurable visit with staff I know I can trust. The 5 star rating makes them worth the visit. My only regret is that I didnt switch to this verizon carrier sooner.

Jared was exceptional with knowledge and service. Never pushy, gave me the time to decide what i needed for a new phone and helped me all the way through the process. Made the transfer seamless. That has NEVER happened before. He also intrduced me to the samsung watch which i absolutely love. If you are in Salem, need a new phone look for Jared, he will get you all set up!

I visited this store many times in the pass and never had a problem I was wondering why I did not come before (I dont know) but anyway the guy that helped was very professional took care of my situation and I even I signed up for another 2 years contract with Verizon. We were upgrading a phone had no correct passwords she was able to walk us thru the process and successfully active the new phone. I was searching for s new phone a galaxy 9...after going to another location and leaving shaking my head with the poor service I decided to try Annas location on rt 28 in Salem n.h ...and I am so happy I did because Anna was patient in all aspects of purchasing a phone and making sure I understood the services and charges and explaining a promotion that was running..she even helped me with a problem I was having with my current phone!.I left after spending an hour with her confident that I would most likely return after sleeping on all the information she had provided to me....and return I did...she is fantastic! Her patience and kindness is such an asset to your company...if you are technically challenged..as I am..this is absolutely the person you need !!

I went into Verizon looking to upgrade my phone. Previously I have owned both a Galaxy S6 and iPhone7.Once again I was struggling on what brand to invest in. Ashley was able to give me her honest opinion and guided me to Galaxy display (both of us were current IPhone users). I was more than satisfied with her assistance.If you are able to use technology without a struggle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the new Galaxy releases whether it be the Note or S9+ they are customizable, built for the customer and have a much better display and camera than the IPhone/APPLE.Ashley let me know of all the benefits and packages and that came with my purchase, explaining each one, vs other experiences at different Verizon stores w/ employees that were more focused on getting commission rather than customer service.My only complaint is that Ashley was under the whether and shouldnt have been working, but still offered Phenomenal service. Verizon Should offer more realistic PDO/Sick time for employees.
