Amazing and Experience I AM BLACK and had no problems the owners was kind and friendly and very personal. I highly recommend this facility to get your testing done.

I had a terrible experience. The man in the front is rude to people of color but not to those of his own race. I repeatedly tried conversating with him and only received short 1 word answers. But as soon as a white male and female showed up he was conversating like I wasnt even sitting there. After I was accused of tampering with my specimen. I tried going the following day to get my test finished but I was turned away twice by employees. This ultimately resulted in me not recieiving the job I was applying for due to lack of communication. I would not reccomend this place to those employers with employees of any other race but white. I am not even full Mexican, only half, and I speak perfect English. There is no reason whatsoever especially my race, should be a factor in this but it was. They claim they have no number I can call to file a complaint so I have reached out to the BBB as well as websites like these to make a review. Thanks to API I didnt get the job I needed for my family. I hope the dont do the same to you.
