In 2015 Donny Armstrong introduced me to an outdoor speaker system called Sonance. But the backyard I had was not suitable for this kind of high-end system. In 2018 we move and the yard was very suitable so I called Donny (who has supported me for 13 years) a couple of months ago. Long-story short a team of four guys came out and installed two 4.1 systems. The sound is simply AMAZING. It totally enhances the quality of outdoor life. As I sit here and write this review I’m listening to music that is better than my indoor system. Thanks to the Magnolia team! Job well done!

Devin, sales associate of Magnolia, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of all the TV specs, took his time with us and wasn’t the least bit pushy. Overall, great experience.

Best Buy burned me twice, won’t get into it, but..Once w/a new laptop in FloridaOnce with a tv in New HampshireTreated me w/0 respect both times & couldn’t care less about anything. Never ever buy anything from them ever again!!! Total blow bags/robots.1 star is too much actually.,

Do your business elsewhere. Our family purchased a 55 OLED LG TV in January of 18 and we also purchased the 4 year warranty, which the salesman said covered the TV completely. A month and a half ago we powered on our TV and there was a horizontal line. Geek Squad contacted and in a couple days they diagnose the problem. Its now been over a month since the diagnostic, Ive had 3 consecutive weeks where we were scheduled and subsequently canceled morning of appointment. The lack of communication is appalling. Now our TV has completely gone black, this is day 5 of no TV, but were still paying for cable and other services that we cant utilize. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and still nobody wants to fix this. The lack of communication between the partners, Best Buy/Geek Squad/Magnolia is disturbing. Managers do not manage and totally seem ok with their customers getting screwed over, as long as they already got paid. I have called every day and they seem annoyed by this, like I should just ignore this debacle, and enjoy wasting almost 2000 dollars. Has to be a better company.

Poor customer service. We had a job start in February and is still not complete. Cant watch a tv in my den, messed up tv in my exercise room. We call at least 2x week and get the run around for them to make an appointment to finish the job. Donnie and Rich are the worst at communication, they have no care for their clients or the quality of work.
