Seriously got low balled here for a loan. Will not return, would not recommend to anyone I know. I wasnt even offered one third of the value of my item. Want a fair loan theres a nice place right down the road not to far from this place.

Staff are super-friendly. As far as pawn shops go, All That Glitters is a very happy medium: not sleazy, not pretentious; Ive observed them treating people who pawn here with compassion and respect. Good prices. The inventory isnt huge, but definitely worth stopping to check out if you havent been.

Went in to see if my ring was real they said no instantly went to a diffrent shop and comfirmed it was a real 18k sold gold ring so their staff is ither i trained or chooses who the deal with BAD SHOP almost threw a good amount of money away

They are generous and honest, I had a 5 star experience with jordan who was more then honest and fair I had a 14k item in the 10k bag that a previous potential buyer had marked 10k he told me it was in fact 14k. So happy I came in to find the ring that made me happy, was surprised to find out that they offer half off of the sticker price and sometimes even more off that. Also their customer service was absolutely amazing Lorena helped us find a ring in our budget and then since their prices were so good we also bought a pendant. She was so nice and helpful. I will most definitely recommend this pawn shop to other people and I will also be back in to buy more jewelry. Horrible customer service. I called ask a few quick questions and the lady that answered (Sandy) was very rude. Which greatly surprise me because Im not used to people in a sales position talking to me a potential customer in such a way. Confused about why I let her know that I dont know very much about guns and ammo. I thought maybe my inexperience may have offended in some way Well I dont know how someone with no experience with guns & ammo has so much ammo!!! I wish i hadnt been so shocked or Id have gone the F off on her. Instead i calmly told her 500rounds is 1 small box and she told me they werent interested in anything I had...Way to go SANDY!!! You caused your establishment to lose money today and money in the future because i will never ever come to this pawn shop and i happen to well respected in my community and I will be personally telling any and everybody that I come across for the next two weeks to go to Capital Pawn where they actually know how to treat customers with some modicum of respect. Sandy you need to be fired ASAP I can only imagine how much $$$ you have personally cause that business to lose.

Had pawned multiple music instruments and an error on their behalf they left a guitar amp off my pawn slip or maybe Im at fault also for not checking my pawn slip any how when went to retrieve my items no amp they where not even willing to check if there was a amp mislabeled. I work hard for what I have and dont like giving it a way for free I will never go back thats was just my experience negative 5 stars

This has to be the best pawn shop Ive ever been to. Ive purchased things from them as well as doing loans and have never had a issue. Everyone is extremely nice and easy going. A lady that works there took the time to clean my girlfriends necklace as well as showing us rings knowing we were just looking. I went to the shop Desperate. Two days from pay day and my little dog Lilly Bell hurt herself and needed an emergency procedure. I was frantic. The Latino gentleman who was helping me (Im sorry I dont recall his name) was amazing. He took in my jewelry and dealt with the many invoices he needed to do and the massive line of customers behind me. He was able to loan me what I needed to take care of my dog. I was in tears. I cant say how much this gentlemans professionalism, patience, and compassion is appreciated. I will never go anywhere else. All That Glitters has my business for life. Thank you so much. After I agreed to buy an expensive camera she proceeded to show me a small crack in the frame in the interest of honesty and full disclosure. I still bought the camera and added 100 worth of additional items. Its refreshing dealing with a salesperson you can trust!

I needed to sell my wedding ring, and chose this place because they were so highly reviewed. My ring has 1.33 carats of diamonds and the band is 18 karat white gold. I brought the appraisal paperwork proving that its worth almost $3500. You know what they offered me for it? $270. Less than 10% of the total value. Meanwhile, the cheapest piece of diamond jewelry they had for sale was a pair of diamond stud earrings that were less than 1/8 carat for over $600. Moral of the story? This place is ripoff, whether youre buying or selling. Dont waste your time and money.

They wanted to see every ones ID upon entering, which was a major issue since I didnt have mine on me and drove 45 minutes to get there. Very disappointed

I almost didnt go here because of the negative reviews, but did because a friend recommended it. Am I ever glad I did! These folks were nothing but friendly and courteous, and they gave me a better deal on my gold than a Portland jeweler did. I asked them about the negative reviews -- they said notice the dates of those reviews, and that they are a couple of years old. Also, they said they had been told by customers that tried to give a good review that the info wasnt accepted. I hope this makes it -- these people are well worth the visit.

My husband and I wanted to have a small practical wedding and decided to check out All That Glitters for my wedding band. I found a great white gold band with 12 channel set diamonds and after trading in some old broken jewelry I never wear, I got my wedding ring for a fantastic price. Since then I’ve gone in on occasion to check for a few things, I’ve stumbled on to a great guitar for my son and a virtually brand new record player for my husband. All That Glitters has a nice clean store with friendly helpful staff. I will continue to frequent because I’m never quite sure what I’ll find.

The sizing is free up to 2 sizes and you are able to pick up your ring within a couple days. The diamonds in all the rings are of great quality and the prices are half what you would pay in a regular jewelry store. You also get a lifetime warranty which includes replacement of lost stones. I saved up enough money to buy an Xbox 1 from here and I went and bought it immediately for $110. I was so excited so when I got I home I plugged it all in hoping to play with my friends. Come to find our that the main motherboard piece for the HDMI port was completely ruined and didnt show the images on the TV.

Beware! Know the value of your gold before going here. I went in a few years ago to sell gold jewelry. I had a heavy gold ring that I took the diamond out of, but was advised by the jeweler that it had a lot of gold so dont sell it below $4,000. Because I was in dire need, I sold it for $100 & have regretted it ever since.

Called before bringing my sell items in to be courteous,basically wanting to decipher a (to me)illegible mark.The lady was short but polite over the phone,eventually appreciating a sense of humor.upon walking in,granted I could trim my beard up a little and assuredly overworked,was greeted with a level of awkwardness only achieved by asking someone out the first time.Only difference was that this time, the only talk of numbers was that of a lack thereof on the flatware itself.with zero regard to the original intent of needing a much more experienced eye,in making out the engraving.thank you so much for the displeasure that was my first and hopefully last experience.MY GOLD WASNT GLITTERING ENOUGH FOR THEIR STANDARS.

I have done business at this location many times for years. Recently I went in to buy a guitar and ended up returning it because of issues with the instrument. The staff was not happy. They returned my money with grumbling and a comment about “this is just what we need.” Very ridiculous since I have given them a lot of money over the years. I will not be going back and I strongly recommend people to go to capital pawn, where you will be treated as if your money matters, which it does.
