Must I say best pawn shop Ive ever been In and best customer service I cant even call it a pawn shop cuz its so nice inside the people are extremely friendly and accomadating I love how you have to be buzzed In it feels so much more safe. I would not only pawn jewelry but purchase. I will definetly be reccomding especially if you are looking for decently priced jewelry. But once again it comes down to the staff and they are awsome!

Called ahead of time this afternoon to make sure their open on new years eve and they said they closed at 530pm and for me to be there no later than 430pm as they would have to test the equipment I was bringing in and low and behold when I got there at 417 pm they were closed. I knocked on the door because there was a guy sitting behind the counter yet didnt even acknowledge me. I tried calling 3x and again no answer.How can you tell someone to be there no later than a certain time and than shut the doors before their even there.That is completely unprofessional.

I found this place to be a very good experience. I brought in a 14kt gold chain and they gave me $130 for it.Dans Pawnshop up in Keizer only offered me $60 for it.
