This is true honest and fair pawn run by a very nice couple. Went in for a loan on an item elsewhere and was low balled HARD. Came here RFJ and Loans. They were very helpful and fair and was able to help with the loan. Shop looked awesome and clean. Very well up kept.

The guy in the store was rude he thought I was going to buy a customers stuff and I was just letting him use my phone to calculate some stuff and was just being nice to the guy and he was extremely rude telling me to back off and saying Im not welcome in his store when I was just being nice to the guy I dont plan on ever doing business hear I was hear to find autographs from damian lillard and I got disrespected in the process

This place is great. The husband and wife team go above and beyond for their customers. Wont go anywhere else

I am a repeating customer have spent thousands of dollars shopping at Rare Finds Jewelry & Loans I never had an issue until today when I tried to cancel a purchase and asked for a refund the two owners became upset and denied my refund. They just lost me as a customer Will never do business with them again

Rare finds is a great place to do business buying selling or pawn they go out of their way to help people and they always make sure you are happy and will work with you best they can I believe rare finds is number one pawn shop in Salem Oregon and everyone should go check them out and see for yourself how great they are.

They sold me a broken Nintendo switch. When I came in to look at the switch they had factory reset it and had not had it set up so that we could fully test the switch! They said it was in full working order and that there were no issues with the switch. When I got the switch set up the sound did not work and the joy cons had drifting issues. When I brought this issue up they lied and said they would take care of it for me. They then called back and said they would not return the switch and that it wasnt their problem. Rare finds is the definition of scam artist. Save your money and do not buy from rare finds jewlery and pawn!

I do know a thing or two about pawn shops, and this was the most comfortable, friendliest, and fairest shop I have ever been. Joel, Sergio, have made such a comfortable place to talk, discuss, and even deal. thank you so much.

This is my favorite store in Salem, And they have great customer service, I had put my drum in for a loan, and could not get it out when it was due. But after a few weeks, I was able to come up with almost the right amount. Joel, the owner, helped me out and cut me a great deal to get it back into my hands, and I would recommend Rare Finds to anybody looking for really Kool stuff, and awesome caring customer service. U cant go wrong with them.
