I always felt this very clean, brightly lit facility was also extremely secure. My things were there for more than two years and when I opened the bin for the first time in that span, it was like a time capsule. Very little dust, no signs of bugs and no rust on the metal items I had stored. I’m very pleased with Extra Space Storage. One complaint I have is that after 24 months, the corporate office increased my monthly rent by almost 40 percent with just 60 days notice. When I called the Salem office to cancel, I was offered a much better rate. Had I not made that call, I’d have surely have been gouged.

It was very easy and fast to sign up for a unit. The manager was very pleasant and helpful in explaining their policy and how to run the electric doors as well as how to open and lock my unit. The unit it’s self was very clean as well as the whole storage property. Your items will be very safe with all the locking mechanisms in place.

At first I was nervous about renting my first storage unit, but Kevin made the experience great! He made sure my specific storage needs were met and helped me find a perfect unit! The process was quick and efficient and was reasonable about the unit price to make sure I had what I needed. He explained everything throughly and showed me everything I needed to know. I’m excited to move in and I am confident my belongings will be well taken care of!

Facility is clean, neat and has just about any unit for what you need in terms of space and desired access. It is also very secure. The check-in team makes it very easy to rent a unit over the phone and is helpful in helping you choose the right unit. I would recommend getting information about the location if you havent seen it before and are arriving when the front office is closed. The location is not right off the highway, but about a 10-minute ride away.

I just rented a storage unit to temporarily store the contents of a house. This facility is super clean. The climate controlled units are very easily accessible. If you decide to rent here, reserve on the website for a significant discount on the price.

I had a great experience with the staff at the Salem NH facility. They were professional, thoughtful and made sure my experience met the expectation they set in the beginning of the process..

I rented with Extra Space Storage for a bit of time, I had a 5x9 unit with them. The facility is extremely clean and very new, I had no problems with cleanliness or anything of the sort. The managers of the facility are very friendly and, honestly, extremely considerate. While I dont store with them as of this moment, I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for someplace to keep their goods.

Rick and team were awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure our move in went smoothly. From our first conversation where Rick made sure our unit would be ready for our arrival to our move in day when he helped get the ideal unit, the entire experience with Extra Space was above our expectations. Rick even went out of his way to get us moving help after our movers never showed up, I highly recommended this storage facility and the excellent staff working there.

This place is wonderful. I was only there two months while moving, but the experience was wonderful. The moment i walked into the office Rick greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Hes got a wonderful, bubbly personality and even went on to talk about mutual interests. He was honest and caring about the units. Did not try to upgrade anything that I chose in an attempt to get more money out of me, which has happened with other facilities. The units are clean and dry. Pricing is the best in the area. The lease was simple and to the point. Gates are easy to use. Very happy with the facility and Rick! A+++

I called to report that I was giving notice that I was cleaning out my unit and instead of paying for an entire month, he actually pro-rated my contract and I only paid for the days I actually needed! The place is clean, convenient, and extremely well maintained. I live 20 miles away and it was still worth the trip. If I ever need storage again, I will absolutely be going back to Extra Space in Salem!
