Brent was very helpful, I havent needed a storage unit in years and contacted Brent just before our ice storm struck. Despite the power issues and other problems we all experienced he was there to help, answer all our questions and get us set up. I was very pleased indeed. He was considerate and easy to work with. My experience with storage solutions has been great. The customer service has been outstanding absolutely going out of their way for me. The property is very clean. It was great to get into a brand new unit that no one had ever been in. Not to mention the the pricing, the monthly rates are low less than their competitors.

Upon arriving the facility radiates cleanliness and security. The staff member was helpful and knowledgeable, he presented professionalism while navigating the rental process. The facility inside the gates continued this theme as did the unit. Pricing was great and overall I would highly recommend using Storage Solutions.

I had driven by and saw these new units being built sometime ago, I came across them via google looking for a storage unit as Im in transition to begin moving. I booked online and showed up to check in for the first time and it could not have been any easier or smoother to get assigned a unit. Personal keycode for the gate, well lit complex, and great condition of cleanliness in the unit and grounds of the complex. So far so good, been there a little over 2 months now and havent regretted it. I stop by every now and again to put stuff in or grab something that got packed to soon, lol, but now its smooth sailing, let myself in, let myself out.Staff was great, only had the one interaction with them. They couldnt have been anymore friendly or helpful, really appreciate their effort!Thank you,Dj
