We have taken two of our vehicles several times to this automotive shop for different issues. They have always fixed the problem and got the vehicles working and back on the road in a short amount of time. The pricing is also very reasonable and fair. Thank you for such good service.

After trying and failing to fix my car myself, I called B & M Automotive on a recommendation from a friend. They arranged a tow for my car and let me know they might not be able to look at it that day since they were so busy. Later that day they called back and said they were able to look at it and thought it was repairable. This was on Thursday.I called back on Friday and they were able to tell me what was wrong and gave me a quote. I told them to hold off on the repairs while I make a decision since it was expensive.I called Monday to tell them to go ahead with the repairs. The actual cost I paid was LESS than what they originally quoted me! How often does that happen? Car was fixed and runs great.Leroy picked up the phone every time I called, and called me with updates about my car, was honest and upfront. They have earned my business from now on.

They replaced a fuel pump and then replaced a fuel injector rail, fuel injectors, throttle body, and evap valve before figuring out the fuel pump still wasnt sending fuel and they installed a bad unit. They decided not to charge me for the work they had done due to the bad pump they got and replaced the pump with a new one that they confirmed working before charging me, and they scrubbed the labor costs to something more accurate since that didnt work out as planned. I dont know what they told their supplier but Im sure it wasnt praise. And I dont know who touched it the first time it was there, but it had grease all over the headlights and the trunk. An older mechanic fixed it the second time and it was gorgeous when I picked it up. Im assuming he wiped it down with soapy water and a spray wax in his free time because it had that smell inside and out. I am surprised to get a car back as clean or cleaner than it arrived. Honest business though... Just wish it wasnt so far out of the city and they had the car off the lift when I got there the first time instead of waiting for the younger guy to go back in the bay and bring it down. The older guys that work here know whats up though, talk to one of them when you go in. Dont talk to that loud young guy. I dont want to have a conversation about it, just fix it junior. The older guys know how to take care of you.

Danny and Lee Roy dont work on cars they fix them. Not just a bunch of parts changers but true diagnostic geniuses. Total trust in these guys.

These people did a brake job on my escape. The break pedal still goes down far. They said it wasnt the master cylinder but said it was a computer issue. Lies!!! Charged my 400.00 dollars for a brake job and it is still not fixed. Do not go to this place because the have no idea what they are doing!!! If they cant do a simple brake job on a Ford, they arent going to be able to do anything else!

Lee Roy and Dan seem to know just about anything you can think of when it comes to auto repair and mechanic work. They are very fairly priced as well, compared to the other shops in the area.

Well I initially went to lee roy for a pulling issue and a coolant leak issue. Upon taking off my splash gaurd on my 1997 Z71 he found that my pitman arm was barely hanging on so he tightened it and let me know my serpentine belt was bad so I had him replace that as well. He told me my coolant leak was coming from the heater core and it would cost me an estimated 300 to fix so I went ahead and had him do it assuring me that would fix the leak. The day I got my truck back it was getting stuck in park so I took it back and had him fix that for me as well. (a problem that was already starting) I picked it up the next day and parked it at my house. Three days later I went outside and checked out my fluids and sure enough my overflow tank was empty again and the radiator was low. So I went back to lee roy again and this time he tells me that its not my heater core but my intake manifold needed to be replaced and that would for sure solve my issue. At this point Ive already spent $564.92 cash.... So I drop it off with him again with the assurance it would solve my issue. When he was in the process of doing my manifold he let me know my distributor was about to dump out and he recommended replacing it so I said go for it. So I pick up my truck the next day and pay 900.00 in cash and 353.35 in my card. For a total of 1253.35. A few days later my tank is empty AGAIN and my radiator is low AGAIN. So I look around and see its dripping pretty rapidly from a hose. I go back to lee roy and show him where I see the leak at and at this time he tells me that the hoses needed to be replaced well we should have replaced the hoses but sometimes you try to save someone a buck and it bites you in the butt. So I asked him if hes gonna take care of it and he tells my well I cant warranty a 20 year old hose. which i understand but I didnt ask you to skip those hoses to save me a buck I wanted my truck done right. So at this point Im fed up. And just asked him to fix it. He ended up doing it and told me he would add the price to my next bill and informed me that my radiator hoses needed to be replaced. Again the very next day my overflow and radiator are empty again. Finally I said to hell with it and went to another mechanic and right away he spotted the leak at my waterpump and showed me where it was coming from. So I ended up paying him $650.00 cash and have not had another issue since. Im sure Lee Roy and the guys are good people but I cant help but feel that I was robbed for my money. Especially when I had another mechanic look at my truck before Lee Roy and he told me it was my water pump. But I felt Lee Roys crew was more knowledgeable and professional so I went with B&M. Lesson learned get a third opinion. Unfortunately I cannot say Ill be taking my business back to B&M.
