My Wrangler need a new engine. So it was replaced it took about 2 1/2 months, but that’s the world we live in now. No one to work. My Jeep runs great now. And Chris was pretty good about keeping me updated on what was going own
My family and I visited several dealerships today. I was completely unimpressed with the effort until we came here and a salesman by the name of Chase took care of us. I understand we are in tough times and inventory is low but other dealerships didnt seem to even try. My wife and I were talking about how it used to be and how people would make you feel important and want your business. Chase (Im probably spelling his name wrong) stuck with us, was not to pushy, and somehow got us to get a car that was a little out of our range but we are extremely happy with it! Great experience and would give it a 10 all day.
I get it yall want people to come in and buy a car but this mail promotion yall have going on is totally horrible and whomever thought of such a way to deceive people should be FIRED I come in thinking I would get the prize winning of the number 74937 claiming of 2,500 but its all a SCAM to get folk in the door to buy a vehicle I have waisted time and gas to be lead to the back to be given a $5 Chick FIL A gift card not enough enough to buy a combo meal so I would still have to put more money with the gift card 😡 this was a horrible idea so the next time I am looking to buy a car I will bypass this place this promo has left a very bad taste in my mouth!🤬*As looking at current reviews I guess everyone got the same number only to be given a $5 Chick FIL A card yall really dropped the ball on this one!
The only nice I have to say about my service today was that it only took about 30 min. I tried to explain the issues I had and they didn’t seem to care. I don’t care if your mom has the same issue, help me fix MY issue. Also, I work in construction and have never left the inside of my car as disgusting as they did. Oil/grease on my doors and on the plastic components…. Never heard of a wipe down? Have fun going there.
Had an issue with a dead battery and a visor that fell out of the roof of the vehicle, both covered under warranty. I scheduled and took time from work for the vehicle to be picked. The window for the pick up came and went, no call. When I called I was informed the tow had been cancelled. I ended up losing hours for something that could have taken 30 minutes. Next, the part for the visor had to be ordered which is normal. Two weeks passed with no contact until I was contacted via phone regarding my experience. I explained that my service was not complete. I was promised a call back. Nothing. I called the next day and was informed the part had been there for some time. They wanted to schedule the service 3-4 weeks out for a service that I was told would take about a hour to complete. I do not feel I need to hold the visor in place for an additional 3 weeks on top of the two weeks that have passed. Then I was told to come to the service dept on my preferred day of service to be worked in.
I had such a great experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram South Savannah. I came in during the sale and got a great deal on a 2021 Ram 1500. I worked with the sales team and Danielle and they were wonderful. Thank you CDJR South Savannah for everything.
I’m currently awaiting my vehicles arrival as most clients are across the country, however the representatives made the buying experience efficient and stress free. Everything was completed in a timely manner without any additional wait time and that’s something I appreciated. Devin and the sales team were amazing. I can’t wait to drive my new Jeep!

Well this time they were prompt and very fast. Christopher was on it . Even though he was busy he took good care of my car. Let me know it was going to take a couple of days, and it took that was called early Friday morning telling me it was completed. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Enjoy seeing him when I have to bring my vehicle in.
I get the idea of promotional material to get people to come in but this one just felt really shady. No where on the page was a disclaimer that said your not winning the prize that the combination box says. I know its not legally a scam but it sure felt like one. Your attempts to increase sales might be going about it wrong if I walk away never wanting to buy any of these car brands.

I won $2500 in the mail on one of their giveaways and called twice to confirm and they said i won both times. I drive an hour away to get my prize and they just talk to me about refinancing my car and buying one from them!! The guy told me I didnt win and took my paper away from me. I will be speaking to a lawyer come Monday about their false advertising. They can use the $2500 in legal fees.

As much as I love getting new cars when I run out a warranty, sadly my car was not fixed because nothing to do with the service center we have to get more parts etc. Macy was great in Service and they are recommended:)

I usually would not leave a review after having my car serviced, but I had a great experience at Group One Auto. Specifically, Julie and Mike were great to work with, and they really took care of me from the start. Super professional and personable, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to scam me at all. I would highly recommend having your car serviced here. I’ll be bringing mine back next time a repair is needed.

Its all a big scam. I received a flyer in the mail saying that I had won a prize. But when I got there to collect it was all different from what I was told over the phone. So the trick is to get you there and try to sell you a vehicle. SCAM
Just had tires rotated and oil change but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The you g lady who took care of me was very professional and knowledgeable. The young man who drove me home and picked me back up was very pleasant and professional.

Have taken car in for same issue (check engine light due to engine running lean - normal fix is changing the O2 sensors) 3 times at this dealership, once in Hinesville and once in Augusta, issue still unresolved. You have to make an appointment for a check engine light, but after 3 cycles of the engine the light turns off, so by the time the car get to the dealership the check engine light is no longer on. Even though the code is still active as a hard code in the PCM, they will not troubleshoot the problem and always say there is nothing they can do.You can hook the car to a diagnostic machine to check the catalytic converters and ignition systems - not just an OBDII scanner, and you can check the O2 sensors using a volt meter. Takes about an hour, why is this so hard...the car is under warranty is the only reason I take it to Dodge!
Zach was wonderful in helping me find a vehicle. I returned twice to make sure all my questions were answered and he was always very responsive via phone.In the end; I ended up with a lower interest rate than originally thought, as well as a few extras that were thrown in by the finance team.I felt like everyone did a wonderful job in helping me get into a vehicle I needed at a fair price.Editing my review to update this dealership did not follow protocol with my payoff. They short paid the loan, and SAFE CU Informed them (I have the phone recording) that they were supposed to request a payoff before paying off the loan. they did not and short paid my loan. I dont have to pay anything thankfully because Safe decided to look for the payment from the dealer themselves. SAFE hasnt even released the title to my car to this dealership, I had that confirmed this morning because they wont pay off the $47.17 to satisfy the loan payment.This got put on my credit report, and I had to call and figure out what was happening. Do NOT Use this dealership. They also refuse to call back regarding the issue.Thankfully, the liability falls on them and not me, and I got it all taken care of on my end and removed from my report, since I signed over liability to the dealer.Buying a car from them has been a never ending nightmare.
Service writer was friendly. My services we completed in a reasonable amount of time. They didn’t really try to upsell me on a lot of extra services. On the downside, If Mopar sends you coupons for alignment, oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades; you can only use one coupon per visit. Seems silly if you need more than one service you have to take the car in multiple times? Oh and the printer for the alignment machine was broken, the coffee machine downstairs was broken, and the coffee machine upstairs was broken.
Danielle was my sales rep she was extremely patient with my most undeceive husband. He was purchasing my anniversary gift but decided I needed an all black that would take six to eight weeks to come in. Which is 6-8 weeks pass my birthday. She was able to find a duplicate while not in the same color but just as Beautiful. We didn’t feel pressured we able to take our time and decide. Every staff member we met was fun created an exciting buying atmosphere. We have purchased 7 cars in 8 years and all of our experiences were great but this one topped the cake. I love my car and best of all I have my anniversary gift for my anniversary. Thanks Danielle
My last experience with Calvin was amazing. This is the only time so far that I’ve walked out satisfied after a visit. You can’t make an appointment for an oil change, which is difficult with a busy work and home schedule that I have. I’m told to use the express lane, which is always a 90 minute to 2 hour lane, not really “express”. I dread when my oil light goes off because of the hoops I have to jump through to just get an oil change. I did come in yesterday and Calvin was able to accommodate me very quickly and transfer my warranty info from another state successfully. I hope my future experiences will be like this one. This experience was 5 stars. Taking into account all of my visits, let’s just say Calvin brought it way up to 3 stars. Please consider appointments for oil changes. Thank you.
My experience with CDJR south Savanah was horrible. The sales people did not work to get me a good price, purposely left off rebates, low balled my trade in, and added hidden costs (perma plate? And tint) to the final cost. I didnt even get the tint. From them not returning phone calls, low balling me on my trade in, and over charging sticker price, this place is in business to rip you off. They are as shady as they come. STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE WHO WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!

Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership, if you are buying used. We purchased a vehicle in early July, giving them 24 hours from that day to inspect and clean the vehicle, only to pull off the lot, to notice a headlight was missed during the “inspection” and was blown. In just a few short weeks later, my family had to make a trip to Florida for a funeral, and the brakes started scrubbing, to the point where we could not wait to be back in Savannah for repairs. After having a dealer for the used car brand make the repairs, costing $2300, we contacted this dealer, hoping they would assist us with this due to the brakes being between 0-3mm which should have been noticed during their “inspection”. This dealer reviewed their “inspection” report without providing us a copy for review, and stated that debris could have caused the issue, which is impossible since it was an issues for all four braking mechanisms.I highly suggest finding someone more reputable to purchase from.

I came to the express lane for an oil change and was told the wait would be about 3 hours. They got me in and out in less than an hour and a half. Christopher was great; he was so nice getting me all checked in and whenever had forgotten to reset the oil change message, he hopped right in and did it for me! I will definitely be returning in about 8000 miles!
Walked in and we were immediately treated well. The typical dealer games were avoided. We were allowed an ample test drive on the parkway and around the area. Our salesman, Gary Wilmoth was amazing. He was very kind, not pushy and knew the product well. There wasnt a question I threw his way that he didnt know. We were so pleased, we bought a Jeep. Very happy. I purchased a new Ram Longhorn with no trade in. My salesman was Gus Martin. Gus was very helpful in explaining the vehicle and getting the price I felt comfortable with. The only reason for the low rating was the internet prices are not exactly accurate. Be careful before signing the acceptance price sheet. They try to say it has a paint protector on the vehicle and the windows are tinted. That will tag on about $1,600 more. But what’s strange when you go to the business manager (Financing / final paperwork) they ask if you want to add paint protection. In addition, they push hard on you using their bank. If you don’t use their bank they won’t give you the option of getting GAP insurance for the vehicle. When I asked why I wasn’t offered the GAP the Business Manager said I didn’t use their bank and he couldn’t offer it to me. My suggestion is if you want to buy in Savannah try the North dealership. The outcome may be different when it comes to GAP insurance and what bank you use to finance.Also if you are military active make sure you bring an LES. If retired a DD 214 and a 1099R. Your retired ID card is useless for proof of service.
I called to check and see if a truck was in stock. I gave the person I spoke with the stock number and was told it was in stock and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment. I did and my husband and I drove 5 hours only to be told when we arrived it was not there. We were told it showed delivered 06/02/21 but had been delivered to a shop for upfits. When you only have 3 new Big Horns in inventory, you would think you would notice one missing. To make matters worse, I received a phone call from Customer Relations wanting to talk to me about a Google Review. I told her that we had not make a Google Review and she said well someone did one in our name. Bold face LIE!. I went and looked. There was a Google Review that sounded much like this one but was left by A Google User not me. Well, now there is one. Apparently, there are others out there having the same experience. I do not recommend this dealer!
2018 Altima was advertised at 18000$ on True Car. Taken advantage of completely. Marked up price 6,000$ to 23,000$+plus3,000 down. 26,000 for a 2018 Altima. Car didn’t start next day. 3rd day Car wouldn’t accelerate was taken to be repaired. 30 days later.New engine. Left contract in backseat while car was being repaired so after 1 month in the shop I noticed the price mark up when I read over my contract. 1,400$ for mats there were only 2 mats. He said it couldn’t y be taken off. He lied. Chase sped me through signing the papers Now I know why he said he was the top car salesman there. Women do not buy a car without researching.!!! Car was worth 17625$. they unknowingly left the dealer info sheet in my contract. Not honest. My best interest was not to trust this dealership. Contract is binding once you sign. I tried to get them to buy the car back the day I bought the loaner car back to pick up the car I purchased and the salesman says they “ don’t do buybacks” and if he was going to buy it back its only worth 17625$ and I would have to pay the difference of 6k$. Not honest. Legally, Lemon Law only applies for new cars(wth)if it would’ve been in effect for “USED CARS” as it should be I would’ve been spared the headache. They added every single dollar they could add. Not a pleasant experience at all. I explained that I am a single mother of 5 kids. Do you think they cared??

This dealership stands well above most dealers right now. The team answered the phone and got me an appointment even after hours, Im in a different timezone. Their sales team were extremely fast at replying and took extra time to make sure they answered my questions and provided all the information I asked for. Their followup is hands above the other 7 dealer i have dealt with this week. I would recommend them first of the dealerships I ha e talked to nationwide.

Step One made the process of buying my truck easy. I had troubles with MY financial institution and Ray Lockamy was able to help. I was sent an email with the check that they had certified mailed that day after they bought my truck and I was able to show that to my bank and then my bank was able to find the check and get it paid off. I am very thankful for the help and will go to them when it is time to buy my next truck.

I had been trying to purchase a car from the store out of Fort Walton Beach since last week and it turned out to be the worst experience ever then I contacted this store in Savannah. Devin and Kayln initially made contact with me and tried to do whatever they could to help out and get my business giving me options to seal the deal. This has been the worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. I feel it was a total bait and switch with differences between the salesperson communication with I, and ultimately the finance manager for the contractual agreements. The very first conversation with the salesperson was to purchase a vehicle with my daughter as the only signature since we had a substantial down payment. When that was not possible, I agreed to become the cosigner. After that we discussed the type and year of the vehicle to purchase and discounts for the vehicle. We agreed to purchase a vehicle that was not on the lot and was going to be brought in on a carrier. All went well during the preliminary stages until it was time to sign the papers (the car had still not arrived). During the signing I noticed that I was listed as the primary and my daughter as the secondary. I then inquired about the rebates and discounts and the finance manager simply said, “they are in there and the price you see is the price you pay.” As we continued to discuss the cost of the vehicle and rebates, and my daughter as the primary, the finance manager blurted out something about “it’s only 15.00 dollars a month extra.” I stated for 72 months and asked was he willing to pay it? He then reached into his back pocket, grabbed his wallet, and physically threw it at me! My daughter and wife looked on in awe. I politely gave him his wallet back and stated that the reason I am here is to sign as the cosigner of the loan as I was advised by the salesperson, I would not have come to sign if I knew I was the primary and my daughter was the secondary, it was not what was discussed over the phone with the salesperson. After that he had an aha moment and realized that my disappointment wasn’t with the 15.00 per month disparity but with the signatures, with me as primary when I was told I would be cosigner prior to my arrival. The atmosphere calmed once he saw my perspective.May I state, during the initial signing of the contracts, I handed the finance manager the check for the down payment, he took the check stub and handed me the official check which went unnoticeable until he contacted me a week or so later stating his mistake of incorrectly handing me the official check for my records, but he never apologized to this day for throwing his wallet at me. It is my recommendation that no one ever purchase a vehicle from this establishment (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Savannah) unless you are willing to experience this level of incompetency, attitudes, and unprofessional during and after the sale. I will be advising all my beginning students and my graduating students to avoid this dealership when seeking to purchase a vehicle.Jimmie

Called the day before because I was interested in a car they had it was a good deal and couldnt find something like that anywhere else. Said they had it made an appointment called 2 hours before my appointment and was told they still had it. Got the preparations ready to get the car drove there and told them the car I was interested in and had an appointment he said they didnt have it and told him I called ahead of time and they said it was there. Waste of 3+ hours of my life.

After leaving my car at the dealership I bought it from for 6 hours, they called me at hour 5 to tell me they couldnt do the job that day without doubling the price and keeping it for another day because they were unfamiliar with its build. So I contacted Chrysler and they got the job done in less than 2 hours for a fourth of the price the other dealership quoted me! Ill DEFINITELY be back and recommend everyone I know!😍Thanks Chris!

They gave me top dollar for my trade, stayed wayyy past closing time (9:45 is when we pulled off the lot) on Sunday,...during Memorial Day weekend!! Not only that, they also had me come back the next day to get my new car detailed so that it was better than clean it was pristine! Stephanie was our salesperson and she was great! She is a former MilSo... and she totally understands what military families go through so she was more than helpful and fair in negotiations when it came to our car payment. If you’re a Milso or a MilSpouse who is trying to decide what dealer to go to, go here. As a milspouse and marine vet I can tell you That the people who work here are great, most of them shared that they’re former military. So they understand and want to help out as much as possible. We got 18 for our trade, private sell we would’ve gotten maybe 10 MAYBE** other dealers offered us 11.5, 13 and 16. They gave us the best deal any one did on our trade and helped us out with a warranty! I will continue to go back to them for the remaining time we are stationed in Savannah!!

Ask for Austin!!! We had a 2017 Elantra we were trading in that we got from carvana. My APR was 29.9 and we owed a decent amount on the car. It felt impossible to get out of our current loan and get into something bigger. Austin and his team made that possible for us. He showed us vehicles that we had good approval odds for. And they offered us more for our car then any dealership has before… they paid it off and then some. My husband and I were so happy and satisfied to be leaving in a 2019 Jeep Lattitude. They will forever have our business.
Went in after going to 2 other places to get my Jeep 2012 fixed with a overheating problem. Vanessa help me out she said it would be a week before they could look at it they always kept me in the loop and the fixed ahead of schedule by a whole day. Would recommend this place and ask yall to go Thur Vanessa she very sweet and will understand your worries

So went online shopping for a car, found one that I liked, It was a rather pleasant experience buying the car, the salesperson was real nice, after reminding them the internet price, they were nice enough to give me the car for $77 less than that, They had a promotion going on for trading in your vehicle, so I got $500 dollars more than I was expecting them to offer, which is nice cause I don’t have to deal with selling it myself. My only disappointment was that you were required to get Perma plate on the car at a large sum of $1299 where other dealerships are charging $699 for the same thing. Why that is a requirement to buy the car baffles me, I feel that choice should be left up to the customer and why do they charge so much more than other dealers for the service? That is one expensive wax job.

Great buying experience. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade & couldnt be happier. Devin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & was very helpful throughout the buying process. He also called the next day to be sure I was happy with my purchase. There were some minor cosmetic issues so Devin set up a time for me to return & get them addressed. Great service, great sales rep, great vehicle, would definitely buy from them again.

I can at 7 not realizing Sat. Was 8 opening. I parked in side parking space in front of garage doors to wait and had 2 cars pull up to the garage doors in front of me. I then pulled behind them so no more cars went in front feeding an even longer wait, then had to back up to allow cars through. When garage opened and all pulled in eve the car in line before me pulled in beside me and employee went to that car before mine. Employee was very nice though when coming to me asking about waiting there inferring could be a bit of a wait. I politely said Iwhat I just explained here and she was very nice and I even thought she may have took this into account and pushed my oil change up. Waited a bit but didn’t mind. Just may suggest a start position for service not in front of doors but back a bit to not block flow through and insure polite customers get in line in proper order. I will next time pull up to door. I have learned lesson. Just giving suggestion. Employees are all wonderful and I love the dealership and my grand Cherokee!!

Took my wife’s Durango in for some pretty major repairs as CarMax was not willing to stand behind their vehicle. Vehicle did have to stay for a week due to others ahead of me but no worries. I would like to commend the service manager as my insurance company stated they provided payment for the repairs but had not. The service manager worked with me by letting me pay my deductible and she would work with them to get their portion which is not often done. Thanks again.
I can’t believe I was going to buy a Jeep Wrangler from this shady dealership. Drove 2/12 hours with a deal sheet ( trade in value of my older Wrangler and cashiers check for balance on a 2021 Wrangler ). When I arrived they tried - bait and switch - trying to get me to purchase a different Jeep than the agreement. I called the night before my drive to confirm exact amount for the cashiers check. I also called when I was 1 hour out to say I would be arriving a little early. Still held their forked tongue until I asked to see the DEAL Jeep. They tried to coerce me into a different and more expensive Jeep. The original deal’s Jeep was weeks away from delivery. So I wasted time and money driving round trip to be hoodwinked by this disgraceful dealership. Fortunately, I had the pleasure to purchase another Jeep from a Beaufort dealership. Buyer beware!
We were helped right off by a wonderful sales person named Zachary! He found us 3 great vehicles to look at. The first was amazing but unfortunately out of our price range but we tried for the second vehicle and we decided to go with that one. Unfortunately, there were a bit of issues like 1337 miles on the vehicle when our paperwork said 13 miles for the odometer, some scratches, paint chip, windshield washer fluid empty, sand, and smudges. We contacted Zach and let him know of all the issues. He asked us to bring it in for a detailing again and see what we could do about the other damages. They tried to detail and fix things but unfortunately still had sand and damages. They apologized repeatedly for the mishap. They were willing to schedule all the fixes, but at this point we needed to exchange the car or work out another deal. Matt contacted us the next morning and we worked out something better. Zach, Matt, and the step one team were willing to go above and beyond for us to be happy with our purchase. So far that they helped us get another brand new 80 miles only on the odometer 2021 Dodge Durango GT AWD with no issues! Thank you so much Zach, Matt, Josh, and the rest of Step one team who helped us out! You guys are amazing!

I left my Dodge Challenger for service either July 6th or 7th. I dropped it off because the driver side window was not adjusting itself when closing the door and because it also needed a oil change and tire rotation. They advised that they just had to order the part and would be there by Friday. They said I will have the car by the end of the day Friday 07/09. I called Friday repeatedly and no one answered the phone, I then called Saturday (same outcome). I then called Monday and they finally answered the phone. They said they would have it ready 07/13 ( today) by the end of the day. I called today to ask at what time I should pick it up and they said that it wont be ready and do not know when it would be. I asked the lady what was the hold up. The lady responded I do not know. I have not posted any names of the service members because I am expecting them to do the right thing. I would not drop off your car to this location unless you do not need your vehicle and or have a stay at home job.

I was/am more than COMPLETELY satisfied with the attention my vehicle was given. Speedy and efficient service. The highlight had to be the service rep Val! She told me exactly what would be done and kept me updated on the services provided to my vehicle. It’s actually my interaction with her that makes me want to return to that location when the time comes. I’m not sure how long she’s been your employee but she clearly understands what the customer needs/wants and made sure to provide it with a her tact, obvious knowledge and a smile. I purchased my first car from these guys yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! I dealt with an amazing dude, Zachary Blocker. Him and the team up there are the truth and made the whole process super easy and virtually stress free(if that’s possible when buying a car). The financial officer was really friendly and they all even waited late for us to get there after work. I don’t do obligatory reviews, so please believe me when I tell you that I highly recommend these guys. I will be back to do business with these people soon.
I scheduled an appointment to have my a/c repaired. I also mentioned when scheduling the appointment that my daytime running lights, parking lights one fog light was out. They had my car for TWO days. Nobody called me to give me an update. I called twice and right before close of business on day 2 finally confirmed that they had done NOTHING in the two days they had my car. Im out $30+ in Uber fees and still no a/c. I recommend finding someplace to do business.
