LET ME WHISPER A WORD OF COUNCIL IN YOUR EAR...do NOT purchase a car from Vaden Nissan. Also understand that if you use the service department, even for something as simple as an oil change, or tire rotation, they are extremely careless with your vehicle. Will be taking legal action if this matter is not resolved. An arbitration agreement was signed, I have reached out to the dealership in regards to their mistake, and I have also reached out to my attorney and I am giving them until Friday to resolve the issue before I begin the legal process. If you choose to deal with this dealership after reading this, at least you are informed as to what to expect.

I’d never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before. My pilot had suddenly started having issues and I needed something to last me. I went to 2 other dealerships the same day and couldn’t find anything within my price range. I walked into Nissan and Mathew immediately greeted me with a smile. He already had a car in mind and it was PERFECT. A 2018 pathfinder, 70,00 miles, third row seating and exactly the down payment I asked for. I’ve had no issues since and he’s taken such good care of me through the whole process. 10/10 recommend him and vaden nissan.

When Brittany was was my advisor,, I used to get updates. That stopped the moment she left. It was raining cat and dogs when I picked my car up. The advisor gave me my keys and told me to have a good day. He did not even showed me where my car was. Valerie Jimenez saw me going into the rain with my toddler and asked if I was going to my car. I told her yes and she took my keys ran in the rain and got my car and brought it to me under the service shelter so my toddler and I did not get soaked. Thank you Valerie Jimenez

3 experiences with the sales department at Vaden Nissan and they got progressively worse. The first started off great, seemingly willing to work with me but by the end was very pushy to the point where I just wanted to leave. I was called a few days later to discuss my trade in once more and I went, only to be met with a worse deal even though I would be trading in my vehicle. I walked away because that interaction was EVEN more pushy - this is the reason people dislike car salesmen. Especially as a woman. For the next week, I received a phone call + text every day regarding trading in my vehicle. So today, I spoke with a sales manager who again seemingly wanted to work with me and listened to the horrible experience I had only to be met with an EVEN WORSE deal than the previous two encounters. If a deal can be made one day - it can be made another. I will no longer be using this facility for service and I do not recommend buying or trading with these people. It seems that because I am a woman they think they would be able to bully me into something and think that I do not have the intelligence to know when Im being handed a bad deal. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience & hours of my time and energy being wasted. Not to mention my credit has now been run 3+ times with these fools. 10/10 do not recommend. Overpricing used vehicles, under valuing trade ins.

I had a scheduled appointment for 430pm on August 25. When I arrived it seemed.as everything was rushed. I just purchased my vehicle about a month ago. I have the maintenance plan for 2yrs. My tires were rotated and no recommendations. My back tire air pressure was 28 psi and I wasnot informed. Knowing very well it should be 33psi. My washer fluid was not topped off. It makes me wonder if my oil was even changed. I was VERY DISSATISFIED!

We bought a new Nissan Pathfinder. The drivers side doors have to be slammed to shut. The drivers seat scrubs against the console. We were told the console was installed incorrectly. When we got the car back the doors are still hard to close and the drivers seat scrubs against the console. They say they cant adjust the doors and said thats just the way the console is. Then the salesman told my husband we had to realize this isnt a luxury car. Very unhappy with Vaden Nissan. We have a lemon.

George was incredibly helpful and tended to every single question we had. He was honest and did everything he could to to make us comfortable and confident with our decisions. The financing department was also extremely helpful and looked into every option to give us the best deal. The manager even took time to get to know me and helped me achieve a reasonable payment option for a new model. I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a car last year from this dealership from Curtis and I only have good things to say about that man. The rest of the staff. Not so good. My wife and I have been trying to trade in our current car. Literally seeing what options there are. (If you don’t want to deal with curious customers daily then why do you have that job?) However we have called multiple times multiple days talking to the same people and getting the same response “oh we will call you right back let me go talk to my manager, oh yes I will go get him for you now since I know for a fact he isn’t with any clients” we will not be recommending anyone else to go through this horrible service.

Was told by the general manager (if that’s even who he is) that we were responsible for fixing the car ourself if we bought it. The back seat was collapsing randomly and it needed a front end alignment. You would think they would sell cars that work in perfect condition but i guess not. And if it’s not, they need to have it in writing that they will fix it! “Either buy the car and pay to fix it or don’t buy it”. That’s what the general manager told us. He also changed the price by $6000 the next morning that we came in to sign the papers. Apparently this was the detailing fee and reconditioning fee to get the car fixed from all the problems it was having before we even were going to buy it. I highly recommend never going here. Our salesman George also had a huge attitude every time we had a question about the vehicle we were looking at! Find somewhere else that actually cares for their customer’s needs and not the money! It’s pretty sad when their own employee calls me to ask how everything went and when i explained what happened, she told me “i hope you find a dealership who sells you a car that WORKS and if it doesn’t, they fix it for you and not make you have to pay for it”. 🥴

I had a really poor experience with this place, I had a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and set up an appointment to go see it in person. I had set up an appointment with a mechanic before hand to inspect that same vehicle I was considering purchasing and told them about it, they had no problem over the phone. The day of my Vaden Nissan appointment I called Vaden Nissan again to verify my appointment and was told the car is available. When I arrived at this dealership, the car had been sold days before I got there and when I took a look at another vehicle option the dealer that was showing me around was so hostile and had a problem with me taking the new vehicle option to my mechanic, even after wasting my time. That was my experience with this dealership so I walked away and ended up finding a vehicle someplace else. My advice is also if they try and give you a deal you don’t like just walk away, they WILL call you back, they still call me.

As soon as i walked in, i got the attention of 3 guys. Since i sat down, it was like talking to piranhas. I have a hearing disability and social anxiety doesnt help. I realized i forgot my battery for my hearing aid and i couldnt hear. I tried telling them i had to head home real quick and they almost had me sign for a 100 dollar deposit on a vehicle i was interested in before telling me how much it would be. I didnt leave till after test driving another vehicle. I was planning on coming back, but after all that pressure, i dont think i will. I get it, cars and business are hard to come by. But dont pressure anybody into buying a car.

The entire buying process from Vaden Nissan of Savannah was horrible. They lost my financing check which they didn’t even know until I called to see when they would pay my traded vehicle off. I purchased a brand new 2021 rogue. Which had a leak in the roof. A part was missing from the manufacturer. I took it to be fixed and they did not fix it correctly the first time. In order for me to get things handled again I had to reach out to the General manager who reached out to the service department manager. My sales associate was of no help Shawn Patterson. I spoke with Reina multiple times she was some sort of customer service specialist she helped to some degree. I even had to reach out to Autumn she is the regional customer service specialist. She was not friendly or caring of the matter. The entire ordeal was horrible and I will not be returning to Vaden. This is my second purchase from them and I expected better service.I had a leak and it was not fixed the first time. Communication was horrible. I will never purchase another vehicle from them either. The regional customer service lady Autum was not very concerned or friendly either. The whole buying process was horrible and I will never purchase or get my vehicle serviced at vaden nissan.

Went in to finance a vehicle with all proper information needed. spoke with Mat telling him that i recently lost my car & the insurance called it a total loss. he then asked for the paperwork, i gave it to him telling him that the car has not been paid off by the insurance yet he then proceeded & said okay. he insured me that he could get me into something. we took a ride to pick up what was supposed to be my new vehicle and he then ran my credit & told me that there was nothing he could do for me because there was an open car loan on my account & that i needed proof of income. i had already told him the car situation before hand & it was like he never spoke to me. i felt rushed. wouldn’t recommend

Dealership - No we cannot do that. Also, you must purchase vehicle using Nissan financing. SEE IT IS ON THE WEBSITE.Me - So is the $795 documentation fee already being included in the price.As I am leaving, I am told -Dealership - at your price the dealership is not making any money.My thoughts - Not true. They probably PAID no more than $7500. Thats 2000+ in profit. My wife made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for July 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM. It took 2-1/2 hours to complete what should have only taken 1 hr, after all, why make an appointment. All she got was the runaround when asked how much longer it was going to take. I purchased a vehicle last week from here through Shawn. The next day multiple problems occurred. The AC on one side of the vehicle blowing out heat being one of the worst. I called everyday to speak with Shawn, left voicemails and nothing. Went into the dealership and spoke with the manager Mike, who told me to go to the service department (mainly because their were customers in the lobby and they could hear me). I went to the service dept who told me that I havent had the car long enough for my warranties to show up. But I could pay $191 for a diagnostics test to see whats wrong then pay for whatever that would be and I would later be reimbursed! We are in Georgia with temperatures in the high 90s and I have had the less than a week. I have reached out to the general manager and STILL not one single concern. I would definitelynot recommend any woman going alone. Their disregard for women is ridiculous.

Let me begin with the salesman Ben, nice enough new from Florida used to be a Volkswagen salesman, cant believe a word coming out of his mouth.. the young lady in finance professional courteous apologetic for the short staff. Last but not least the sales manager.. total a-hole the 2019 Altima I wanted to purchase had a cracked bumper bad tires when they were selling it to me I asked for the tires to be replaced they didnt replace those automatically. I took a picture of the crack bumper sales manager told me a week later he didnt see any crack bumper and they were not going to repair it so I rode around in a loaner one week had to return the loaner pick up my old car and then call them 5 days later to pick up my check that had totally paid for the car that they wouldnt repair horrible people... I just moved to Savannah from Hawaii to go to art school. I saw a deal online for an inexpensive Volvo and went to Vaden to check it out. The Volvo was being sold as I was arriving but the superstar salesperson, Ben got me all set up in a newer model car that Im really happy with. Ben has excellent customer focus, he handled multiple customers at a time while letting us all know that we were being taken care of. Sold a car by Vaden Nissan in Bluffton in April of 2020 - its been in the shop 4 times for the same issues. Took it to Savannah location to get oil changed beginning of year, and was told that I had no free oil changes, etc, when it is clearly listed in my paperwork. Had to fight about that. I take the car here last week because of literally every single light coming on the dash. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that they would take the car to VW if it was beyond their mechanics. FFW to Monday afternoon, they call me and say I need to come pick up the car because they cant figure out whats wrong with it. They refused to take it to VW like they had initially promised, and then proceeded to tell me that they cleared all of the codes and let the vehicle sit but they came right back on. I have a huge issue with this because clearing codes from a dash that present a SAFETY concern (traction control, steering assist, air bag lights, etc) instead of actually trying to FIX the problem, is ABSURD. Needless to say, I picked up the vehicle and took it to VW and it was fixed within the day. The horn was faulty and a speed sensor had went out on the wheel....... Thanks for the loads of help, I will never bring my car back here, nor will I ever refer friends or family to purchase vehicles, whether it be new or used. You all should probably not sell vehicles that your mechanics are not capable of dealing with, or you should honor your promises to assist customers. I wouldnt have had the expectation of something if you all wouldnt have offered a service.

Everything sounded good at first until they put me with a loan company that is stealing money from people and has lawsuits out on them. With a $500 car payment only $100 is actually going towards the car a month so I’ll never own it. They do not work with you.

Showed up for my appointment a little before my time. I was greeted by a professional individual and my Pathfinder was immediately taken in for my service. I was recommended to get a new air filter.
