I want to commend Aubrey Whiting for such a great experience when I took my car in to Grainger Honda. He was very nice and helpful. He also remembered me from months ago when I came with my car, which was surprising because I know he sees many people. But it goes to show his attentiveness to his customers. Seniors BewareMy 79 year old mother went there today for an oil change. She was approached by the service adviser Aubrey, stating she needed an alignment and a brake fluid flush. Her vehicle only has 39,000 miles.She agreed on the brake fluid flush, not knowing many vehicles never have them flushed. I called the service department and asked for Aubrey, he stated thats what the owners manual recommends these services. He then asked if I would talk to his supervisor Elton, which I was happy to speak with. He told me the services were due, as per the owners manual.Owners manual recommendations are not needs!!! Shady service department in my view. Lost all future sales from my family.
Bought a car right before Memorial Day weekend and had the most wonderful experience. I went in there knowing it would be busy but Jennifer and all the people at Grainger Honda went above and beyond to make sure I was catered to throughout my wait. THE best personal car buying experience I could have had! Jake Fulcher at Grainger Nissan of Beaufort did a lot of legwork for me, above and beyond, as I moved from out of state and purchased my vehicle remotely and had it delivered. We were apprehensive at first about purchasing sight unseen, but became comfortable the more we worked with Jake. We found him to be honest, understanding, knowledgeable and very thorough. We feel we received a good deal on a great vehicle and cannot thank him enough!

We had trouble on the interstate with our 2010 odyssey. We were 15 minutes from Grainger Honda. They were amazing. Told them we were from out of town and the started working on the car as soon as they could (with it being a Saturday they were extremely busy. Clifford Mills was our service manager and he attended to all our needs. Super nice and professional. He kept checking on us while we waited. The technician was amazing and diagnosed the car as soon as he got it. Clifford came and told us the problem ( we were thinking thousands of dollars) wasn’t unreasonable. They offered to take us places while we waited. Super nice group of folks. Glad we were able to get in on a Saturday and they were able to get us going. I was in the service center recently to get general maintenance and a surprise nail in the tire. Clifford mills is the gentleman that helped me. He was very clear and concise with his explanations and was very patient with both myself and the mechanics doing the work. I came in at the end of their day and they were still willing to help me out. 10/10 great guy. Needs a raise and a promotion.

It was a Saturday, I didnt have an appointment and I went to Grainger Honda for an oil change and I was greeted and assisted right away. Clifford Mills was so pleasant. He got me checked in and gave me an estimated time it would take to service my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the wait. He had a welcoming smile, a nice voice and great customer service skills. This experience for me, was a nice one and I will definitely be getting all of my services completed at Grainger Honda, as long as they are as honest and polite as Clifford Mills.
Went by the dealership today. I had looked at a mustang talked to a salesman about week ago. I had a call back from the dealership because found the car on internet he said he wanted to follow up and was very nice and professional. Told him cash no trade let me know if something changed. He said he would. Today on the other hand I went and looked at car no one approached me. I went inside asked for the use car manager thinking thats who called me. I waited and than was approached by a senior gentlemen I introduced myself shook his hand. He immediately out of no where said look we have a process very rude. I think his name was Don. Not sure what that even meant but without saying anything I took my check and myself and left. Still not sure what they are there for if its not to sell cars. Never going back. Thanks Don

Had a great experience when taking my 2012 Hyundai to get the fuel pump replaced. Though it took a little longer than I expected to be finished, Aubrey Whiting worked with me and stayed in touch to let me know all of the updates. I was approve for a 2018 which something was wrong thankful that he caught it and was honest about what went down. But the amazing part was he did not tell me until I was approve for another car which was a much BETTER car than what I chose a 2019 Honda Accord and yes I LOVE IT!! Well Mr. Tim drove me home in the complimentary shuttle van provided by Grainger Honda. I received text messages updating what stage of service my car was in. I received a call at 1:00pm informing me my car was ready. Cliff made sure my car was parked outside.my service included an oil change, purchased tires and replacing the engine cabin filter. I have had several service agents help me over the years, and theyve all been wonderful--Ive been to Grainger Honda for multiple services and never had a bad experience. Cliff helped me most recently, and he and the service manager (whose name I missed, Im so sorry!) were extremely helpful and understanding. I always feel comfortable bringing my car to be serviced at Grainger and I never feel pressured to buy something I dont need.

Purchased my 2019 Fit 2 years ago from Grainger. Took it in this week for a recall repair and for servicing. To start with, I made an appointment and on the day of the appointment, I was headed there and they called and said the part they needed for the recall wasn’t in. We rescheduled and I took it in. After I get there and check in, they tell me they won’t even get to my car til the next day. I go and pick it up the next day. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on. I’d been told there were 33 lbs in each tire. Husband checked with 3 different tire gauges and all 4 tires had between 26 and 28 lbs. Also, they didn’t even reset my oil indicator after they changed the oil. It was reading 40% oil life. So, we had to reset the oil light AND put air in all 4 tires!! Needless to say, we were not happy!! Luis was great, nice and friendly, but the overall service was very disappointing.
Had to get my oil change and rotate tires under my service plan,after they change my oil and rotated my tires. They told me I had to paid them $87.00 . But they failed to tell me that when I made the oppointnent or when I was there waiting, that my service plan ran out. So I had to called my wife, so she can pay it or they wouldnt released my truck back to me.They are very unprofessional.
I knew what car I wanted before I arrived. I sent my wife early in the day to check it out for me. While every other salesmen ignores her as she walked around the lot, Jordan Smart approached her and offered his assistance. He took the time to talk to her and set the expectations for purchasing a car from the dealership. Jordan seemed to show genuine care and concern for my wife and her needs. My wife left the dealership that morning telling me that she had found a salesperson for us. We returned that evening and sought out Jordan. We told him what vehicle we wanted. He pulled it around and began to talk about financing options. We went for a test drive. When we came back we handed Jordan a check for the full balance of the car. Jordan Smart was an excellent and knowledgeable salesmen but more importantly he was a great person. 100% relatable and genuine. There should be more like him at Grainger Honda of Savannah.

Alex Moorman was phenomenal! Unlike most salesman he didn’t bombard us right as we hit the lot. He introduced himself and allowed us to come to him when we were ready. Throughout the entire process he was outstanding in helping find exactly what we were looking for and getting us a great deal on our vehicle. Also, the finance department went above and beyond to make sure we were fully covered with GAP insurance and even got us an even lower APR and monthly payment. Overall the process was extremely fast as well. In and out including a two person test drive with a toddler. Thank you Grainger Honda Team‼️

I called and spoke to an Evan about tire sizes for my Accord and was told to go to Savannah Tire, because they couldnt beat the offers that they had. Not only did they loose out on a sale for tires, but brakes as well. I will be sure to tell all my friends that Grainger Honda doesnt value providing tire quotes to potential customers. Nor do they want to provide customer service. Im shocked living in a post Covid world that a dealership recommends third party companies.
We were on our way from VA to FL when the AC went out on a Saturday afternoon! Grainger Honda took our vehicle in around 3:30 without an appointment and completed the work by 5! The service was great and the price excellent. These are the best service writers and mechanics I have ever dealt with at a dealership. Hats off to a great team!

Traveling from Massachusetts to Savannah to pick up my son from college, I experienced a problem with my Honda Odyssey. I Googled the closest Honda dealer and I found Grainger. I nursed my Odyssey into Graingers Service Department at 4:30PM on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. Steve Morgan, the Grainger Service Advisor, was terrific! He understood the problem I was having in addition to the complication of being so far away from home with plans to return the following day (Saturday). Steve diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part and had my car in the service bay by 7:30am on Saturday morning... all without an appointment. I was back on the road by 11:30am and returned home safely... 15 hours and 1100 miles later.I recommend Grainger Honda highly... and I especially recommend Steve Morgan... the man knows cars, knows what he is doing, and knows how to treat people. Thank you, Steve!!

I called Grainger to ask them if they put new or used tires on the car the last time we came in for a service. The lady lied to me and told me they put new ones on and kept giving me the run around, when I was told by 2 different service places they were old. The tires didnt go flat. All three of them exploded on a highway, putting my wife in danger three times in a matter of less then a day. I would never buy a vehicle or get a vehicle serviced here.

I brought my car in to have the rear passenger seat belt replaced because I had been told at my last visit that it could not be fixed. At this visit, technician Cory Williams was able to fix the seatbelt, saving me an expensive repair. He explained why it had failed to retract and pointed out the third rear seat belt, which I can now use for my granddaughters carseat.

Luis Ake is a lifesaver. After work on Friday, my CR-V wouldnt turn on. AAA told me that the problem was the alternator, so I was afraid I would be without my vehicle for several days during what was likely to be a busy week at work. But on Saturday afternoon, when I had the CR-V towed to Grainger, Luis correctly diagnosed that the problem was the battery, not the alternator. He had my vehicle ready to go without a few hours. I appreciate his flexibility and hard work.
