Kevin in the service department really helped me out with an AC recharge. Called on a whim after another dealership had to reschedule my appointment. Kevin was able to fit me in last minute and provided an Uber (at no cost) to and from the dealership while my car was being serviced. Price was as quoted (no surprises), and my AC has been running like it’s brand new ever since.
My GMC Yukon was presented for an air bag recall repair and the advisor recommended and additional $1,600+ in repairs, including replacement of the front brake pads, which were described as worn to 3mm and in need of immediate replacement. Based upon past experience of recommended unnecessary repair work, I declined to have any additional work performed and consulted a brake shop who advised the pads were in excess of 6mm and not needing to be replaced. Shame on GMC!!!
Complete predatory upsell practices.Extremely slow service. Took 4 days to repair my car. No loaners. Stay away!

The auto service repair was really great and there for i will give then five stars!But buying a car at van buick gmc wasnt really good.Last year i got my wife a 2021 yukon denali and it was a not so great experience in customer service.I have bought fords and toyotas and they are always on top of customers, making sure customers are well taken care!So i will never buy anything at van buick again!
