I had absolutely no plans to buy a car. On the way from NY to AZ my car died. I was moving into a new place and started a job 2 days later. Ryan not only helped me without an appointment, but also took the extra steps to help me finance a vehicle within a couple days. While the initial buying process was super smooth and fast there were issues with the car i bought. I bought a car from them and within the first week i had to pay $400 to get it towed and get a new battery. fast forward two weeks after that repair, im now having to pay an additional $1000 to get my alternator replaced. I read a review that after the 15 day period due to lemon law they wont help you out and that is correct. Another small thing that adds to the list of problems is that they gave me a key that doesnt work in my car door. Overall this was a bad experience as i am a first time car buyer.
Giving 5 stars because I had great customer service from Drew Carey. He went above and beyond last January to help me get the car I wanted (2011 Honda CRV) at the price I could afford. He was transparent that the battery had to be jumped earlier in the day because the car had been sitting for awhile and voluntarily provided a 30 day warranty for the battery that I did not have to take him up on. Really great service and very satisfied with my purchase.The only slightly problematic aspect is that I didnt find in my original inspection on the day of purchase was what appears to be a missing mechanism to open the glass hatch on the tailgate. Wish I had it, but otherwise the car is great.
Drew & Airpark Motorcars are the best. Drew had brought in a hard to find truck but unfortunately it had an issue or two. Drew immediately found another great vehicle for me and took care of everything. I have been buying cars since the 80s and this is the best experience I have ever had.

The car I got from them is a 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium with 45000 miles, we could not be more happy, this car drives like a dream. We purchased a car from this dealership about 6 months ago with a trade-in and cash. Before finding this dealership we went to 3 different places. At each place, we went through the typical process of going back and forth, speaking with different employees, etc. At one location we even had come to an agreed upon a price, shook on it, were about to sign the papers, then they came back with an increased price with a sorry excuse that the boss wasnt taking it.Needless to say we were losing hope in finding a car that we could afford with our trade in. That was until we came across Airpark Motorcars.We called in and spoke to Drew about a car. We told him what we had and how much our budget was. When we got to the dealership we were expecting the same ole run-around. But Drew stuck to his word and made it happen for us. It was the most amazing experience at a car dealership we had ever had in our entire lives.Drew was professional, friendly, and (most importantly) a man of integrity. Everything was a good experience until I fell for the sales tricks: we have someone else ready to buy it this weekend - wasnt allowed the time to get a pre-buyer inspection on my vehicle which I do before every purchase. My vehicle was a fair specimen - I had been looking for a few months and the one at this dealer seemed like it had all that I was looking for but priced a bit higher than I was comfortable with. I know I paid too much for it because I was tired of looking and didnt want to lose out on this one. I dont have any major issues as of yet but feel if I had spent a little more elsewhere I would have gotten a great example. Know on some vehicles, after a few months the detail-work will wear off and show the true condition of the car (faded headlights that were restored, paint clearcoat touched up in a way where it still looks good while it sits on the lot). I will refer business to those who deserve it, but those who are greedy lose my business and referrals. Ill know what to look out for in the future. Also the freebies included with the car are pretty much pointless if the shop you contract out to honor your coupons is too busy to take my car in for service. Id still shop here vs some dealerships, but Airpark Motorcars is not afraid to do what it takes to make their salespeople the most money.

I was blown away by Jodys attention and helpfulness as we were interacting on one of the cars he had for sale that I was interested in. I was remote, so Jody went out of his way to provide an objective and complete representation of the car to me. Aside from multiple phone conversations with in-depth discussions on the cars history and its pros and cons, Jody offered (and did) a detailed video walk through with me, showing me every square inch of the car and describing any and all imperfection to be found. He was extremely patient answering my questions and gave me as much time as I needed to get them resolved. A rare experience in the world of car sales.
This dealership is a dream to do business with.I live and work in Tucson and Jodi arranged to meet me at his dealership at 5am on a weekday for me to inspect/test drive the car as I had to be back in Tucson before 8am. I put down a deposit for the car as it was in perfect condition, drove like a dream and a price that was unmatched.I had plans to finance the vehicle here in Tucson but decided to take Jodi up on his offer to find me the lowest rate possible with my good credit. Jodi took the time to personally drive to several banks and even sat down with the loan officers with me on speaker phone, while at my job in Tucson. The Credit Union of choice was First Credit Union in Chandler.I couldnt believe it Jodi had managed to get me approved with the lowest rate in just a few hours.Jodi also picked me up at the airport in my new sparkling Mercedes. I was on cloud 9. I was in the market for a cheap car for my daughter. I saw a decent looking car through Carfax that was listed at Airpark Motorcars. I hit the request more info button on the carfax app and I received a text back from Drew asking if I had any questions. I asked if I could get a better price, and Drew obliged. I dragged my entire family to the dealer the next day to check out the vehicle. Everyone there was super friendly and no one pressured us to do anything. We ended up buying the vehicle as it was in great shape. Paperwork was a breeze. My daughter could not of been happier and I was glad that I did not have to go and look at other vehicles. Would definitely do business with them again!

I had a great experience with Airpark. I came in to test drive a Jeep I found online which was a great car btw. However, I didn’t more forward with that car as it was out of my budget. A couple days later, I looked at the inventory online and found another car I was interested in. I texted Drew and he was quick to set up a test drive. He brought the car to my work so that I can test drive it, which was amazing because I didn’t have to go out of my way to go back to the dealership. After the test drive, I decided I liked it. The next day, he came back to my work to finish up the paperwork and deliver my (new to me) car. Drew made the process SO seamless which I loved because buying a car can often times be such a drag. He was always very prompt with his responses and went beyond my expectations to help me get into a car that I would love. Thanks Guys! I really appreciate it!
I have purchase numerous cars in my life and am fairly seasoned in the process. Airpark Motorcars made the process easy. Drew provided outstanding service. When I inquired about a car on the phone, Drew first walked the car with me over the phone describing any and all imperfections. He shared the independent mechanics report with me in detail over the phone. I then went to Airpark Motorcars and all was as described. I drove the car and found a couple of small issues and Drew noted them and included a commitment to fix them in my contract. Closing took 30 minutes. All and all I couldnt have been more impressed. This is a small dealer with a great service attitude and fair prices. A++ experience.

My boyfriend and I were in on Wednesday November 6th to buy a car. We had a good experience with everyone in the dealership that day they were all very kind and helpful. After about 5 days the front passenger tire went flat and I called the dealership upset because we had just got the car and it went flat due to dry rot in the tire. That day was a Sunday and the man I spoke to told me he would have the owner call me the following day. After hearing nothing on Monday I called Tuesday morning very upset about the whole situation because we were told the tires were in good condition when we bought the car and we couldn’t even change the tire ourselves because there was no jack or any other tools in the car. I spoke to Allan, one of the owners, who really helped me out and took care of the cost of the new tire. I was very upset when he answered the phone and probably quite rude but he was very kind the whole time and did everything needed to fix the situation.I really appreciate that they care about their customers and want to do the right thing. Many dealerships aren’t that way. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely return.
We drove 100 miles each direction to purchase our car. The sale went as smooth as silk and we were very happy. Had to take the car back to fix a few things and Jody jumped right on everything and got it done. Greg (mechanic) was outstanding also. I would recommend all to anyone.
I bought my car here earlier this year. The prices are very fair and the service was excellent. The salesmen give you time and space to look over the vehicles alone without hovering but were also careful to make sure all my questions were answered. The vehicles history and inspection were comprehensive and my car has had no issues since I bought it. Drew and Tyrone were both helpful and accommodating. The paperwork was completed quickly and they explained everything. It was a simple and stress-free experience and my car has been great!

The vehicle we wanted was slightly overpriced and they were unwilling to budge. They also greatly undervalued the vehicles we had wanted to trade in. The description of the vehicle was very misleading as the car had a number of problems they did not disclose, they also misled us into believing there were two keys to the vehicle until after the paperwork was completed.Lastly, they were awful with timeliness. The temporary registration they gave for our vehicle expired many days before the plates came in the mail, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service seemed great initially, but after the paperwork was completed that changed very quickly. We would not recommend them as a dealer.
I waited to write a review on this dealer, as I was a bit hesitant on buying a used car from them and it soon later having issues. I thought they had integrity and were honest for a car dealer .... but I thought wrong. Barely had the car for 6 months and now has been in the shop over a week to find it has major engine issues I cant afford. Mechanic said I was sold a dud. Jenna, what now???

Called to inquire about a car, said I would be there early morning, arrived 3 hours late and the first car I see in the lot is the one I’d called about. Like another customer stated, it is like they were waiting for me. My transaction was handled by the business owner and it made me feel appreciated. They paid a fair price for my trade in ($500 more than I was expecting them to)... But my very favorite part was being able to test drive the vehicle without a sales rep inside. When we arrived back and I tried to hand him the key he stated “oh no, you’re keeping that!” And so I did. LoLLove my new car, handled the negative equity of my trade in, lowered my interest by half. Extremely satisfied.

The car I was looking at on their online inventory wasnt there. one of the employees had it at home. he offered to bring it out that day. gave me a call and asked if he could bring it out the next evening. well i was in the market for a car that day with cash, i went to my next location and found a car there. you snooze you lose!
Tried contacting this dealer about a specific vehicle multiple times and havent heard back at all. Taking my business elsewhere.
Got the car I wanted, no negotiating the price though. Then I paid a $300 tax title license fee, which is normal. But two month later I still havent gotten my plates. So I called to ask why and was told ohh... The paperwork got kicked back because we need the lien holders tax ID. Okay... Why did no one call me to tell me this? I didnt pay a $300 fee for this to not get taken care of. My temp plates expire in 4 days. Then I had to be on the phone with the Lien holders for almost an hour trying to get the tax ID.
I recently performed a search on Consumer Report’s website for used certified 2013 Toyota Avalon’s. There were three of them for sale within a hundred miles of my home. One that was an hour and forty-five minutes away was located at a dealership in Tucson and it looked on paper like a great prospect. However, before we could get there (with a blank check from my credit union to buy it with), the car had already been sold.That left only two 2013 Avalon’s within a hundred miles to check out. My wife and I were very discouraged as we concluded we were chasing a car that was too rare on the used market. A new 2015 / 2016 Avalon with the features we wanted would cost much more than we wanted to spend. We decided we would have to buy a smaller, less expensive new car.Decidedly less hopeful, I still filled out another form on CU’s website for one of the remaining 2013 Avalon’s which again resulted in an email, this time from Airpark Motorcars. Early the next morning, we arranged to go see the car. As we traveled about 45 minutes to get there, I told my wife that I expected we would be there most of the day wrestling with them over their car. (I’d bought several cars from dealers across the US before. Those experiences droned on and on and wore me out in the process.)When we pulled into the dealership, a young man named Drew was standing on the sidewalk out in front. As I got out of the car he asked if I was the man he had talked to over the phone a few hours earlier (Wow! It’s like he was waiting for me).In our earlier phone conversation I mentioned a car I had hoped to trade-in if I could. My 2004 Maxima had 218,000 miles on the odometer and was 12 years old, but it was running exceptionally well. (I didn’t expect them to really be very interested in it. He had told me over the phone how little they were going for at auctions over the last three months. But it was our transportation to the dealership so it was going to be there when we arrived—and thus my hopes remained high.)The car we went there to see was parked in front of the dealership and Drew immediately asked if we would like to take it for a spin. So we did.I drove it long enough to get a tremendously good feeling about the car and the way it handled and ran. I was also impressed that the people at this dealership were different. Just like when Gibbs on NCIS knows things in his gut. I felt good things in my gut about the folks at this dealership. They were exceptionally open and friendly, with no pressure whatsoever.They showed me the figures on the transaction I was interested in and the CU estimated “True” cost I should expect to pay was the one they used. (I knew ahead of time all of the researchable facts surrounding the 2013 Avalon.)So they drew up the papers for the sale. I happily saw that they were giving me a very nice deduction for my trade-in despite the very low selling prices 2004 Maxima’s with high mileage were going for at auction. Inasmuch as I was providing my own financing with Navy Federal CU there were no other profit centers, besides the sale and trade-in that were brought to bear. Therefore, the details of the sale were exactly as shown in the sale papers.It only took a total of 30 minutes to go on a short test drive and consecrate the loan with Navy Federal. Before we had barely arrived, we were already on our way home in a 2013 Avalon that proved to be exactly what we wanted.We’re perfectly happy with the speed, fairness and honesty that Airpark Motor Cars exhibited during our purchase. We trust them. The car is magnificent and I’m very willing to advertise my experiences to everyone I know. We’re very grateful for the great car we now have.
By far one of the best experiances of buying a automobile I have ever had. I applied on line and recieved a call back from Drew. He was very helpfull and accomdating to what i needed. The vehicle I selected to buy was pre approved by a finance company. Drew did most of the work before i even got there. All I had to do was test drive the vehicle and if i liked the vehicle then start on the paper work. I ended up getting the vehicle and signed the paper work. There was no hassel, like you would get from a large car dealership. Very relax and chill. I was in and out of there. After i took home my new vehicle i noticed there was a mechanical issue. Drew instructed me not to loose any sleep and for me to bring the vehicle back the next day. I did and was provideda loaner. the day after my vehicle was done. The vehicle I ended up getting was a beautiful 08 Buick Enclave. I would definitely recomend this dealership to anyone. I will be coming back to them again when i am in the market for a quality used vehicle.
