Can’t say too much, because I haven’t purchased a Casper mattress before, BUT make sure you don’t walk in and try and sit on the first mattress you see in the window, the girl in the middle of the store will bark at you and scream across not to sit there because it’s the display.Mind you, myself - my husband and my grown adult sister simply walked in, and went to feel this mattress and the girl was SO RUDE.By the way, there were no signs or anything anywhere, and after that, not one associate greeted us or helped us with questions while we were looking at the mattresses your actually allowed to touch.Just food for thought, you can be nicer about things in this world. Don’t bark like a dog at people trying to purchase your product.

Went to the store a few weeks ago and Farouk was so helpful. We tested out all of the mattresses they had available and we explained to him our current moving situation. When we reached out regarding purchasing a new mattress he made sure that we had the best deal possible. Additionally, he has been very helpful in ensuring we get our mattress for our new place at the right time. I would highly recommend utilizing their sales team to purchase your next mattress.

Great in-store experience! Friendly, helpful employees. Easy to quickly compare different mattress models – without sales pressure. Their current standard mattress feel more plush than T&N. Great experience. Great sleep.

Quick and easy experience. We are happy we stopped in. The downside is that there are a lot of bed frames on back order. You may have to wait a couple months for something to be in stock, but this seems to be a pretty common issue at the moment just about everywhere.

Recently got our mattress from here, so review is mainly for the staff thats there. First visited in July to test it out then came back again labor day weekend. They were kind enough to accommodate without an appointment so we could try one last time before the purchase. Jared was the person who helped both times and was helpful throughout the process.

Excellent sales staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Casper has a great return policy. You get to try anything for 100 days and if you do not like it just return it, no questions asked. I would like to throw one caveat in that left me with only leaving a 4 star and not 5 star review. I had purchased and returned another of products over a 3 week period. The system that the main company has for returns seems overly burdensome for the employees. In order to take back an item there is a 3 step process and the last one sends the money back to your credit card. I had a number of purchases that were marked as returned but never credited back to my card. I had to go into the store to get it all sorted out. I do not see this as a Scottsdale store issue but one of the main company.

I purchased a casper bed on black Friday, and had a wonderful experience. Farouk was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different products. The transaction was seamless and he even helped me load up my car. Once I was ready to set up the bed, the instructions were easy to follow and I had a very comfortable first nights sleep.
