From the beginning of reaching to the end; my experience was great. Their customer service and communication is better than any place I’ve gone. The body work and paint job was done so flawlessly that you can’t even tell it was repaired job. My car finished faster than expected. I had to arrange my schedule around so I make it in on time before they closed. But there was someone who was willing to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule which I really appreciate. Highly recommended place!

They were really helpful, they put my mind at ease, I did not have to deal with the insurance. Philip, called me every week to give me an update on the repairs, which I really appreciated.

After my vehicle was stolen and recovered, my insurance had recommended this place. Ryan received the vehicle. They had the vehicle for over a month. I had to facilitate calls for updates and was assured by Ryan that work was progressing. He stated that his body tech had tried to work on the wheels but couldn’t fix the damage and that parts were being removed for replacement and all is well. After driving by their lot to check the progression, imagine my dismay to see the hood up during a torrential downpour on the weekend. Not only was the vehicle not taken care of, after over a month of having the vehicle, they decide they aren’t going to do the repairs. If you value your time and property, do not utilize this sham of a company as they do not value your time or property. Furthermore, Ryan should be fired and the manager should be reprimanded for allowing this kind of garbage to happen. I should have taken photos of my vehicle in their lot to show the lack of care and it is too bad I couldn’t have recorded the conversations I had with Ryan. Due diligence everyone. Due diligence. And please do not respond to me with the generic garbage of “please contact us so we can make it right.” I assure you that word of mouth advertising works amazing and I also assure you that I will be posting this incident at my work place in Everett. Yes! I said Everett.

Brought in for a dent repair from someone backing into me. As much of a pain having to deal with getting a repair, CARSTAR made the process super easy and quick. They have their system down with getting/returning the rental car too which was great.

Bernie was so kind and supportive when our stolen and destroyed car was brought in to him. His team made a thorough assessment for Allstate; that’s all I can comment on, the car was a total loss so no need for work. Just really appreciated Bernie’s empathy.

Worst place you could go for body shop. This shops is so miserable, at first they would do whatever it takes to aquire your business once your there then good luck. The only positive about this place is the nice lady Sophia working in front desk but watchout for the technical guy Ryan he is pretending to be an angel but infact he is very dishonest. Beside the insurance claim he agreed to install fog lights for my vehicle for extra cost but on the pick up day there was nothing installed. He told me that he ordered the parts from east coast and shipping is delayed so once he received the parts he will call me and will get it done but that never happened, I follow up after a week he told me the same thing again really? My Nissa pathfinder headlights was originally tinted black color he replaced one but did not tinted back to black, Why is this? Its illegal we cant do it really? Then why you said you would do it at the first day? Just people STAY AWAY from this shop especially from the guy RYAN. If anyone at that shop not agree with what I have said Im happy to come talk to you face to face.

Ryan and Sophia were excellent! I had damage on my left rear door from a collision and they fixed it like new. They dealt with the insurance so I didnt have to. They even cleaned the car and made it shiny!I highly recommend this place for your auto body needs. If I ever need their services again I wont hesitate to go back.

Militant feedback team..Car was repaired fine, the completion date was moved around a few times which is fine, car was repaired fine, I can’t speak to pricing as this was handled by the insurance.But the “customer care team”...holy feces...expect 3-5 texts a day for the month following your service and calls at all hours, earliest being 06:40 and the latest being 21:20, this is ridiculous and will ensure I never return there.

Excellent service! Pleasant employees and great communication throughout. They got my car back to me in 5 business days. 3 full days sooner than expected! Repair work looks good and car was cleaned. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had the worst experience at carstar ara. This place was recommended by my insurance company. First, they fell through on my initial appointment to replace my rear windshield. I was told Id have to wait until next week. They gave me no notice of this delay until 10 minutes before the appointment. After dropping my car off the next week, they informed me they didnt order the seal for the window and that theyd have to wait until it arrived. Next, they informed me they put on a tinted window which I did not request. Finally on pickup, the car wasnt ready after they said it would be. Oh, and then after signing everything they tried to charge me an additional fee they forgot to tack on. Do not go here!

Really helpful and nice people. I need to fix my Nissan Pathfinder and they totally fixed awesome. I specially thanks for the Manager Oria Bjorklund for his help for gave everyday update and came to my home and fix the back camera issue. He just easy and quick. I had a horrible experience here today. I needed an estimate for my damaged vehicle and I totally get it that these may or may not lead to direct work for the body shop. The owner was a total jerk and said he wanted 100 dollars for an estimate. I will never give him business and I hope you dont either.
